Description
−貯留槽に薬剤を収容し、且つ貯留槽の出口に向かって遠位方向に第1軸に沿って可動であることにより、貯留槽の容量を縮小して薬剤を出口から放出するようにスライド可能に配置されるピストンを収容する容器であって、その位置が、容器と関連する少なくとも一つのパラメータを表す機械的第1特徴をさらに含む容器、及び
−投与アセンブリであって、その駆動手段が、容器のピストンを遠位方向に移動可能とするように容器に固定される投与アセンブリであって、容器上の、前記機械的第1特徴の位置を特定するように構成される電気回路をさらに含む投与アセンブリ
を備え、さらに、投与アセンブリに配置される第1電気抵抗トラックと、前記第1電気抵抗トラックにスライド可能に係合する第1ワイパーとを備え、第1ワイパーが、容器が投与アセンブリに固定されると、前記機械的第1特徴と連結し、第1抵抗トラックと第1ワイパーが電気回路に結合され、且つ電気回路が第1電気抵抗トラックに対する第1ワイパーの相対的位置を検出するように構成されていることにより、容器が投与アセンブリに固定されるとき、容器を特定することができる。
Claims (16)
- 医薬送達システムであって、
−貯留槽に薬剤を収容し、且つスライド可能に配置されるピストンを収容する容器であって、ピストンが貯留槽の出口に向かって遠位方向に第1軸に沿って可動であることにより、貯留槽の容量が縮小して薬剤が出口から放出され、さらに、その位置が容器と関連する少なくとも一つのパラメータを表す第1突起を含む容器と、
−投与アセンブリであって、その駆動手段が容器のピストンを遠位方向に移動させることが可能となるように容器に固定され、さらに、容器の第1突起の位置を識別するように構成される電気回路を含む投与アセンブリと
を備え、
本医薬送達システムは、投与アセンブリに配置される第1電気抵抗トラックと、使用時に前記第1電気抵抗トラックにスライド可能に係合する第1ワイパーとを備え、第1ワイパーは、容器が投与アセンブリに固定されると第1突起と連結し、第1電気抵抗トラックと第1ワイパーは、第1電気抵抗トラックに対する第1ワイパーの相対的位置を検出するように電気回路に結合され、それによって前記容器が特定される、医薬送達システム。 - 投与アセンブリが、容器上に配置される第2突起と協働する第1スイッチ要素を備え、第1スイッチ要素及び電気回路が、容器が投与アセンブリに適正に固定される時点を検出する、請求項1に記載の医薬送達システム。
- 投与アセンブリが、容器上に配置される前記第2突起と協働する第2スイッチ要素を備え、第2スイッチ要素が、投与アセンブリに対する容器の初回結合に応じて前記電気回路のコントローラーを作動させる、請求項2に記載の医薬送達システム。
- 投与アセンブリに配置される第2電気抵抗トラックと、前記第2電気抵抗トラックにスライド可能に係合する第2ワイパーとを備え、容器が第3突起を含み、容器が投与アセンブリに固定されるときに第2ワイパーが第3突起と連結する、請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の医薬送達システム。
- 容器が、投与アセンブリの中に少なくとも部分的に受容される近位端を有し、前記突起の少なくとも一つが、近位方向に延びる容器の近位端に配置される、請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の医薬送達システム。
- 容器が概ね円筒形のセクションを有し、突起の少なくとも一つが、円筒セクションの外面に配置される、請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の医薬送達システム。
- 電気抵抗トラックが、薄層電位差計又は重厚層電位差計である、請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の医薬送達システム。
- 容器が投与アセンブリから遠ざけられると、ワイパーの少なくとも一つが、それに対応する電気抵抗トラックから遠ざけられる、請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載の医薬送達システム。
- 容器が投与アセンブリに固定されると、容器の第1及び/又は第3突起が、ワイパーとして機能する、請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項に記載の医薬送達システム。
- 容器が第1締結手段を含み、第1締結手段が、第1軸に沿う相対的に軸方向性の運動と、それに続いて行われる第1軸を中心とする相対的に回転性の運動とを含む一連の運動によって、投与アセンブリの第2締結手段と解除可能的に結合できる、請求項1ないし9のいずれか1項に記載の医薬送達システム。
- 容器が第1締結手段を含み、第1締結手段が、第1軸に沿う純粋に軸方向性の運動によって投与アセンブリの第2締結手段に解除可能的に結合することができ、投与アセンブリが、投与アセンブリに対して容器を回転的に軸揃えする手段を含む、請求項1ないし10のいずれか1項に記載の医薬送達システム。
- 容器が、投与アセンブリに対して予め規定された単一の回転方向に、投与アセンブリに固定されるように、第1及び第2締結手段が構成される、請求項10又は11に記載の医薬送達システム。
- 容器が、投与アセンブリに対して予め規定された二つの回転方向に、投与アセンブリに固定されるように、第1及び第2締結手段が構成されており、二つの回転方向が180度反対である、請求項10又は11に記載の医薬送達システム。
- 請求項2ないし13のいずれか1項に記載の医薬送達システムに使用される容器であって、貯留槽に薬剤を収容し、且つスライド可能に配置されるピストンを収容し、ピストンが貯留槽の出口に向かって遠位方向に第1軸に沿って可動であることにより、貯留槽の容量が縮小して薬剤が出口から放出されるもので、本容器はさらに、投与アセンブリの駆動手段を受容する腔を有する近位端を有し、近位端は円形セクションを有する部分を含み、第1及び第2突起、及び必要に応じて他の突起(単数又は複数)が、容器の円形セクションの辺縁に沿って配置されて近位方向に延び、前記突起の少なくとも一つについて、前記少なくとも一つの突起と、それに隣接する突起の各々との間の中心間隔が非等距離である、容器。
- 投与アセンブリの第2締結手段に容器を固定するための第1締結手段を含み、第1締結手段が二つの放射状に延びる雄性部材を含む、請求項14に記載の容器。
- 前記突起の少なくとも一つが、円形セクションの外周に沿って、45度未満、好ましくは30度未満、より好ましくは20度未満に相当する円弧幅を有する、請求項14又は15に記載の容器。
