Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a cloth material having a conductive wire that can be energized.
As a member provided with this type of conductive wire, the heating element of Patent Document 1 is known. The heating element includes a flat carrier, a linear conductive wire, and an energizing means that can supply power to the conductive wire. And in a well-known technique, after arrange | positioning a some conductive wire in parallel to a support body, the parallel circuit of a some conductive wire is formed in a heat generating body by electrically connecting in parallel with a pair of electricity supply means.
A known heating element can be used as a heater for a vehicle seat, for example. At this time, the heating element (a heating element separate from the seat structure) is disposed inside the vehicle seat (between the skin material and the cushioning material) in consideration of the stretchability of the seat and durability during use. Often.
By the way, the skin material of the vehicle seat is a member that covers the cushion material forming the outer shape of the seat. A general skin material has a surface material that constitutes a design surface and a pad material disposed on the back surface of the surface material in consideration of the seating ability of the occupant, and the surface material and the pad material are laminated. It is integrated by the joining method.
As the pad material, a porous pad material (such as a urethane pad having a high air content) is typically used. However, since the porous pad material is excellent in heat insulation, it takes time to heat up the sheet and power consumption increases in the above-described configuration (configuration in which a heating element is disposed on the back side of the skin material). There was something to do.
Therefore,
In the technique of
However, the conventional conductive wire is inferior in elongation characteristics, and is somewhat unsuitable for use as the structure of the surface material. For this reason, in the technique of
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and the problem to be solved by the present invention is to make the cloth material conductive while maintaining as much as possible the elongation characteristics that can be used as the skin material.
As means for solving the above-mentioned problems, the cloth material of the first invention has a conductive wire that can be energized and an energization means that can supply power to the conductive wire. The fabric material is a woven fabric or a knitted fabric using a conductive wire as a constituent yarn, and can be used as a skin material of a vehicle seat, for example. And by making the conductive wire into an energized state by the energizing means, the cloth material functions as an electrode or heater of the capacitance type sensor, but this kind of cloth material has an elongation characteristic that can be used as a skin material. It is preferable.
Therefore, in the present invention, the above-described conductive wire is a first wire having elasticity that can be expanded and contracted, and a second wire that is twisted to the first wire (arranged in a spiral shape to allow expansion and contraction of the first wire). Have And it was set as the structure which ensures the electroconductivity of a cloth material because a 2nd wire has the core yarn which consists of carbon fiber, and the sheath yarn twisted together by the core yarn.
The cloth material of the second invention has a conductive wire that can be energized and an energization means that can supply power to the conductive wire. The cloth material is a woven or knitted fabric using a conductive wire as a constituent yarn.
And in this invention, the above-mentioned conductive wire is the 1st wire provided with the elasticity which can be expanded, and the 2nd wire which was twisted together by the 1st wire (it was arranged in the shape of a spiral so that expansion and contraction of the 1st wire was permitted). Have And it was set as the structure which ensures the electroconductivity of a cloth material because a 2nd wire has the core yarn which consists of carbon fiber, and the resin layer which coat | covers a core yarn.
The cloth material of the third invention is the cloth material of the first invention or the second invention, wherein the conductive wire has a third wire made of a material different from the carbon fiber. And in this invention, it was set as the structure which twists this 3rd wire to the 1st wire from the top of the 2nd wire (it arranges in a spiral form so that expansion and contraction of the 1st wire is permitted). By doing so, the durability of the conductive wire is improved, and the second wire is twisted (conductivity of the cloth material) suitably, for example, by suppressing the displacement of the second wire relative to the first wire. Can do.
According to the first and second aspects of the present invention, the cloth material can be made conductive while maintaining as much as possible the elongation characteristics that can be used as the skin material. Moreover, according to the 3rd invention, while improving the durability of a cloth material, the electroconductivity of a conductive wire can be maintained suitably.
Hereinafter, embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In each figure, a code | symbol may be attached | subjected only to one part conductive wire for convenience.
Also, in each figure, a reference symbol F is attached to the front of the vehicle seat, a reference symbol B to the rear of the vehicle seat, a reference symbol L to the side of the vehicle seat, a reference symbol UP to the top of the vehicle seat, and a reference symbol DW to the lower side of the vehicle seat.

(First wire)
The
The

The number of filaments of the
(Extension elastic modulus at 20% elongation)
The
Here, the elongation modulus at 20% elongation can be measured in accordance with “JIS L 1013 8.9”. In the test for the elastic modulus of elasticity, the gripping interval is set to 200 mm, and the tensile speed is set to 20 mm / min. Also, it is stretched to 40 mm, which is 20% of the gripping interval.
(Initial tensile resistance)
The
The initial tensile resistance can be measured according to “JIS L 1013 8.10”.
(Elongation)
The
The elongation is measured according to “JIS L 1013 8.5.1” and is a constant speed extension type, a gripping interval of 200 mm, and a tensile speed of 200 mm / min. E 2 is the elongation at the maximum load.
(Elastic yarn)
Various elastic yarns can be exemplified as the
Examples of synthetic fibers include polyester elastomer fibers, polyurethane fibers, polyamide elastomer fibers, polyether elastomer fibers, synthetic rubber fibers, and butadiene fibers.
In particular, since the polyester elastomer fiber has suitable elongation characteristics, it is preferable to use the wire material of the fiber or a wire material (composite yarn) partially using the fiber as the
For example, “Diaflora (registered trademark)” (330 dtex-1f-CS0330M) manufactured by Toyobo Co., Ltd. is an elastic yarn of polyester elastomer fiber. The elastic yarn has suitable elongation characteristics (20% elongation modulus: 91%, initial tensile resistance: 6 cN / dtex, elongation: 69%). “Diaflora (registered trademark)” (500 dtex-1f-BD0500M) manufactured by the same company also has suitable elongation characteristics (20% elongation elastic modulus: 92%, initial tensile resistance: 10 cN / dtex, elongation: 101%). .
“Solotex (registered trademark)” (200 dtex-1f-SBR) manufactured by Solotex is an elastic yarn of PTT fiber. The elastic yarn also has suitable elongation characteristics (20% elongation modulus: 90%, initial tensile resistance: 20 cN / dtex, elongation: 49%).
(Second wire)
The
Here, the “specific resistance (volume resistivity)” is a physical property value used for comparing what kind of material is difficult to conduct electricity, and is measured in accordance with, for example, “JIS K-7194”. Can do.

The PAN-based carbon fiber is a fiber obtained by carbonizing and baking polyacrylonitrile (PAN), and examples thereof include flame-resistant fiber, carbonized fiber, and graphitized fiber. The pitch-based carbon fiber is a fiber obtained by carbonizing and firing petroleum pitch or coal pitch, and examples thereof include infusible fiber, carbonized fiber, and graphite fiber. Among these, filaments of carbon fibers (carbonized fibers, graphitized fibers, graphite fibers) having a firing temperature of 1000 ° C. or higher have good electrical conductivity, and are therefore preferably used as the

Examples of other wires (materials) include plant-based and animal-based natural fibers, chemical fibers made of thermoplastic resins or thermosetting resins, and mixed yarns thereof. The other wire may be a linear member made of the above material, and examples thereof include spun yarn, filament, drawn yarn, and stretchable yarn (false twisted yarn and buckled yarn). Of these, filaments are preferred because of their high process stability.
In addition, in natural fiber, since cotton, hemp, or wool is excellent in a texture, it is preferable to use as a structure of the cloth material 10 (refer FIG. 2). Moreover, in the chemical fiber, since the filament of polyester fiber or nylon fiber is excellent in durability, texture, and strength, it is preferably used as the configuration of the

In the present embodiment, the configuration other than the core yarn is preferably a material that is easier to burn or melt than the carbon fiber (core yarn 22). That is, it is desirable that the components other than the core yarn have a melting point lower than that of the carbon fiber (core yarn 22) or a material having a limiting oxygen index (LOI) of less than 26.
Here, the limiting oxygen index (LOI) is an index of oxygen concentration (O 2 %) obtained from the minimum oxygen amount necessary for a wire such as a synthetic fiber such as natural fiber to sustain combustion.

[Example 1]
In this example, a fabric material as a woven fabric was woven using the following conductive wires as constituent yarns.
An elastic yarn (“Diaflora (registered trademark)” 560 dtex, DB500M manufactured by Toyobo Co., Ltd.) was used as the first wire rod.
As a second wire rod (winding thread lower thread), a core fiber of carbon fiber (“Torayca (registered trademark) T300-1K-50A” manufactured by Toray Industries, Inc.) and a false twisted thread (167 dtex-48 filament) of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) A sheath thread was used. The sheath wire was subjected to double covering of S twist and Z twist with a twist of 1000 T / m with respect to the core yarn as the second wire.
A PET false twisted yarn (167 dtex-48 filament) was used as the third wire rod (winding yarn upper yarn).
A conductive wire (first weft) of this example was obtained by subjecting the second wire and the third wire to the first wire, and performing double covering of the S twist and the Z twist with a twist number of 200 T / m.

[Results and discussion]
With reference to [Table 1] and FIG. 9, the fabric material of Comparative Example 1 had relatively large stitch wrinkles and lacked the elongation characteristics as a skin material. Further, the fabric material of Comparative Example 2 lacked the elongation characteristics as a skin material, and the conductive wire material was exposed on the surface (surface design properties deteriorated).
On the other hand, the fabric materials of Examples 1 and 2 had elongation characteristics that hardly used seam wrinkles and could be used as a skin material. Moreover, almost no conductive wire appeared on the surface of the fabric materials of Examples 1 and 2, and the surface design was excellent. Moreover, when electric power (12W) was supplied to the cloth material of Example 1, it heated up rapidly.
From this, it was found that according to Examples 1 and 2, the cloth material can be made conductive while maintaining the elongation characteristics that can be used as the skin material as much as possible.
In Examples 3 and 4, the obtained conductive wire (covering yarn) had no twist of the second wire (coating yarn).
And according to the 2nd wire (coating thread | yarn) of Example 3 and 4, it was able to be twisted together with the 1st wire relatively easily.
