As a conventional ejection head, for example, one in which a nozzle tip is fixed to a head body that drives a pump disposed in a container and the contents are ejected through an opening provided in the nozzle tip is known (for example, , See Patent Document 1).

In such a conventional ejection head, a groove is formed in a protrusion provided in the head body, and a flow path leading to the opening is formed by fitting the inner periphery of the nozzle tip to the outer periphery of the protrusion. However, for example, when spraying the contents, depending on the position of the groove and the flow path, the spray pattern defined by the fog state, the spray angle, and the like may not be stable.

An object of the present invention is to provide an ejection head having a stable ejection pattern.

The ejection head of the present invention has an internal passage for fixing a stem, and is provided with a head main body to which contents are pumped by moving the stem up and down, and an opening for ejecting contents from the head main body. A nozzle tip that has a partition wall and is fixed to a side surface of the head body by a peripheral wall connected to the partition wall;
The head body is provided with a recess that forms an opening on the side of the head body and communicates with the internal passage through the communication hole.
While fitting the nozzle tip inside this recess,
An intermediate member is fitted inside the nozzle tip,
The intermediate member has a partition wall that forms a plurality of flow paths leading to the opening between the partition wall and the partition wall of the nozzle chip, and the peripheral wall of the nozzle chip is connected to the partition wall. While being fitted and held inside,
By fitting a nozzle tip into the recess, a space leading to the internal passage is formed between the intermediate member,
Furthermore, the peripheral wall of the intermediate member is formed with a plurality of grooves that communicate with each of the flow paths formed between the partition wall of the intermediate member and the partition wall of the nozzle chip. A communication hole communicating with the space is formed.

According to this invention, the communicating hole between the said recessed part and the said internal channel | path can be arrange | positioned upwards.

According to the present invention, of the flow paths between the partition wall of the nozzle tip and the partition wall of the intermediate member, two flow paths are configured as a pair, and the flow paths are arranged at positions facing each other across the opening. can do.

Further, according to the present invention, the flow path between the partition wall of the nozzle tip and the partition wall of the intermediate member can be formed by the groove formed in the partition wall of the intermediate member.

According to the present invention, after the contents pumped to the head body are filled in the space formed between the intermediate member by fitting the nozzle chip into the recess provided in the head body, From the through hole formed in the peripheral wall of the intermediate member, through the plurality of grooves formed in the peripheral wall, leading to each of the plurality of flow paths formed between the partition wall of the intermediate member and the partition wall of the nozzle tip, As a result, the nozzle tip is opened.

According to such a configuration, it is possible to match each groove formed on the peripheral wall of the intermediate member with each of the plurality of flow paths leading to the opening of the nozzle tip. That is, according to the present invention, since the contents can be flowed uniformly through each of the plurality of flow paths leading to the opening of the nozzle tip, the ejection pattern can be stabilized.

In addition, if the communication hole between the recess provided in the head body and the internal passage is disposed above, air can be efficiently discharged (extruded) to the outside at the initial stage of spraying, and the subsequent injection pattern It is further effective for stabilization of.

Further, according to the present invention, the flow path between the partition wall of the nozzle chip and the partition wall of the intermediate member can be formed by the groove formed in the partition wall of the intermediate member, so that the nozzle chip is formed in the head body 2. This is effective because it is not necessary to perform alignment when setting.

Hereinafter, various forms of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 shows a container pump unit including a spray head according to an embodiment of the present invention.

In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a spray head which is an embodiment of the present invention. Reference numeral 2 denotes a head body that fixes a stem S that drives a pump P disposed in the container. The head body 2 has an internal passage 2p, and a stem S is fixed to the internal passage 2p. As a result, the head main body 2 communicates with the pump unit U through the internal passage Sp of the stem S, and the content from the container is pumped by moving the stem S up and down.

The pump U is an existing plunger pump, and the content from the suction tube U 1 is sucked, pressurized and pumped in the cylinder U 2 . The pump U is screwed to the mouth portion of the container (not shown) by the mounting cylinder U 3 . Note that O X is a central axis of an opening A 3 of the nozzle chip 3 to be described later, and O Y is a pump central axis.

Further, the head body 2 has a recess 2n having an opening on its side surface and extending toward the internal passage 2p. The recess 2n is between the internal passage 2p with are partitioned by a partition wall 2a, a communication hole formed in the partition wall 2a (hereinafter, "inlet") by A 1, leading to an internal passage 2p. Although the inflow hole A 1 can be disposed at an arbitrary position with respect to the partition wall 2a, in this embodiment, as illustrated in FIG. 2, the inflow hole A 1 is disposed above the partition wall 2a.

Note that the partition wall 2a, a plurality of raised portions 2b at intervals around the axis O X is integrally provided. Further, the partition wall 2a is integrally provided with a protrusion 2c surrounded by the raised portion 2b.

Nozzle tip 3 has a partition wall 3a of the opening A 3 provided by the peripheral wall 3b connected to the partition wall 3a, which recess is shaped on its inside. The nozzle chip 3 is fixed to the side surface of the head body 2 by fitting the peripheral wall 3b into the recess 2n.

Specifically, the nozzle chip 3 is fixed to the head main body 2 by fitting the peripheral wall 3b to the inner peripheral surface 2n 1 of the recess 2n, and the opening formed in the head main body 2 is a nozzle chip. 3 partition walls 3a. Thereby, the nozzle tip 3 can inject the content pumped through the head main body 2 to the outside through the opening A 3 .

An intermediate member 4 is fitted and held inside the nozzle chip 3. As shown in FIG. 2, the intermediate member 4 has a partition wall 4 a that fits inside the partition wall 3 a of the nozzle tip 3, and a recess 4 n is formed inside the partition wall 4 b that is connected to the partition wall 4 a.

The intermediate member 4 is fitted and held by the peripheral wall 4b inside the peripheral wall 3b of the nozzle tip 3, as shown in FIG. Thus, the recess 4n of the intermediate member 4, by fitting the nozzle tip 3 into the recess 2n provided in the head 2, between the recesses 2n, space C leading to the inner passage 2p through the inflow hole A 1 Form.

Here, between the partition wall 3a of the nozzle tip 3 and the partition wall 4a of the intermediate member 4, as shown in FIG. 2, two flow paths P 2 communicating with the opening A 3 of the nozzle tip 3 are formed. Yes. Each of the two flow paths P 2 constitutes a spin flow path that leads to the opening A 3 through the junction P 3 .

Each of the flow paths P 2 (hereinafter referred to as “spin flow path P 2 ”) is formed by a groove (hereinafter referred to as “spin groove”) 4 g 2 formed in the partition wall 4 a of the intermediate member 4 as shown in FIG. ing. Similarly, as shown in FIG. 4, the joint channel P 3 is formed by a recess 4g 3 formed in the partition wall 4a. As shown in FIG. 5A, the spin groove 4g 2 is inclined so as to taper around the axis O X toward the recess 4g 3 .

Further, between the peripheral wall 3b of the nozzle tip 3 and the peripheral wall 4b of the intermediate member 4, as shown in FIG. 2, there are two flow paths (hereinafter referred to as “inflow paths”) communicating with the two spin flow paths P 2. ") P 1 is formed. In addition, between the nozzle tip 3 and the intermediate member 4, as shown in the figure, the annular channel P 4 are formed. The annular flow path P 4 is a flow path that integrally connects the two inflow paths P 1 and the spin flow path P 2 .

As shown in FIG. 4, the two inflow paths P 1 are each formed by two strips 4 g 1 formed in the peripheral wall 4 b of the intermediate member 4. Each of the two grooves 4g 1 is connected to a spin groove 4g 2 formed in the partition 4a as shown in FIG. Thereby, each of the spin channels P 2 communicating with the opening A 3 communicates with each of the two inflow channels P 1 as described above.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 4, the annular flow path P 4 is formed by an annular groove 4 g 4 formed in the partition wall 4 a of the intermediate member 4. The annular groove 4g 4 allows the two groove grooves 4g 1 to communicate with each other. As a result, the inflow channel P 1 and the spin channel P 2 communicate with each other through the annular channel P 4 as described above.

Furthermore, two through holes A 2 are formed in the peripheral wall 4 b of the intermediate member 4 so as to communicate with the space C formed inside thereof. Each of the two through holes A 2 communicates with each of the two grooves 4 g 1 .

According to the present invention, after the contents pumped to the head body 2 are filled into the space C formed between the intermediate member 4 by fitting the nozzle chip 3 into the recess 2n, the intermediate member from the through-hole a 2 formed in 4 of the peripheral wall 4b through a plurality of grooves 4g 1 formed in the peripheral wall 4b, which is formed between the partition 4a of the partition wall 3a and the intermediate member 4 of the nozzle tip 3 Each of the plurality of spin flow paths P 2 leads to the opening A 3 of the nozzle tip 3 as a result.

According to such a configuration, it is possible to match each groove 4g 1 formed on the peripheral wall 4b of the intermediate member 4 with each of the plurality of spin flow paths P 2 leading to the opening A 3 of the nozzle chip 3. That is, according to the present embodiment, the contents can be made to uniformly flow through each of the plurality of spin flow paths P 2 that communicate with the opening A 3 of the nozzle chip 3, so that the ejection pattern can be stabilized.

In addition, if the inflow hole A 1 formed between the recess 2n provided in the head body 2 and the internal passage 2p is disposed above the partition wall 2a that forms the bottom of the recess 2n, the initial stage of spraying is performed. The air in the internal passage 2p can be efficiently discharged (extruded) to the outside, which is more effective for stabilizing the subsequent injection pattern.

Further, according to this embodiment, the spin channel P 2 between the partition wall 3 a of the nozzle chip 3 and the partition wall 4 a of the intermediate member 4 is formed by the spin groove 4 g 2 formed in the partition wall 4 a of the intermediate member 4. Therefore, when the nozzle chip 3 is set on the head body 2, it is not necessary to perform alignment, which is effective.

FIG. 5 (b) shows a second form of the intermediate member 4 according to the present invention. As shown in the figure, the spin groove 4g 2 having the same shape is inclined while being curved toward the concave groove 4g 3 around the axis O X.

Moreover, FIG.5 (c) is the 3rd form of the intermediate member 4 according to this invention, and is a modification of the 2nd form shown in FIG.5 (b). As shown in the figure, the spin groove 4g 2 having the same shape is inclined while being curved toward the concave groove 4g 3 around the axis O X.

The above description shows only one embodiment of the present invention, and various modifications can be made within the scope of the claims. For example, although the above-mentioned form is comprised with the pump unit, according to this invention, it can comprise only the ejection head.

The present invention can be used, for example, as a liquid ejector in the fields of cosmetics such as lotion, hairdressing agents, pharmaceuticals such as insect repellents, and beauty / health products.
