Abstract
【解決手段】分離したり、結合したりする第1の要素と第2の要素から構成されるクイックカップリングにおいて、第1の要素50は主には係合部を伴った外側のスリーブ1と、少なくとも1本の圧力ラインの少なくとも1本のバルブを備えた連結部とユーザーインターフェースのための連結装置を備え、第2の要素60は係合部と少なくとも1本の圧力ラインの少なくとも1本のバルブを備えた連結部とユーザーインターフェースのための連結部を備える。第2の要素60は係合部が外部のスリーブ1に設けられた設置部に押し込まれる安全ピンとその周りに沿って設けられた安全ナットを含む。

Description
第2要素が主に結合部と少なくとも1つの圧力ラインのバルブを備えた連結部とユーザーインターフェースのコネクタから構成され、
着脱自在の前記第1要素と前記第2要素からなるカップリングであって、
前記第2要素は外部スリーブ管の前記結合部の設置部に押し込まれるように設けられた安全ピンと、その円周に沿って設けられた安全リングナットから構成されることを特徴とする本発明によってその目的は達成される。
外面的に、第2要素60(図5乃至8)は主に係合リングナット70と安全リングナット11とコネクタ12からなる。係合リングナット70は自身の回転により、らせん状溝3と係合し、第1要素50と第2要素60を連結させるための放射線状に固定された3つのピン13を備える。
第1要素50に置かれる雄部60の同軸回転コネクタ12は、回転する球状動作部16によって、回転している間に、第1要素50は第2要素60といっしょに防がれ、従って柔軟なチューブが捩れるのを避けることができる(図12)。
一方、外部スリーブ管1の前面設置部4はピン14が解放回転をしている間に出ないように、肩部41を持ち、もう一方で結合回転の間にピン14を出すために斜面42を持つ(図1)。
Claims (6)
- クイックカップリング(100)は着脱自在の第1要素(50)と第2要素(60)から構成され、
第1要素(50)は主に結合部を伴った外部スリーブ管(1)とユーザーインターフェース(25)のコネクタ(2)と少なくとも1つの圧力の係るライン(9、10)のバルブがついた連結部を備え、
第2要素(60)は主に結合部(13、15、70)と少なくとも1つの圧力の係るライン(20、21)のバルブがついた連結部とユーザーインターフェース(122)のコネクタ(12)を備えたことを特徴とするクイックカップリングであって、
前記第2要素(60)は外部スリーブ管(1)の係合部(15、70)の設置部(4)に適度に押し込まれる安全ピン(14)と、その円周に沿って設けられた安全リングから構成されることを特徴とするクイックカップリング。 - 連結部が安全リングナット(11)を動作させること以外で、外部スリーブ管(1)から結合リングナットの回転を防ぐとき、
前記結合部が結合リングナット(70)から構成され、
前記結合リングナットは放射線状に固定される内部ピン(13)を備え、
前記内部ピンは第1要素(50)と第2要素(60)の結合のための外部スリーブ管(1)のらせん状溝(3)に適度に結合するように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のクイックカップリング。 - 第2要素(60)のコネクタ(12)が適度に外部ユーザー(122)と接続される不揃いの2つのライン(20、21)を設けた部品(12’)を備え、
第2要素(60)のコネクタ(12)が球状動作部(16)によって、連結に関して回転することを特徴とする請求項2記載のクイックカップリング。 - 第1要素(50)のコネクタ(2)が適度に外部ユーザー(25)と接続される不揃いの2つのライン(9、10)を設けた部品(12’)を備え、
第1要素(50)のコネクタ(2)が球状動作部(16)によって、連結に関して回転することを特徴とする請求項2及び3記載のクイックカップリング。 - 請求項1乃至4記載のクイックカップリングにおいて、クイックカップリングが不揃いのライン(9、10、20、21)を備えたことを特徴とするクイックカップリング。
- 圧力の係るライン(9、10、20、21)のバルブを伴った連結部(16、17)から構成される第1要素(50)と第2要素(60)の急速連結の方法であって、
安全リングナット(11)が動作すること以外に、外部スリーブ管(1)から係合部(13)の回転が防がれる連結動作のとき、
第1要素(50)の外部スリーブ管(1)のらせん状の溝(3)に第2要素(60)の係合部(70、13、15)が結合し、
同時に、前記係合部(70、13、15)の圧力によって、外部スリーブ管(1)の設置部(4)に第2要素(60)の安全リングナット(11)の安全ピン(14)が結合することを実現する急速連結方法。
