Abstract
【解決手段】受け部は一体型に形成され、上端部と、底端部と、上端部から底端部にまで延在するボアと、上端部に隣接しロッドを受けるための実質的にU字型のチャネルと、底端部に隣接し頭部を収容するための座部とを備える。固定要素は上端部から挿入される。骨固定装置は、頭部への圧力印加を可能にするためにボアにおいて移動可能な圧力要素を含む。固定要素は、受け部に対して回動可能であり、圧力要素を介した頭部への圧力印加によってある角度で固定可能である。圧力要素と受け部との間で作用するばね要素が設けられる。ばね要素は、上端部から圧力要素を挿入することを可能にするが、圧力要素が上端部を通って外れるのを阻止する。

Claims (17)
- 骨固定装置であって、
軸(3)を有し、骨および頭部(4)に固定するための固定要素(2)と、
頭部(4)を受け、固定要素に接続されるべきロッド(20)を受けるための受け部(5,5′)とを含み、前記受け部は、一体型に形成され、上端部(51)と、底端部(52)と、上端部から底端部にまで延在するボア(53)と、上端部に隣接し、ロッドを受けるための実質的にU字型のチャネル(55)と、底端部に隣接し、頭部を収容するための座部(54)とを備え、前記固定要素は上端部(51)から挿入されるものであり、前記骨固定装置はさらに、
頭部に圧力を加えることのできる圧力要素(6,6′)を含み、
前記固定要素は、受け部に対して回動可能であり、圧力要素を介して頭部に圧力を加えることによってある角度で固定可能であり、
圧力要素と受け部との間で作用するばね要素(8,8′,59)が設けられ、ばね要素は、上端部から圧力要素を挿入することを可能にするが、圧力要素が上端部を通って外れるのを阻止する、骨固定装置。 - ばね要素(8,8′,59)が挿入方向に非対称である、請求項1に記載の骨固定装置。
- ばね要素および圧力要素(6,6′)は別個の部品である、請求項1または2に記載の骨固定装置。
- ばね要素(8,8′,59)は、圧力要素(6,6′)を保持位置に移動させることができ、それでも頭部の回動が可能となるように設計される、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の骨固定装置。
- 圧力要素がばね要素のばね力に抗して保持位置に嵌まり込む、請求項4に記載の骨固定装置。
- ばね要素(8,8′)が、圧力要素の溝(64)および受け部の溝(57)に挿入される弾性リングである、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の骨固定装置。
- 弾性リングが1つのスリット(84)を有する、請求項6に記載の骨固定装置。
- リングの内径が上端部に面する側ではより大きく、底端部に面する側ではより小さい、請求項6または7に記載の骨固定装置。
- リングの内面(84)が、上端部と底端部との間の少なくとも一部において傾斜している、請求項6から8のいずれかに記載の骨固定装置。
- リングが円形であるか、または星型などの波形を有する、請求項6から9のいずれかに記載の骨固定装置。
- 受け部(5′)の内壁がばね要素(59)を含む、請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の骨固定装置。
- ばね要素が、受け部の壁における凹部(58)の内外へと弾力的に移動可能である少なくとも1つの弾性指部(59)によって形成される、請求項11に記載の骨固定装置。
- ばね要素(59)がチャネルの側壁に設けられる、請求項11から13のいずれかに記載の骨固定装置。
- ばね要素が、上端部を通って圧力要素が外れるのを防ぐ停止面(64,57,59a)を備える、請求項1から13のいずれかに記載の骨固定装置。
- ばね要素は傾斜面(84,59b)を有し、これにより、挿入中に圧力要素がばね要素を徐々に拡張させることが可能となる、請求項1から14のいずれかに記載の骨固定装置。
