Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a V-belt type continuously variable transmission.
Conventionally, for example, as seen in
In the conventional V-belt type continuously variable transmission described above, the power transmission unit for transmitting the power of the drive motor (91, 131) to the groove width variable mechanism includes a reduction gear mechanism (92, 132) and a screw type slider mechanism ( 79 etc., 125 etc.).
For this reason, it is necessary to provide a plurality of gears and their bearing members in the power transmission unit, resulting in an increase in the number of parts of the power transmission unit and an increase in size of the power transmission unit.
An object of the present invention is to provide a V-belt continuously variable transmission that solves the above-described problems and can reduce the number of parts of the power transmission unit and can reduce the size of the power transmission unit.
In order to achieve the above object, a V-belt continuously variable transmission according to the present invention includes a driving pulley supported by a primary shaft, a driven pulley supported by a secondary shaft, and a bridge between the driving pulley and the driven pulley. The passed V-belt, the drive pulley, the driven pulley, the case for accommodating the V-belt, and the pulley width by sliding the movable pulley in the drive pulley and / or the driven pulley in the axial direction of the movable pulley. A V-belt continuously variable transmission comprising a variable groove width mechanism for changing the groove width, an actuator unit that operates the variable groove width mechanism, and a power transmission unit that transmits the power of the actuator unit to the variable groove width mechanism. There,
The actuator unit includes an output unit that is arranged in parallel to the axis of the movable pulley and moves forward and backward in the direction of the axis.
The power transmission unit includes an arm member that is coupled to the output unit and that is supported by being fixed to the movable pulley so as to be relatively rotatable, and that slides the movable pulley in accordance with the forward and backward movement of the output unit. It is characterized by.
According to this V-belt type continuously variable transmission, the actuator unit is provided in parallel with the axis of the movable pulley and includes an output portion that moves forward and backward in the axial direction. Since the movable pulley slides through the arm member, it is not necessary to provide a plurality of gears and their bearing members that are required in the conventional power transmission unit.
Therefore, according to the present invention, the number of parts of the power transmission unit can be reduced, the accuracy of the moving direction of the movable pulley can be improved, and the power transmission unit can be miniaturized. As a result, the parts of the entire V-belt type continuously variable transmission The number of points can be reduced and the size can be reduced.
Preferably, a shaft that supports a movable pulley that is slid by the groove width varying mechanism is supported in a cantilevered state on the case, and a slide guide that guides the slide of the arm member is parallel to the shaft and It is formed integrally with the case.
With this configuration, the movable pulley shaft cantilevered can reduce the axial length of the case as compared to the case where the shaft is supported at both ends, and the slide guide can support the shaft. By integrally forming the slide guide, it is possible to configure the slide guide with a simple configuration and accurately in parallel with the shaft. Therefore, it is possible to smoothly slide the movable pulley in the axial direction by reducing unnecessary force (for example, bending moment) acting on the arm member and the shaft as much as possible.
Preferably, at least one stopper that defines a movement range of the arm member is formed integrally with the case.
With this configuration, it is possible to define at least one of the movement ranges of the arm member with a simple configuration without increasing the number of parts.
Preferably, a biasing member that biases the movable pulley toward the fixed pulley is provided between the arm member and the case.
With this configuration, when the output portion of the actuator slides the movable pulley toward the fixed pulley via the arm member, the biasing member assists the movement of the arm member, so that the power consumption of the actuator can be reduced. it can. Therefore, the actuator can be downsized, and as a result, the entire V-belt type continuously variable transmission can be downsized.
Since a V-belt is bridged between the driving pulley and the driven pulley, due to the tension of the V-belt, there is a force that tries to widen the gap between the fixed pulley and the movable pulley. Works. Therefore, when the movable pulley is slid by the actuator, it is slid so that it is narrower than the fixed pulley as compared with the case where the movable pulley is slid so that it is widened. When it is slid, it requires more power. If no measures are taken here, an actuator capable of demonstrating the great power is required, and the power consumption and shape of the actuator must be increased.
On the other hand, according to the present invention, a biasing member that biases the movable pulley toward the fixed pulley is provided between the arm member and the case, and the output portion of the actuator is connected to the movable pulley via the arm member. The power consumption and shape of the actuator can be reduced by assisting the movement of the arm member with the urging member (using the urging member as the assist member) when sliding toward the fixed pulley side. Further, when a ball screw is used as the advance / retreat mechanism of the actuator output section, it is possible to prevent the rattling.
More preferably, when the urging member is provided on each of the driving pulley side and the driven pulley side, the urging force by the urging member on the driving pulley side is applied by the urging member on the driven pulley side. Make it smaller than the power.
If comprised in this way, even if an actuator fails, the ratio of a V belt can be returned to the LOW side. Therefore, even if the actuator fails, the vehicle can be started.
Preferably, the case is provided with a cylindrical positioning portion concentric with the pulley shaft around the pulley shaft and having a ring-shaped groove concentric with the pulley shaft and positioned by the cylindrical positioning portion. The arm member is provided with a ring-shaped groove concentric with the pulley shaft, and a coil spring concentric with the pulley shaft forming the biasing member between the ring-shaped grooves. The biasing member is mounted between the case and the arm member by fitting the both ends of each.
If comprised in this way, the attachment diameter of a coil spring can be enlarged, the bias of the thrust force by the inclination of a coil spring can be reduced, and it becomes possible to obtain the smooth sliding operation of an arm member and a movable pulley.
Preferably, the output portion and the arm member are connected by engaging a hook portion provided at the tip of the output portion with the arm member side, and the hook portion is attached to the mounting portion of the actuator unit in the case. A gap is provided to enable movement of the actuator unit for engagement / disengagement.
With this configuration, when connecting the output portion and the arm member at the hook portion when assembling the continuously variable transmission, or when releasing the connection between the output portion and the arm member at the time of disassembly, the actuator unit is connected to the case. The output part and the arm member can be easily connected / released by moving using the gap to disengage the hook part.
Desirably, the motor which forms the drive source of the actuator unit is disposed above a line connecting the primary shaft and the secondary shaft.
With this configuration, it becomes easy to secure the bank angle.

As described above, the
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, an
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the
The
The
As shown in FIG. 4, the
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the
The

As shown in FIG. 3, the

The
When the
