Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a playlist creation device that allows a user to intuitively create a playlist of music.
近年、楽曲データをMP3(MPEG-1 Audio Layer-3)などの高圧縮率の音声圧縮コーデックを用いて圧縮して、HDD(Hard Disk Drive)などの大容量記憶媒体に記憶するオーディオ装置が普及している。 In recent years, audio devices that compress music data using a high-compression audio compression codec such as MP3 (MPEG-1 Audio Layer-3) and store it in a large-capacity storage medium such as an HDD (Hard Disk Drive) have become widespread. is doing. In this type of audio apparatus, a huge number of music pieces can be stored in the HDD. Therefore, the user can store desired music in the audio device without paying attention to the remaining capacity of the HDD. However, while a large number of music pieces can be stored in the HDD, there is a new problem that it becomes difficult to quickly find the music piece that the user wants to listen to.
In order to solve the above problems, various playlist creation techniques suitable for creating a playlist by searching for a desired song from an enormous number of songs have been proposed. Examples thereof are disclosed in
According to Patent Document 2, music is ripped from a CD (Compact Disc) or the like and stored in a music database. At this time, the music is evaluated by a plurality of evaluation items, and is associated with the evaluation result of each evaluation item. Each piece of music stored in the music database in this way is mapped to a virtual three-dimensional space expressed by three axes corresponding to each evaluation item based on the evaluation result. In this virtual three-dimensional space, in addition to a link to each music piece, a label representing an image of the music piece corresponding to each evaluation item is superimposed on the space and displayed on the display. The user can sensuously select the music to be listened to by visually observing the position of the link to each music displayed on the display and visually grasping the image of each music. Then, a playlist can be created by selecting a plurality of related songs based on the feature information of the song selected by the user.
However, in the conventional playlist creation technology as described above, although it is possible to create a playlist reflecting the mood and emotions of the current user, the related music is selected based on the music selected by the user. In order to create a playlist, it is not possible to create a playlist that reflects how the user wants to listen to the music in the future. For example, listen to a song with a calm tempo at first, listen to a song with a bright beat gradually, put a quiet song in the middle, and finally listen to a song with a relaxed rhythm again. When creating, the user may have to select one song at a time in the order in which he wants to listen to the desired song.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances. An object of the present invention is to create a playlist that reflects what kind of feeling and emotion the user wants to listen to from now on based on the intuitive operation of the user.
A playlist creation device according to an embodiment of the present invention that solves the above problems includes a music database in which music and music information are stored, and coordinate axes corresponding to the characteristics of the music for arranging the music information of each music. A display means for displaying a coordinate system and a predetermined area, a coordinate input means for inputting coordinates to the display means, and a coordinate input means for selecting music in accordance with the coordinates input to the coordinate system and the locus of the coordinates And a playlist creation means for creating a playlist based on the music selected in the coordinate system and moved to a predetermined area. When each music is selected by the coordinate input means, the coordinate input means Follow the coordinates entered in the coordinate system. Therefore, the user can intuitively select a song from the coordinate system based on the intention of wanting to listen to the music that is arranged based on the characteristics of the music and in what kind of feelings and emotions, and then select the playlist. Can be created.
Preferably, in the coordinate system, the music information of each song is displayed in a predetermined figure, and the distance between the coordinates input to the coordinate system by the coordinate input means and the predetermined coordinates in the predetermined figure is not more than a predetermined value. Then, the music having the music information displayed in the predetermined graphic is selected. In addition, the number of songs that can be included in the playlist is changed according to the time required for music selection by the coordinate input means. Furthermore, the playback order of the songs in the playlist is determined based on the movement direction of the coordinates input to the coordinate system by the coordinate input means. Then, the music to be included in the playlist is determined based on the moving speed of the coordinates input to the coordinate system by the coordinate input means.
More preferably, the upper limit of the number of songs that can be included in the playlist and the upper limit of the total playback time of the songs are set in advance. Alternatively, it further includes a song number setting unit that sets an upper limit of the number of songs that can be included in the playlist and a playback time setting unit that sets an upper limit of the total playback time of songs that can be included in the playlist.
According to the playlist creation device of the present invention, it is possible to create a playlist that reflects how the user wants to listen to music with what kind of feelings and emotions based on intuitive operation of the user. In particular, when the playlist creation device of the present invention is incorporated in an in-vehicle device, it is possible to create a playlist while reflecting the user's mood and emotions through intuitive operations even under severe conditions of in-vehicle device operation. .
Hereinafter, an audio apparatus as a playlist creation apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing the configuration of the
For example, immediately after the
An
When a user operation for playing music is performed after the power is turned on, a predetermined music playback screen is displayed on the
CPU14は、入力された操作信号に応答してEEPROM(Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory)11にアクセスする。
First, an operation signal corresponding to a user operation is generated by the
When the
In the
リッピング処理は、メディアドライブ17とDSP(Digital Signal Processor)18との連係動作により実行される。メディアドライブ17は、CD、DVD(Digital Versatile Disc)、BD(Blu-ray Disc)などの記録メディアを再生するドライブである。
The ripping process is executed by a cooperative operation between the
For example, when a music CD is inserted into a slot of the
The
The
IEEE1394(Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers 1394)規格に準拠したポートを有し、外付けストレージ40や携帯電話端末50と接続される。
The
In the
When the user performs an operation to save the music data stored in the
Thus, music data corresponding to the search key generated by the
Simultaneously with the process for the music data described above, a process for displaying a predetermined music playback screen on the
The
By the way, the product form of the
FIG. 2 shows a
When the palette to be used is determined, a
When the user performs an operation of touching and tracing the
When the user completes the selection of the music, the user moves the music that follows the fingertip from any position on the
As another condition, a playlist can be created using the total playback time as a reference. Since the total playback time of a CD album is generally around 60 minutes, for example, 60 minutes may be set as a threshold so that music can be selected until the total playback time reaches 60 minutes. The threshold of the total playback time may be configured so that the user specifies the playlist before creating the playlist using the operation key 10 as the playback time setting means or the touch panel of the
When the
Next, as shown in FIG. 2D, a playlist is created based on the music moved to the playlist creation area 62 (step S107). As the playlist creation conditions, in addition to the number of songs and the total playback time described above, the time required for music selection, that is, the time for tracing the
The playlist created based on the playlist creation conditions by the
This completes the description of the embodiment of the present invention. The present invention is not limited to the above-described configuration, and various modifications can be made within the scope of the technical idea of the present invention. For example, in the above description, when the music is selected and the coordinates of the fingertip overlap with the cover art display area, the music is selected and the cover art starts following the fingertip. You may comprise so that the follow-up to the coordinate of a fingertip may be started when the distance with the arbitrary positions (for example, the center coordinate of a display area) in an area | region becomes below a predetermined value. In this case, when the predetermined value becomes 0, it can be considered that the coordinates of the fingertip overlap with the display area of the cover art. In addition, an indicator for displaying the number of currently selected songs and the total playback time may be displayed on the
