Abstract
Description
以下、実施例および図面を参照しながら本発明を説明する。
実施例
AAA電池が、閉じ目に2mmという最大の重なりを有するラベルで、ラベル付けられた。ラベルは、感圧接着剤を含んでいた。異なる3種のフィルムがあり、それらは、ポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)フィルム、ポリスチレン含有フィルムおよびポリオレフィンフィルムであった。ラベルを付された電池は、71℃の温度に1週間保たれ、その後評価された。結果を表1に示す。
Claims (7)
- 前面と後面とを有する方向性フェースフィルム(5)、およびフェースフィルム(5)の後面上の接着層(6)を含む電池ラベル(2)であって、
フェースフィルム(5)が、スチレン含有重合体を含む少なくとも1つの層を含む共押出多層フィルムであることを特徴とする電池ラベル。 - フェースフィルム(5)が、外層(8,10)としてのポリオレフィン層、および内層(9)としてのスチレン含有重合体を含む層を含む、3層フィルムであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電池ラベル。
- フェースフィルム(5)が、スチレン含有重合体を各層(8,9,10)に含む、3層フィルムであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電池ラベル。
- スチレン含有重合体が、ポリスチレンまたはスチレンの共重合体であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電池ラベル。
- フェースフィルム(5)の厚さが、70μm未満であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の電池ラベル。
- フェースフィルムが、71℃未満の温度では1%未満収縮し、200℃〜400℃の温度では少なくとも1つの方向に50%超収縮することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の電池ラベル。
- 本体(1)、ならびに、前面と後面とを有する方向性フェースフィルム(5)、およびフェースフィルム(5)の後面上の接着層(6)を含み、本体に巻きつけられた電池ラベル(2)を含む電池であって、
フェースフィルム(5)が、スチレン含有重合体を含む少なくとも1つの層を含む共押出多層フィルムであることを特徴とする電池。
