Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a vehicle and an exhaust gas recirculation control method.
Conventionally, this type of vehicle includes an exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) having an internal combustion engine that outputs power to the drive shaft of the vehicle and a valve provided in the middle of a communication path that connects the exhaust passage and the intake passage of the internal combustion engine. : Exhaust Gas Recirculation) device, and adjusting the amount of exhaust gas flowing through the communication passage (EGR amount) by adjusting the opening of the valve has been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
However, in the above vehicle, when the throttle opening is reduced so that the accelerator pedal is depressed by the driver while the internal combustion engine is being operated while exhaust gas recirculation is being performed and the output power of the internal combustion engine is reduced, The exhaust gas recirculation device valve may not be closed, and the intake negative pressure of the internal combustion engine may increase and more exhaust gas may be introduced into the intake passage. Sometimes it became stable. Therefore, when reducing the output power of the internal combustion engine, it is conceivable to close the valve of the exhaust gas recirculation device. However, if the valve is closed after the output power of the internal combustion engine falls below a sufficiently small threshold, the internal combustion engine There are cases where it cannot be avoided that the operating state of the vehicle becomes unstable.
The vehicle and the exhaust gas recirculation control method of the present invention are mainly intended to stabilize the operating state of the internal combustion engine.
The vehicle and the exhaust gas recirculation control method of the present invention employ the following means in order to achieve the above-mentioned main object.

It is a summary to provide.
In the vehicle according to the present invention, a required power change amount, which is a change amount per unit time, of the power required for the internal combustion engine during operation of the internal combustion engine by opening the exhaust gas recirculation valve is predetermined. The exhaust gas recirculation device is controlled so that the exhaust gas recirculation valve is closed when it becomes less than the negative threshold, and exhausted until a predetermined release condition is established after the exhaust gas recirculation valve is closed. The exhaust gas recirculation device is controlled so that the closed state of the recirculation valve is maintained. Therefore, since the exhaust gas recirculation valve is closed when the required power change amount becomes less than the negative threshold value, the exhaust gas recirculation valve is closed when the power required for the internal combustion engine falls below the sufficiently small threshold value. It is possible to suppress the closing of the exhaust gas recirculation valve from being delayed as compared with the configuration. Further, the exhaust recirculation valve can be kept closed until a predetermined release condition is satisfied. As a result, the operating state of the internal combustion engine can be further stabilized.
In such a vehicle of the present invention, the exhaust gas recirculation device is controlled by using, as the predetermined release condition, a condition in which the detected required power change amount exceeds a second threshold value that is greater than the negative threshold value. The exhaust gas recirculation control means may use the exhaust gas recirculation device using a condition that a change amount per unit time of the throttle opening of the internal combustion engine exceeds a value of 0 as the predetermined release condition. The exhaust gas recirculation control means may frequently open and close the exhaust gas recirculation valve after the detected required power change amount becomes less than the negative threshold value. It is also possible to control the exhaust gas recirculation apparatus by using a condition that a predetermined time elapses as a time for suppressing the exhaustion as the predetermined release condition. . In this way, frequent opening / closing of the exhaust gas recirculation valve can be suppressed. Here, the “second threshold value” includes a value of 0 or the like.
Further, in the vehicle of the present invention, the exhaust gas recirculation device includes a DC motor having a predetermined high response for driving the exhaust gas recirculation valve, and the exhaust gas recirculation control means includes the exhaust gas recirculation valve. It can also be a means for controlling the exhaust gas recirculation device by controlling the DC motor to be opened and closed.
Furthermore, in the vehicle of the present invention, the three-axis power generator is connected to the three axes of the generator for inputting / outputting power, the drive shaft coupled to the drive wheels, the output shaft of the internal combustion engine, and the rotation shaft of the generator. Three-axis power input / output means for inputting / outputting power to the remaining shafts based on power input / output to / from any one of the two shafts, an electric motor capable of inputting / outputting power to / from the drive shaft, the generator, It is also possible to provide power storage means for exchanging electric power with the electric motor.

The hybrid vehicle 20 of the embodiment thus configured calculates the required torque to be output to the

Next, the operation of the hybrid vehicle 20 of the embodiment configured as described above, particularly the operation when opening and closing the
When the EGR control routine is executed, the
Subsequently, the
When the required power change amount ΔPe * is equal to or greater than the negative threshold value P1, it is determined that the request for deceleration of the vehicle has not started, and the opening degree of the
In this way, when the required power change amount ΔPe * becomes less than the negative threshold value P1 during the operation of the
When the value 1 is set to the EGR off flag F in this way, when the EGR off flag F is determined to be a value 1 in step S120, it is determined whether or not the required power change amount ΔPe * is greater than the value 0 (step S170). When the required power change amount ΔPe * is less than or equal to 0, the
If it is determined in step S120 that the EGR off flag F has a value of 1 and the required power change amount ΔPe * is determined to be greater than 0 in step S170, it is determined that the vehicle deceleration request has been canceled, and the EGR execution condition described above is satisfied. The EGR is executed according to the success or failure (step S180). At this time, in the embodiment, the EGR execution condition is established on the condition that the cooling water temperature Tw is equal to or higher than a predetermined temperature indicating a state in which the
According to the hybrid vehicle 20 of the embodiment described above, the
