Claims (13)
- 固有のハウジングを有しないベーンポンプのポンプユニット(1)であって、
駆動軸(5)と、
該駆動軸(5)と共働しかつベーン(19)を受容するロータ(7)と、
該ロータ(7)を取り囲む輪郭リング(9)と、
該輪郭リング(9)の側部に配置された第1及び第2のサイドプレート(11,13)とが設けられている形式のものにおいて、
駆動軸(5)に可動に支承されたスリーブ(27,27′)が設けられていて、該スリーブ(27,27′)がポンプユニット(1)の軸方向において第2のサイドプレート(13)の後ろに支承されており、
駆動軸(5)にスリーブ(27)を軸方向固定するための固定エレメント(29,73)が設けられており、
第2のサイドプレート(13)を伝動装置ハウジング(3)に対して押し離すばねエレメント(39,39′)が設けられており、
該ばねエレメント(39,39′)が、ポンプユニット(1)の不動の構成部分であることを特徴とするポンプユニット。 - 固定エレメント(29,73)が、駆動軸(5)と共働するスナップリングである、請求項1記載のポンプユニット。
- ポンプユニット(1)が直結駆動装置(43)を有している、請求項1又は2記載のポンプユニット。
- ばねエレメント(39)が皿ばねとして形成されていて、一側で第2のサイドプレート(13)に支持され、かつ他側でスリーブ(27)に支持されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のポンプユニット。
- ばねエレメント(39)が開口(41)を備えている、請求項4記載のポンプユニット。
- スリーブ(27)がカラー(61)を介して伝動装置ハウジング(3)に支持されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のポンプユニット。
- スリーブ(27)が、軸方向可動に第2のサイドプレート(13)の延長部に支承されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のポンプユニット。
- スリーブ(27′)と第2のサイドプレート(13)とが一体に形成されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のポンプユニット。
- ばねエレメント(39′)が円錐台形状のコイルばねとして形成されており、一側で第2のサイドプレート(13)に支持され、かつ他側で、スリーブ(27′)に可動に支承された支持装置(71)に支持されている、請求項8記載のポンプユニット。
- 第1のスラスト軸受が、ロータ(7)と共働する軸カラー(67)によって形成され、第2のスラスト軸受が、ロータ(7)と共働する固定リング(69)によって形成される、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のポンプユニット。
- 第1のサイドプレート(11)を軸方向において固定するために、軸カラー(67)が設けられている、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載のポンプユニット。
- ポンプユニット(1)を半径方向においてシールするために複数のOリング(52,51,53,55)が設けられており、これらのOリングが、第1のサイドプレート(11)、第2のサイドプレート(13)及びスリーブ(27,27′)と共働する、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載のポンプユニット。
- ポンプユニット(1)を半径方向においてシールするために第1のラジアルシールリング(47)が駆動軸(5)と第1のサイドプレート(11)との間に設けられ、第2のラジアルシールリング(49)が駆動軸(5)とスリーブ(27)との間に設けられている、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載のポンプユニット。
