Abstract
Description
The present invention includes sludge (oil-containing sludge generated from wastewater treatment such as livestock manure, food factories, surplus sludge generated from sewage treatment, metal processing, plating, construction systems, meat processing plants, food processing such as bento manufacturing, etc. The present invention relates to a solid-liquid separation device that separates solids and moisture contained in the sludge and the like.
As this type of solid-liquid separation device, for example, the one described in Patent Document 1 is known. This is because the fixed plate group and the movable plate group extending in the sludge conveyance direction are arranged so as to be alternately arranged to constitute a filter body, and the parallel movement that displaces the movable plate group back and forth and up and down in the conveyance direction is performed. By doing so, the sludge is conveyed while gravity dewatering.
The sludge as the object to be treated is appropriately flocked by a polymer flocculant (a mass of about 5 to 10 mm), is introduced into the inlet side of the filter body, and is conveyed toward the outlet side by the transfer action between the plates. The
A weight plate (pressurizing body) that pressurizes the sludge to be conveyed and promotes further dehydration is provided at the top of the filter body, and the space between the transport surface of the filter body and the weight plate faces the outlet side. It is configured to narrow.
In
In addition to the filter system in which the plates are arranged alternately as described above, the filter body is also known to use a filter cloth or a belt transport system. In this type of filter dewatering system, the screw action is used. Compared to the method of transporting while compressing in the axial direction, the structure that pressurizes toward the outlet side with a weight plate or the like to improve the dewatering function is common because the transport surface of the filter body is an open system. ing.
In the pressure dewatering method using the above-described weight plate, etc., the dewatering function improves as the weight of the weight plate (for example, the weight on the weight plate) increases, but the resistance to sludge conveyance increases and the processing efficiency decreases accordingly. Had come.
In order to solve this problem, there has also been proposed a method in which a rotating drum is provided as a pressure member and pressure and conveyance are performed simultaneously. According to this method, sludge stagnation can be resolved, but sufficient pressurization time cannot be secured unless the outer peripheral area of the drum in contact with the sludge on the filter body is increased. Inevitable increase in size.
When the increase in diameter of the drum is restricted, the types of objects to be processed are limited. That is, since the pressurizing force is insufficient, in order to maintain the treatment performance, it is limited to specific wastewater such as pulp drainage containing a large amount of fiber such as paper and straw, and swine sewage.
The present invention has been made in view of such a current situation, and its purpose is to provide a solid-liquid separation device capable of exhibiting good treatment performance for various types of sludge without increasing the size of the pressurization configuration.

After that, as shown in FIG. 17 (c), the
By repeating this operation, the flocked
Since the
As shown in FIG. 18, when the plate rises and receives the flocked
When the difference in height of the upper surface of the plate becomes the smallest, the gravity concentrating portion cannot expect dehydration due to the squeezing action of the plate, but only dehydration action due to gravity alone.
In the gravity concentrating part where the B plate and the A plate are moved in parallel, moisture is removed from the
Accordingly, treated water with very little outflow of solids accompanying water separation can be obtained.
In the pressure dewatering unit, the
The pressurizing means 18 is necessary to increase the processing efficiency at a short transport distance, but when the gap between the plates in the gravity concentrating part is maintained as it is, a large amount of solid matter flows out together with moisture.
Generally, in the sewage treatment plant, the treated water that has been released from the dehydrator is often returned to the raw water tank for sewage treatment again. Therefore, it is an extra burden on the sewage treatment equipment that the treated water contains a large amount of solids. This is not preferable.
Therefore, in the past, it is desirable to collect the treated water separately in the gravity concentrating part where the outflow of solids is extremely small and the pressurized dehydration part where the outflow of solids is large due to forced pressurization. It has been difficult to discharge the treated water as it is to the sewage treatment system (septic tank).
In the solid-
When the pressure dehydration section has a gap similar to that of the gravity concentration section by gradually reducing the volume of the flocked
As the pressure increases, moisture is removed from a slight gap (g2), and the dehydrated solid falls from the
In the conventional parallel plate transport method, the gap width between the plates is the same in the entire transport direction, so even if the pressure in the pressure dewatering section is increased to reduce the moisture content of the dewatered cake, the gap leaks out. Only the amount of solids increased.
On the other hand, in the solid-
In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 14, a
Depending on the type of the
As shown in FIG. 19, a corrugation may be formed on the upper surfaces of the A plate and the B plate to increase the conveying force on the inlet side.
Although the
In order to prevent this, there is a method of suppressing the driving speed itself with an inverter or the like, but a reduction in processing efficiency cannot be avoided.
In view of this, the transport capability of the C plate (in the case of a plate in which the C plate and the B plate are integrated) is configured to disappear.
That is, as shown in FIG. 20 (a), the C plate is displaced relative to the A plate relative to the eccentric amount δ, and a conveying force is generated. However, as shown in FIG. The height is reduced by the amount of positional deviation with respect to the A plate. In this way, the
