Claims (20)
- 電極組立体、前記電極組立体を収容するケース、前記電極組立体と電気的に連結された第1電極タブ、及び第2電極タブを含む電池セルと、
前記電池セルと結合された保護回路モジュールと、を含み、
前記保護回路モジュールは、
印刷回路基板と、
前記印刷回路基板に内蔵された温度安全素子と、を含むことを特徴とする二次電池パック。 - 前記温度安全素子は、前記第1電極タブまたは第2電極タブと熱的に結合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記印刷回路基板上のプレートをさらに含み、前記温度安全素子は、前記プレートを介して、第1電極タブまたは第2電極タブと電気的に結合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記印刷回路基板は、前記プレートと温度安全素子との間に、少なくとも1つのオープニングを含み、前記オープニングは、導電性物質を収容することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記導電性物質は、クリーム・ソルダであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記プレートは、金属であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記金属は、ニッケルを含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記プレートの位置は、前記温度安全素子の位置に対応することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記プレートは、前記温度安全素子と直接接触することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記プレートは、前記温度安全素子からオフセットされており、前記温度安全素子は、回路連結部を介して、前記プレートに電気的に結合されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記回路連結部は、前記印刷回路基板に内蔵されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記第1電極タブまたは第2電極タブは、溶接によって前記プレートに接触することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記温度安全素子は、ポリマー系導電性複合体を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記複合体は、ポリマーと導電性フィラとを含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記複合体は、高密度ポリエチレン(HDPE)、低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)、ポリフッ化ビニリデン(PVDF)、ポリプロピレン(PP)またはエチレン/ポリプロピレン重合体を含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記導電性フィラは、カーボンブラック、カーボンファイバ、金属、または金属酸化物フィラを含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記温度安全素子の一面は、前記印刷回路基板の一面と実質的に同じ面をなすことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記温度安全素子と印刷回路基板との間に、空間が介在されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池パック。
- 印刷回路基板と、
前記印刷回路基板内に内蔵された温度安全素子と、を含む二次電池パック用保護回路モジュール。 - 前記温度安全素子と電気的に連結されるプレートをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項19に記載の二次電池パック用保護回路モジュール。
