Claims (31)

基端部および末端部を有する閉鎖具であって、該閉鎖具の基端部が、前記内側部材の前記第1の端部内に少なくとも部分的に載せられ、前記内側部材および前記外部容器を密封し液状試料チャンバを画定し、該閉鎖具の末端部が、毛管作用の下で流体を前記内側部材内の前記少なくとも1つのキャピラリチャンネルに導くような形状とされる窪み部を画定する閉鎖具と、
を含む容器アセンブリ。 - 前記中空部材は、前記外部容器における前記開口上部から前記閉鎖底部まで延び、前記閉鎖底部に対して支持される第2の端部を含む請求項1に記載の容器アセンブリ。
- 前記少なくとも1つのキャピラリチャンネルは、前記内側部材の前記内面に沿って長手方向に延びる請求項1に記載の容器アセンブリ。
- 前記少なくとも1つのキャピラリチャンネルは、前記内側部材の内面の長さの一部分のみに延びる請求項3に記載の容器アセンブリ。
- 前記少なくとも1つのキャピラリチャンネルは、前記内側部材の前記内面のまわりに均等に分布された複数のキャピラリチャンネルを含む請求項1に記載の容器アセンブリ。
- 前記閉鎖具の末端部の前記窪み部は、凹状または円錐形状であり、内部に少なくとも1つのキャピラリチャンネルを画定する請求項1に記載の容器アセンブリ。
- 前記内側部材の前記第1の端部は、前記閉鎖具の基端部を受け止めるためのソケット部を画定し、前記閉鎖具の基端部は、前記ソケット部分に対して密封するためのカラー部分を含む請求項1に記載の容器アセンブリ。

前記コレクタ本体に設けられ、流体を前記突き通すニードルカニューレに案内するためのその間のキャピラリチャンネルを画定するチャンネル部材と、

前記内側部材の前記内面に対して密封し、前記容器アセンブリに加えられた遠心力の下で前記内側部材内で移動するようにした壁要素と、
を含む容器アセンブリ。 - 前記内側部材は、第1の内径と第2の内径との間の移行位置において内部リムを画定し、前記壁要素は、前記内部リムと係合状態で載せられ、遠心力が加えられたとき、該壁要素が、前記内部リムから外れるように半径方向内方に十分に圧縮する請求項20に記載の容器アセンブリ。

- 前記壁要素は、上部と下部とを含むほぼ円筒形の本体を含み、前記上部は、前記下部より大きい直径を有する請求項20に記載の容器アセンブリ。
- 前記内側部材は、第1の内径と第2の内径との間の移行位置に内部リムを画定し、前記壁要素は、前記内部リムと係合される複数の外部フランジを含み、前記容器アセンブリに遠心力が加えられるとき、前記内部リムから外れるように前記複数の外部フランジが、半径方向内方に十分に撓む請求項20に記載の容器アセンブリ。

- 前記壁要素は、前記第1の位置および前記第2の位置の両方において、前記採集容器と摩擦係合され、前記第1の位置における摩擦力よりも前記第2の位置においてより大きい摩擦力は、前記壁要素と前記採集容器との間に存在する請求項28に記載の容器アセンブリ。
- 前記壁要素は、テーパ状リムをさらに含み、該テーパ状リムは、前記第1の位置および前記第2の位置の両方において、前記壁要素と前記採集容器との間を密封係合する請求項28に記載の容器アセンブリ。
