Claims (41)
- 複数の資産を備えるプロセスプラント内で保守指図を自動的にスケジュールする方法であって、
前記複数の資産の少なくとも1つのための保守警告に応答して保守指図を生成すること、
前記保守指図のための、前記保守指図と関連付けられる推定時間または推定費用を指示する推定保守情報を生成すること、
前記保守指図を複数の他の保守指図の間でスケジュールするために、前記推定保守情報を保守スケジューラに伝達すること、および
前記推定保守情報に基づき、前記保守指図を含む保守スケジュールがもたらされるように前記保守指図をスケジュールすること
を含む、方法。 - 前記保守指図のための前記推定時間として推定完了時刻を生成することをさらに含み、前記推定保守情報は前記推定完了時刻を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記保守指図のための前記推定時間として推定開始時刻を生成することをさらに含み、
前記推定保守情報は前記推定開始時刻を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記保守指図のための、前記推定費用を生成することをさらに含み、前記推定データは前記推定費用を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。

- 現在の資産データに基づいて前記保守指図をスケジュールすることをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記現在の資産データが、健全性指標、性能指標、有用性指標、または変動性指標を含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記保守警告に対応する少なくとも1つの以前の保守指図の履歴データを収集すること、および
前記履歴データに基づいて前記推定保守情報を決定すること
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記履歴データが、前記少なくとも1つの以前の保守指図のための保守タスク情報、労働力情報、または資材情報を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。

- 前記履歴データが、前記少なくとも1つの以前の保守指図のための平均費用を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの以前の保守指図が、前記複数の資産の少なくとも他の1つのための前記保守警告に応答して完了されたものである、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記保守指図の完了後に、前記保守指図のための実際の保守タスク、実際の労働力、および実際の資材情報で前記履歴データを変更することをさらに含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記保守スケジュールを保守要員に伝達することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記推定保守情報の変更に応答して前記保守スケジュールを変更することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。

- プロセスプラント内で保守指図を自動的にスケジュールする方法であって、
前記プロセスプラント内の資産のための保守警告に応答して、保守指図を完了するための保守項目を含む前記保守指図を生成すること、
前記保守項目に関する実際のデータを受け取ること、
前記保守項目に関する推定保守情報を受け取ること、
前記実際のデータと前記推定保守情報とを比較して、前記保守指図と関連付けられる推定時間または推定費用を指示する、前記保守指図のための推定保守情報を生成すること、
前記保守指図を含む、前記推定保守情報に基づく保守スケジュールを生成すること
を含む、方法。 - 前記推定保守情報に基づき、前記保守指図に、前記保守スケジューリングにおいてより高い優先順位が与えられる、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記保守スケジュールを生成することが、前記資産の現在の状況情報に基づいて前記保守スケジュールを生成することをさらに含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記現在の状況情報が健全性指標、性能指標、有用性指標、または変動性指標である、請求項20に記載の方法。
