Abstract
【解決手段】交流電圧端子と直流電圧中間回路に接続される直流電圧端子を有する少なくとも1つの相モジュールと、少なくとも1つのエネルギー蓄積器を備え、各直流電圧端子と各交流電圧端子の間に相モジュールアームが構成され、各相モジュールアームが、各々電力用半導体素子を有するサブモジュールからなる直列回路を持ち、各サブモジュールの電力用半導体素子の1つに対する並列回路に半導体保護手段が設けられると共に、半導体保護手段の制御のための制御ユニットが設けられ、エネルギー蓄積器が制御ユニットにエネルギーを供給するように配置された装置において、直流電圧側に存在する短絡に起因する損傷を電源系統の投入時にも確実に防止すべく、各相モジュールの直流電圧端子が直流電圧開閉器を経て直流電圧中間回路に接続されている。

Claims (13)
- 1つの交流電圧端子(31、32、33)と直流電圧中間回路(4)に接続された少なくとも1つの直流電圧端子(p、n)とを有する少なくとも1つの相モジュール(3a、3b、3c)と、少なくとも1つのエネルギー蓄積器(5、13)とを備えた電流変換のための装置(1)であって、
各直流電圧端子(p、n)と各交流電圧端子(31、32、33)との間に相モジュールアーム(6ap、6bp、6cp、6an、6bn、6cn)が構成されていて、各相モジュールアーム(6ap、6bp、6cp、6an、6bn、6cn)が、各々少なくとも1つの電力用半導体素子(8、9)を有するサブモジュール(7)からなる直列回路を持ち、各サブモジュール(7)の電力用半導体素子(8、9)の1つに対する並列回路に半導体保護手段(10)が設けられていると共に、半導体保護手段(10)の制御のための制御ユニットが設けられていて、エネルギー蓄積器(5、13)が制御ユニットにエネルギーを供給するように配置されている装置において、
各相モジュール(3a、3b、3c)の少なくとも1つの直流電圧端子(p)が直流電圧開閉器(15)を経て直流電圧中間回路(4)に接続されたことを特徴とする装置。 - 各交流電圧端子(31、32、33)が交流電圧開閉器(16)を経て電源系統(11)に接続可能であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 半導体保護要素 が少なくとも1つのサイリスタ(10)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の装置。
- 各サブモジュール(7)が、逆並列接続されたフリーホイールダイオード(9)を有するターンオフ制御可能な電力用半導体素子(8)を含み、各エネルギー蓄積器(5)が直流電圧中間回路(4)内に配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の1つに記載の装置。
- 各サブモジュール(7)が、エネルギー蓄積器(13)と、エネルギー蓄積器(13)に並列に接続された電力用半導体素子回路(14)とを有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の1つに記載の装置。
- 電力用半導体素子回路がフルブリッジ回路であることを特徴とする請求項5記載の装置。
- 電力用半導体素子回路(14)が、互いに直列に接続された2つのターンオフ制御可能な電力用半導体素子(8)を有し、各電力用半導体素子(8)に各々1つのフリーホイールダイオード(9)が逆並列接続されていることを特徴とする請求項5記載の装置。
- 直流電圧開閉器(15)が断路器であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7の1つに記載の装置。
- 短絡を負った直流電圧中間回路(4)を経て少なくとも1つの電力変換器又は少なくとも1つの電気機械に接続されている電力用半導体素子(8、9)を有する電力変換器(2)の損傷制限のための方法であって、制御ユニットが電力変換器(2)又は直流電圧中間回路(4)のエネルギー蓄積器(5、13)からエネルギーを供給され、制御ユニットが短絡を確認し、続いて短絡電流が半導体保護手段(10)を経ても、それに並列に接続されている電力用半導体素子(8、9)を経ても流れるように電力用半導体素子(8、9)に並列に接続された少なくとも1つの半導体保護手段(10)を制御し、かつ電力変換器(2)と直流電圧中間回路(4)との接続前に各エネルギー蓄積器(5、13)が充電される方法。
- 各電力用半導体素子(8、9)が直流電圧開閉器(15)により直流電圧中間回路(4)に接続されることを特徴とする請求項9記載の方法。
- 各直流電圧開閉器(15)が電力変換器(2)と電源系統(11)との接続前に開路されることを特徴とする請求項10記載の方法。
- 電力変換器(2)が交流電圧開閉器(16)により電源系統(11)に接続されることを特徴とする請求項11記載の方法。
- 電力変換器(2)と直流電圧中間回路(4)との接続のために、先ず全ての交流電圧開閉器(16)および全ての直流電圧開閉器(15)が開路され、続いてエネルギー蓄積器(5、13)の充電のために交流電圧開閉器(16)が閉成され、各交流電圧開閉器(16)がエネルギー蓄積器(5、13)の充電後に開路され、直流電圧開閉器(15)が電力変換器(2)と直流電圧中間回路との接続のために閉路され、そして直流短絡が事前に検出されなかった場合に最終的に各交流電圧開閉器(16)が電力変換器(2)と電源系統(11)との接続のために閉路されることを特徴とする請求項12記載の方法。
