Abstract
【解決手段】自動車用のプロジェクターヘッドライトは、光源を少なくとも1つ、光源の光を集める光学素子、遮光板エッジ34を持つ遮光板32、結像光学系を持つ。このヘッドライトは、遮光板32が突起40および/または片方を開いた切り込み38を遮光板エッジ34中に持つこと、そして/または、遮光板32が、閉じた周縁に区切られた第1の穴50を遮光板32中に持ち、これらの第1の穴は、遮光板エッジ34に対する間隔が、遮光板32の幅52の5分の1よりも小さい位置に配置されている。

Claims (11)
- 自動車用のプロジェクターヘッドライト(10)であって、すなわち、光源(12)を少なくとも1つ、光源(12)の光(15)を集める光学素子(14)、遮光板エッジ(34)を持つ遮光板(32)、結像光学系(22)を持ち、この場合、光学素子(14)は集められた光(15)を光束化して、遮光板エッジ(34)に向け、その結果、遮光板エッジ(34)に接するところに、遮光板エッジ(34)に区切られた第1の配光パターンが生じ、この配光パターンは、結像光学系(22)によって、第2の配光パターン(24)としてヘッドライト(10)の前方視界に結像され、その際、遮光板エッジ(34)は、第2の配光パターン(24)で、第2の配光パターン(24)の比較的明るい領域(28)と、比較的暗い領域(30)との間の明暗境界(26)として結像される、プロジェクターヘッドライトであって、
遮光板(32)が、突起(40)および/または片方を開いた切り込み(38)を遮光板エッジ(34)に持つこと、そして/または、遮光板(32)が、閉じた周縁で区切られた複数の第1の穴(50)を遮光板(32)の中に持ち、これらの穴は、遮光板エッジ(34)と、遮光板(32)の幅(52)の5分の1よりも小さい間隔を取って配置されていることを特徴とする、プロジェクターヘッドライト。 - 前記結像光学系(22)が、光軸(31)に関して非回転対称的なレンズ(58)、または光軸(31)に関して非回転対称的な非点収差型レンズシステムであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のヘッドライト(10)。
- 前記結像光学系(22)が、光軸(31)上で、遮光板エッジ(34)に沿って広がる平面においては、遮光板エッジを横切って広がる方向におけるとは、異なる焦点を持つことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のヘッドライト(10)。
- 前記遮光板エッジ(34)が、結像光学系(22)の光軸(31)上にある焦点(64、66)の一方(66)に対し、結像光学系の光軸(31)上にある焦点の他方(64)に対するよりもよりも、近くに位置することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のヘッドライト(10)。
- 前記遮光板エッジ(34)が、光軸(31)の方向において、結像光学系(22)から遠く離れた焦点(66)に対する方が、結像光学系(22)からそれほど遠く離れていない焦点(64)に対するよりも、近くに位置することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のヘッドライト(10)。
- 前記遮光板(32)が、遮光板エッジ(34)と光軸(31)とが決定する平面と、20°未満の角度で、特に10°未満の角度で、さらに特に角度0°で交わることと、遮光板(32)が反射性表面を持つこととを特徴とする、前記各請求項のいずれかに記載のヘッドライト(10)。
- 前記遮光板(32)が、その平面に、膨らみおよび/または窪みおよび/またはさらなる穴(88)を持ち、これらは、第1の穴(50)よりも、遮光板エッジ(34)から遠く離れて位置することを特徴とする、前記各請求項のいずれかに記載のヘッドライト(10)。
- 前記遮光板エッジ(34)の平均的な推移線(36)の切り込み(38)および/または突起(40)、および/または第1の穴(50)の面積および/または個数が、光軸(31)からの間隔が増加するとともに増加することを特徴とする、前記各請求項のいずれかに記載のヘッドライト(10)。
- 前記遮光板エッジ(34)が、光軸(31)に近い中央領域(42)を持ち、この中央領域では、遮光板(32)が、遮光板エッジ(34)における突起(40)も片方を開いた切り込み(38)も持たず、また遮光板中に閉じた周縁で区切られた第1の穴(50)も持たないことを特徴とする、前記各請求項のいずれかに記載のヘッドライト(10)。
- 前記結像光学系(22)が、その光入射面および/または光出射面(90)に、光を散乱する組織構造(92)として、局部的な膨らみおよび/または窪みを持つことを特徴とする、前記各請求項のいずれかに記載のヘッドライト(10)。
- 前記遮光板(32)が可動型であることを特徴とする、前記各請求項のいずれかに記載のヘッドライト(10)。
