Abstract
【解決手段】本発明に係る照明装置は、光源や電源部等の熱源と、該熱源からの熱を放熱する放熱部3を有する照明装置であって、前記放熱部3の表面に、熱放射性材料を含有する塗料を塗布した後に硬化させて形成した第1の熱放射膜91を有することを特徴とする照明装置である。第1の熱放射膜91は、熱放射性材料を含有する塗料を硬化して形成しているから、陽極酸化皮膜処理(アルマイト処理)により形成した熱放射膜と比較して、赤外線による熱放射が向上し、放熱性を高めることができると共に、損傷を受け難く、長期間にわたって熱放射による放熱性を維持することができる。

Claims (6)
- 光源や電源部等の熱源と、
該熱源からの熱を放熱する放熱部を有する照明装置であって、
前記放熱部の表面に、熱放射性材料を含有する塗料を塗布した後に硬化させて形成した第1の熱放射膜を有することを特徴とする照明装置。 - 前記熱放射性材料は酸化アルミニウムであり、
前記第1の熱放射膜は、前記熱放射性材料を含有する塗料を塗布した後に焼結させて形成したセラミック膜であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の照明装置。 - 前記放熱部は、
前記第1の熱放射膜の表面に、前記塗料が含有する熱放射性材料と熱放射率が異なる熱放射性材料を含有する塗料を塗布した後に硬化させて形成した第2の熱放射膜を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の照明装置。 - 前記第2の熱放射膜は、酸化チタンを含有する塗料を焼結させて形成したセラミック膜であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の照明装置。
- 前記第1の熱放射膜は、略3〜10μmの範囲の厚みに形成してあることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4の何れか一つに記載の照明装置。
- 前記放熱部はアルミニウムからなる基体を有し、
前記第1の熱放射膜を形成する前に前記基体の表面を酸化形成した酸化アルミニウム膜を有することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5の何れか一つに記載の照明装置。
