Abstract
【解決手段】オルタネータ18とメインバッテリ20とによって第1電源系21が構成される。電装品26とサブバッテリ22とによって第2電源系27が構成される。また、第1電源系21と第2電源系27との間にはスイッチ31が設けられる。車両減速時にはスイッチ31が開放状態に切り換えられ、第1電源系21と第2電源系27とが切り離される。これにより、電装品26に過大な電圧を印加することなく、オルタネータ18の発電電圧を引き上げて回生量を増大させることが可能となる。このように、減速時にメインバッテリ20を十分に充電することができるため、加速時や定常走行時にオルタネータ18を停止させることが可能となる。また、オルタネータ18を停止させてエンジン負荷を軽減することにより、車両の燃費性能を向上させることが可能となる。

Claims (3)
- 発電機とこれに接続される第1蓄電体とを備える第1電源系と、
前記発電機よりも上限電圧の低い電気負荷とこれに接続される第2蓄電体とを備える第2電源系と、
前記第1電源系と前記第2電源系との間に設けられ、前記第1電源系と前記第2電源系とを接続する接続状態と、前記第1電源系と前記第2電源系とを切り離す開放状態とに切り換えられるスイッチとを有することを特徴とする車両用電源装置。 - 請求項1記載の車両用電源装置において、
前記スイッチを開放状態に切り換えたときには、前記発電機の発電電圧が前記電気負荷の上限電圧よりも高く設定される一方、
前記スイッチを接続状態に切り換えたときには、前記発電機の発電電圧が前記電気負荷の上限電圧以下に設定されることを特徴とする車両用電源装置。 - 請求項1または2記載の車両用電源装置において、
前記スイッチは車両減速時に開放状態に切り換えられることを特徴とする車両用電源装置。
