長尺な直線状の取手用ポールと、取手用ポールの上部側で直交方向に亘って蛍光灯のガラス管と相対する筒形の横桁フレームを基体とし、

可動フレームを横桁フレームの一方の筒端より伸出し移動可能に嵌め込んで設け、前記可動フレームを退却方向に引張る戻しバネを横桁フレームの筒内に設け、
更に、蛍光灯の口金近くを受け入れてソケットケースの前面と当接可能なプッシャを前記可動フレームの外端側に設け、前記可動フレームを前記横桁フレームの一方の筒端より伸出し移動させる操作レバーを取手用ポールの握り手側に設け、
各口金を両側のソケットケースでバネ変位可能に収容した各ソケットに当接し、各口金ピンを各ソケットの端子穴に差し込んで電気的に接続する直管型蛍光灯着脱交換器具であって、
前記チャックは、中央の横軸部より左右の縦軸部を直角に折り曲げて略コの字状を呈し、該両縦軸部の上端寄りを前記蛍光灯のガラス管と略相応する円弧状の湾曲軸部とし、該両縦軸部の下端寄りをL字状の基軸部として該湾曲軸部の円弧方向と同方向の略直角に折り曲げて形成した支持枠と、両側縁を該湾曲軸部の軸上に折曲げ固定した支持板とからなる一対の湾曲爪を備え、
前記支持枠の各基軸部を前記横桁フレームの各側面に開口した係止穴より筒内に挿置させて前記一対の湾曲爪を前記横桁フレームの側部両側で相対し、前記横桁フレームの筒内に配置する引張バネの各バネ端を前記横桁フレームの各側面に開口する通し穴より外方に引き出させて前記支持枠の相対する各基軸部の縦軸間に掛け渡し、
前記横桁フレームの係止穴より筒内に挿置する前記支持枠の基軸部を支点に、前記蛍光灯のガラス管を把持し乃至は解放するべく、前記一対の湾曲爪を前記引張バネで離間乃至は近接可能に支持してなり、
前記キーは、下部辺を横桁フレームの下側に配置し、各側部辺を前記横桁フレームの両側に配置し、各側部辺の上端側を前記横桁フレームの側面と前記各支持板との間に割込ませ可能な上向きコ字状の楔状片と、該楔状片の底部辺に植立させて前記横桁フレームの筒内に挿通し、軸上側を湾曲爪の相対する前記横桁フレームの上面側に突出可能な外しピンとからなり、
