Abstract
Description
This invention relates to an overhead wire in the sense that it includes both a method for attaching and removing a clamp-type ammeter such as a high voltage electric wire in a live wire state or other overhead wire to the overhead wire and a method for removing it from the overhead wire. The present invention relates to a method for attaching and detaching the instrument, and a structure of the instrument used for removing the instrument from the overhead wire.
As a device for measuring and recording the passing current of an overhead wire such as a high-voltage electric wire in a live line state, for example, a clamp-type ammeter as shown in
Furthermore, as for the operation tool used in both the attaching and detaching steps of the high-voltage live wire ammeter and the attaching and detaching steps of this attaching and detaching method, the applicant of the present application has already filed an application. Has been publicly known.
An outline of the method of attaching and detaching the high-voltage live line ammeter described in
The operation tool used in the method for attaching and detaching the high-voltage live wire ammeter disclosed in
However, since the operation tool shown in
Further, in order to improve the work efficiency of the method of attaching / detaching the instrument to / from the overhead line, simplification of the operation of attaching the instrument to the overhead line and the deletion of the number of workers required for this attachment operation are required. The method of attaching the clamp-type ammeter shown in No. 3 to the high-voltage live wire and the operation tool for the method are not necessarily sufficient to meet this requirement, and improvement is desired.
Furthermore, if the operation tool used in the process of removing the instrument from the overhead line is shared so that it can be used as an instrument for attaching the instrument to the overhead line, the operation tool for this installation is used. It is not always possible to sufficiently optimize the structure of the instrument.
Therefore, the present invention provides a method for attaching / detaching an instrument to / from an overhead line and a method for simplifying the attachment / detachment operation of the instrument with respect to the overhead line and suppressing the number of workers required for the attachment / detachment work to one. It is an object of the present invention to provide an instrument removal instrument that optimizes the structure for the instrument removal process.
計器は、例えばCT(Current Transformer)クランプ式電流計である。 The method of attaching and detaching the instrument from the overhead wire according to the present invention includes a clamp portion biased toward a closed state by a spring force, and the closed state of the clamp portion is fixed by a lock mechanism, and the lock mechanism is released. A method for attaching and detaching an instrument to an overhead line, including an attaching step to the overhead wire and a removing step from the overhead wire with respect to an instrument attached to the overhead wire by using opening and closing of the clamp part, and having a releasing means The attaching process to the overhead wire includes an insulating storage portion opened upward and an insulating rod-like portion connected to the side opposite to the opening of the storage portion before the attachment to the overhead wire in the storage portion. And a first attachment procedure for storing the instrument in a state in which the lock mechanism is released, and the holding tool in a state in which the instrument is stored by operating by holding the rod-like portion to the overhead wire. The instrument is mounted by a second mounting procedure for contact, a gripping means for gripping an object by opening and closing two gripping pieces, and an insulating operating rod that enables the gripping means to be supported and operated. Grasp the clamp part of the instrument, open the clamp part against the spring force, and surround the circumference of the overhead wire with the clamp part, and remove the grip part from the clamp part. A fourth attachment procedure for returning the clamp part to a closed state; and operating the instrument attachment tool to fix the clamp part in a closed state by a lock mechanism of the instrument, whereby the instrument A fifth attachment procedure for completing the attachment to the overhead wire, and a sixth attachment for detaching from the measuring instrument attached to the overhead wire by displacing the holding portion of the holding portion downward by operating with the rod-like portion. Procedure and The step of detaching from the overhead wire includes a first detaching procedure for displacing the storage portion of the holder upward to store the instrument mounted on the overhead wire, a stick portion having a hook portion, and the stick. A second removing procedure for operating the stick portion of the instrument removal instrument having an insulating rod-like portion connected to the base side of the instrument to release the lock mechanism of the instrument, and the instrument removal instrument A third detaching procedure in which the tip of the stick part is hooked on the clamp part of the instrument to displace the holder and the instrument for detaching the instrument simultaneously downward (claims). Item 1). Here, the overhead wire is a high-voltage electric wire in a live line state, for example. The meter is, for example, a CT (Current Transformer) clamp type ammeter. The gripping means of the instrument mounting instrument is, for example, a combination of an insulating jacket, an open / close adapter, and a sheet clamp.
As a result, when the instrument is attached to the overhead wire, an insulating operation rod can be insulated from a distance from the overhead wire by using a holder having an insulating operation rod and an instrument mounting instrument having an insulating operation rod. When removing the instrument from the overhead line, use a holder with an insulating operation bar and an instrument removal instrument with an insulating operation bar to remove the instrument from a distance from the overhead line. It is possible to work by operating an insulating operating rod. Further, by providing a mounting portion at the tip of the operating rod and providing an attachment in the storage portion, the instrument removal tool and the holder can be attached and detached via the mounting portion and the attachment.
In the method for attaching and detaching the instrument from the overhead wire according to the present invention, the lock mechanism of the instrument is configured to open or close the clamp portion by moving the slide button in one direction in which the slide button can slide. Is fixed, and the open state or the closed state of the clamp portion is released by moving the slide button in the other direction in which the slide button is slidable (Claim 2). ).
As a result, in the installation work of the instrument from the overhead line or the removal work of the instrument from the overhead line, the restriction by the lock mechanism of the instrument and its release and the opening and closing of the clamp part can be performed by one instrument installation instrument or one instrument removal instrument. Because it can be used with one hand, the instrument can be attached to the overhead line by operating the operating rod of the holding tool with one hand and the operating rod of the instrument mounting tool with the other hand. In the work to remove the instrument from the overhead line, the operator can operate the operating bar of the holding tool with one hand and the operating bar of the instrument removing tool with the other hand. It can be carried out.
An instrument removal instrument according to the present invention is an instrument removal instrument used in the method for attaching or detaching an instrument to or from an overhead wire according to
The stick part of the instrument removing instrument according to the present invention is such that the dimension of the portion extending in the radial direction of the rod-like part is substantially the width of the main body of the instrument, and the distal end side of the heel part of the stick part is A circular arc is formed along the shape of the instrument (claim 4). Thereby, the operation of the slide button of the lock mechanism of the instrument and the hooking to the clamp part of the instrument can be performed more easily and reliably.
As described above, according to the first to fourth aspects of the invention, when the instrument is attached to the overhead wire, the holder having the insulating operation bar and the instrument having the insulating operation bar are attached. It is possible to work with the instrument by operating the insulating operating rod from a distance from the overhead wire. When removing the instrument from the overhead wire, the holder with the insulating operating rod and the insulating operating rod can be used. It is possible to operate an instrument operating instrument with an insulating operation rod from a distance from the overhead line, so that both the attachment of the instrument to the overhead line and the removal of the instrument from the overhead line can be performed. In the work, it is possible to prevent the worker from getting an electric shock, and accordingly, it is not necessary for the worker to wear the insulating gloves and work, so the efficiency of attaching and detaching the instrument is improved.
In addition, according to the invention described in
In particular, according to the invention described in
In particular, as shown in the invention described in
In particular, according to the invention described in claim 4, the instrument removing instrument is more optimized in its structure for removing the instrument, so that the operation of the slide button of the locking mechanism of the instrument and the hooking to the clamp part of the instrument are performed. Can be performed more simply and reliably.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
In FIG. 1, a clamp-
One
Further, the
In FIG. 2, a
As shown in FIG. 1, the
In FIG. 3, a
4, 5, and 8, an insulating
The
The
As a result, by moving the
5 to 7, the open /
5 and 8, a
The

Therefore, in the process of attaching the clamp-
On the other hand, FIGS. 10 to 12 show an
This
The
Thus, the operator operates the
In addition, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 11, the stick
Thus, the operator operates the
The clamp-

As a result, as shown in FIG. 12, the CT clamp 4 is forcibly opened, the ring by the CT clamps 3 and 4 is opened, and the clamp-
