Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a glossy antifouling treatment agent for foliar surfaces, and more particularly to a glossy antifouling treatment agent for foliage used for the glossy antifouling treatment of foliage plants.
The foliage plant is a plant mainly for appreciating the leaves, and therefore, the foliage of the foliage plant is required to have a good aesthetic appearance, specifically, a good gloss (gloss).
In addition, since foliage plants are usually appreciated while being left for a long period of time, dust tends to accumulate on the leaf surface, and when such dust adheres to (attaches to) the leaf surface, the glossiness of the leaf surface is increased. descend. Therefore, prevention of the adhesion of dust on the leaf surface is also required at the same time.
。 Thus, for example, a foliar brightener containing a co-oligomer of ethylene and α-olefin as a main component has been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
However, the foliar brightener described in Patent Document 1 has a disadvantage that it can impart excellent gloss to the foliage surface but is insufficiently imparted with antifouling properties.
An object of the present invention is to provide a glossy antifouling agent for foliage that can simultaneously impart excellent glossiness and excellent antifouling properties to the foliage.
In order to achieve the above object, the glossy antifouling agent for foliage of the present invention is characterized by containing 0.01% by weight or more of a phospholipid polymer.
In the glossy antifouling treatment agent for foliage of the present invention, the phospholipid polymer is preferably a polymer having 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine as a structural unit.
In addition, the glossy antifouling treatment agent for foliage of the present invention preferably further contains a polishing component.
Further, the glossy antifouling agent for foliage of the present invention preferably further contains a thickener.
According to the glossy antifouling treatment agent for foliage of the present invention, excellent gloss and excellent antifouling properties can be simultaneously imparted to the foliage.
Therefore, it is possible to ensure an excellent appearance of the leaf surface while omitting the trouble of cleaning the leaf surface.
As a result, an excellent appearance can be easily secured on the foliage over a long period of time.
The glossy antifouling treatment agent for foliage of the present invention contains a phospholipid polymer.
The phospholipid polymer is a polymer of a lipid having a phosphate ester moiety. For example, a polymer having a structural unit of 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine (homopolymer or copolymer. MPC polymer ").

Further, when the phospholipid polymer is prepared as an aqueous dispersion, it is used in combination with the water of the aqueous dispersion or the water of the aqueous dispersion is used as it is.
Water is blended in the glossy antifouling agent for foliage at the blending ratio of the remaining components.
An emulsifier is blended as necessary in order to promote emulsification of the above-described phospholipid polymer (and polishing component). An emulsifier is not specifically limited, For example, the emulsifier used for an agricultural chemical is mentioned, Specifically, a hydrocarbon type emulsifier, a fluorine-type emulsifier, etc. are mentioned, for example. Preferably, a fluorine-type emulsifier is mentioned.
The fluorine-based emulsifier is an emulsifier having a perfluoroalkyl group, and examples thereof include anionic, cationic, amphoteric, and nonionic. Preferably, nonionicity is mentioned from a viewpoint of the improvement of leveling.
Examples of the preservative include organic fungicides such as hydantoin compounds such as 1,3-dimethylol-5,5-dimethylhydantoin and 3-methylol-5,5-dimethylhydantoin.
The compounding ratio of the additive is, for example, 0.01 to 2000 parts by weight, preferably 0.1 to 1000 parts by weight, and the preservative is 100 parts by weight of the phospholipid polymer (solid content). For example, 0.01 to 2000 parts by weight, preferably 0.1 to 1000 parts by weight.
And the glossy antifouling treatment agent for foliage of the present invention can be obtained by blending and stirring a phospholipid polymer and water, a polishing component, a thickener and an additive that are blended as necessary. .
When the glossy antifouling agent for foliage thus obtained contains a thickener, the kinematic viscosity at 25 ° C. measured by a rotary viscometer of the glossy antifouling agent for foliage. Is, for example, 1000 to 50000 mm 2 / s, preferably 5000 to 20000 mm 2 / s. In the case where for foliar gloss antifouling agent does not contain a thickener, kinematic viscosity above, typically, less than 1000 mm 2 / s, preferably from 1 to 100 mm 2 / s.
This glossy antifouling agent for foliar surfaces is used, for example, for glossy treatment and antifouling treatment of leaves of foliage plants. Moreover, as a foliage plant, a natural foliage plant is specifically mentioned.
In order to gloss and stain-treat the leaf surface using the leaf surface glossy antifouling treatment agent, for example, there is a method in which the leaf surface glossy stainproofing agent is taken out on a fabric and then applied to the leaf surface. . Specifically, first, the leaf surface antifouling antifouling agent taken out onto the fabric is spread on the leaf surface, and then wiped up with the fabric.
Examples of the fabric include woven fabrics or knitted fabrics made of cotton, polyester, polyethylene, rayon, and the like, for example, nonwoven fabrics made of polyester, polyethylene, pulp, rayon, and the like.
Moreover, the method of dripping the glossy antifouling processing agent for foliage directly on the foliage surface and then apply | coating to the whole foliage surface with a cloth is also mentioned. If this method is used, the leaf surface gloss antifouling treatment agent (leaf surface glossy antifouling treatment agent containing a thickener) is unlikely to occur, and the leaf surface has a leaf surface that needs to be treated. The luster antifouling treatment agent can be reliably treated.
Furthermore, application methods such as brush coating or spray coating (specifically, spray coating using trigger spray, etc.) are also included. In addition, when apply | coating by spray coating, Preferably, the glossy antifouling processing agent for foliage is prepared, without mix | blending a thickener. Of brush coating and spray coating, spray coating is preferable. With spray coating, it can be efficiently applied over a wide range of leaf surfaces with a large surface area.
The application amount of the leaf surface glossy antifouling treatment agent is, for example, about 5 to 30 g, preferably about 10 to 20 g, per 1 m 2 of the leaf surface.
Thereby, the coating film consisting of the glossy antifouling treatment agent for foliage can be formed on the foliage.
Thus, the thickness of the coating film formed is about 0.01-10 micrometers, for example.
And according to the glossy antifouling agent for leaf surface of this invention, the outstanding glossiness and the outstanding antifouling property can be simultaneously provided to a leaf surface.
In particular, since the above-described phospholipid polymer can impart antistatic properties to the leaf surface, it is possible to effectively prevent dust from adhering to the leaf surface.
Therefore, it is possible to ensure an excellent appearance of the leaf surface while omitting the trouble of cleaning the leaf surface.
As a result, an excellent appearance can be easily secured on the foliage over a long period of time.
In addition, after the leaf surface is glossy and antifouling treated with the leaf surface antifouling antifouling agent, after a certain period of time, specifically, one day or more, further one week or more, or even January After the above, dust may be present (laminated) on the leaf surface. In that case, lightly blow air on the leaf surface, or lightly tap (rub) the leaf surface with a mop (cloth, etc.). ), Dust can be easily removed from the leaf surface, and the above-described excellent effects can be obtained.
