Claims (6)
- 高強度で溶接可能な熱間圧延シームレス鋼管、特に建設用管材を製造するための低合金鋼用の合金鋼であって、以下の化学組成(質量%):
0.15〜0.18%のC、
0.20〜0.40%のSi、
1.40〜1.60%のMn、
最大0.05%のP、
最大0.01%のS、
>0.50〜0.90%のCr、
>0.50〜0.80%のMo、
>0.10〜0.15%のV、
0.60〜1.00%のW、
0.0130〜0.0220%のN、
と、溶融関連不純物を含む残部の鉄とを有し、Al、Ni、Nb、およびTiから選択される1つ以上の元素が場合により添加され、ただし比V/Nが4〜12の値を有し、鋼のニッケル含有率が0.40%を超えないという条件である、合金鋼。 - 場合により添加された合金元素が以下の含有率:
最大0.03%のAl、
最大0.40%のNi、
最大0.04%のNb、
最大0.04%のTiを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の合金鋼。 - W含有率が0.7〜0.9%であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の合金鋼。
- 熱間圧延と続いての焼入れおよび焼戻しによって製造される高強度の溶接可能なシームレス鋼管、特に建設用管材であって、以下の合金組成:
0.15〜0.18%のC、
0.20〜0.40%のSi、
1.40〜1.60%のMn、
最大0.05%のP、
最大0.01%のS、
>0.50〜0.90%のCr、
>0.50〜0.80%のMo、
>0.10〜0.15%のV、
0.60〜1.00%のW、
0.0130〜0.0220%のN、
4≦V/N≦12、
と、溶融関連不純物を含む残部の鉄とを備え、Al、Ni、Nb、およびTiから選択される1つ以上の元素を含み、ただし比V/Nが4〜12の値を有し、鋼のニッケル含有率が0.40%を超えないという条件である鋼を含む、高強度の溶接可能なシームレス鋼管。 - 合金鋼に合金される場合により添加された合金元素が以下の含有率:
最大0.03%のAl、
最大0.40%のNi、
最大0.04%のNb、
最大0.04%のTiを有することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の建設用管材。 - W含有率が0.7〜0.9%であることを特徴とする、請求項4または5に記載の建設用管材。
