Abstract
【解決手段】セグメント1を周方向と管長方向に連結して既設管内に更生管が組み立てられ既設管が更生される。セグメント1に周方向に沿って複数のナット12が固定され、各ナットとネジ部が形成された締め付け部材11の螺合による締め付けにより順次セグメントがナットの固定されたセグメントに対して管長方向に連結される。セグメントにおけるナット12の位置は、そのセグメントと隣接するセグメントのナットの位置と周方向にみてずれている。このようにナットの位置をずらすことにより、締め付け部材とそれと螺合するナットの配置は全体でみて千鳥状になり、セグメントの管長方向の連結強度を均一なものにすることができる。

Description
セグメントを周方向と管長方向に連結して既設管内に更生管を組み立て既設管を更生する既設管の更生工法であって、
セグメントに周方向に沿って複数のナットが固定され、各ナットとネジ部が形成された締め付け部材の螺合による締め付けにより順次セグメントがナットの固定されたセグメントに対して管長方向に連結され、
セグメントにおけるナット位置を、該セグメントと隣接するセグメントのナット位置と周方向にみてずらして各セグメントが連結されることを特徴とする。
連結が終了すると、各開口部101aは、蓋(不図示)などにより密閉される。このとき、蓋の内面が各内面板101の内面と連続し均一な内面が形成されるようにする。なお、ボルト6とナット7による周方向の連結が容易な場合には、特に開口部101aを設ける必要はない。また、図2では、2組のボルトとナットが用いられているが、小径の既設管に使用されるセグメントの場合には、一組のボルトとナットだけでセグメントを周方向に連結することができる。

Claims (8)
- セグメントを周方向と管長方向に連結して既設管内に更生管を組み立て既設管を更生する既設管の更生工法であって、
セグメントに周方向に沿って複数のナットが固定され、各ナットとネジ部が形成された締め付け部材の螺合による締め付けにより順次セグメントがナットの固定されたセグメントに対して管長方向に連結され、
セグメントにおけるナット位置を、該セグメントと隣接するセグメントのナット位置と周方向にみてずらして各セグメントが連結されることを特徴とする既設管の更生工法。 - 前記セグメントが、更生管の内周面を構成する内面板と、該内面板の周方向に延びる両側に立設された側板と、側板の内側で内面板の上面に立設され側板と平行な内部板を有し、締め付け部材がセグメントの内部板から、このセグメントに連結されるセグメントに固定されたナットに螺合され、締め付け部材のナットと反対側の他端が内部板と圧接して両セグメントが連結されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の既設管の更生工法。
- 前記内部板が複数個設けられ、前記ナットは側板から最も近い位置の内部板に固定されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の既設管の更生工法。
- 前記ナットの管長方向の長さは、ナットが前記内部板に固定された状態で最も近い側板の外側にはみ出す長さであり、そのはみ出し量が連結される他のセグメント1の側板の厚さと同等あるいはそれ以上となっていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の既設管の更生工法。
- 前記内部板が複数個設けられ、締め付け部材が圧接する内部板は、締め付け部材と螺合するナットから最も距離が離れた内部板であることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の既設管の更生工法。
- 前記締め付け部材が、ナットと螺合する反対側端部にナットが装着されたネジ部材であることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の既設管の更生工法。
- 前記締め付け部材がボルトであることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の既設管の更生工法。
- スナップ嵌合式の連結具を用いた連結を併用してセグメントを管長方向に連結することを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の既設管の更生工法。
