Claims (31)
- 特にビールの濾過用のフィルタ装置(1)であって、
未濾過液入口(7)および未濾過液出口(5)を備える未濾過液チャンバ(2)を備え、前記未濾過液入口(7)が前記未濾過液チャンバ(2)の壁(2a)に対して略接線方向で未濾過液を導き、
前記未濾過液チャンバ(2)の底部(14)の少なくとも一部がフィルタ(4)として具現化され、
前記底部(14)の下側に配置され且つ濾過液出口(6)を備える濾過液チャンバ(3)を備える、
フィルタ装置(1)。 - 前記フィルタ(4)が少なくとも1つのフィルタディスク(4a,b,c)を備える、請求項1に記載のフィルタ装置(1)。
- 前記未濾過液出口(5)が前記未濾過液チャンバ(2)の上面(2b)のほぼ中心に配置される、請求項1または2に記載のフィルタ装置(1)。
- 前記未濾過液出口(5)が出口パイプ(5)を備え、前記出口パイプの断面積が上端へ向かって減少する、請求項1または3に記載のフィルタ装置(1)。
- 前記フィルタ(4)が、10−1〜10−2μmの範囲内、特に0.2〜1.8μmの範囲内の粒子を濾過して除去するマイクロフィルタである、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタ装置(1)。
- 前記マイクロフィルタが、レーザによって穿孔されるディスクから好ましくは形成されるマイクロフィルタディスクである、請求項5に記載のフィルタ装置(1)。
- 前記フィルタ(4)が支持体(12)上に載置され、前記支持体(12)が裏地として、特に金属ファブリックとして具現化され、あるいは、3次元的に延びる幅広メッシュ状グリッドとして具現化される、請求項5または6に記載のフィルタ装置(1)。
- 前記未濾過液チャンバ(2)の直径が前記底部へ向かって減少し、または、前記未濾過液チャンバ(2)の前記底部(14)が弓形である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 前記濾過液チャンバ(3)の直径が前記底部へ向かって減少し、または、前記濾過液チャンバの底部(13)が弓形である、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタ装置(1)。
- 前記未濾過液出口(5)が、回路内の未濾過液を元の未濾過液チャンバ(2)内へ及び/又はバッファ/フィーダタンク(17)内へ導く戻し導管(22)に接続される、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 前記濾過液出口(6)が、幾つかの開口(16)を介して前記濾過液チャンバ(3)に接続される円形ライン(15)を備える、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタ装置(1)。
- 前記フィルタ装置(1)が、前記未濾過液チャンバの底部(14)を振動させるための手段(25)を備える、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタ装置(1)。
- 移動可能な回転ブラシ(26)が洗浄目的で前記底部(14)に配置される、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタ装置(1)。
- 前記ブラシ(26)が、前記未濾過液チャンバ(2)の壁(2a)の外側を通るマグネットによって移動され、あるいは、駆動シャフト(50)によって移動される、請求項13に記載のフィルタ装置(1)。
- 少なくとも1つの開口が前記未濾過液チャンバ(2)の底部(14)に具現化され、前記開口内には、1つの対応するフィルタディスク(4a,b,c)がそれぞれ配置される、請求項2〜14のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタ装置(1)。
- 前記濾過液チャンバ(3)が、濾過液チャンバ(3)の下側および側方周囲に延在する、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタ装置(1)。
- 前記未濾過液チャンバ(2)の側壁(2a)の少なくとも一部がベローズ(40)として具現化される、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタ装置(1)。
- 前記手段(25)が、前記濾過液チャンバ(3)を貫通するスリーブ(43)内で延び且つ前記未濾過液チャンバの底部(14)を振動させる振動シャフト(42)を備える、請求項12に記載のフィルタ装置(1)。
- 前記スリーブ(43)が、一端が前記未濾過液チャンバの壁または底部に配置され、他端が前記濾過液チャンバの壁または底部に配置されており、少なくとも一部がベローズ(44)として具現化される、請求項18に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 前記出口パイプ(5)及び/又は前記未濾過液入口(7)が高さ調整可能に配置される、請求項1〜20のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 幾つかのフィルタ装置(1)が互いに直列に或いは並列に配置される、請求項1〜20のいずれか一項に記載の幾つかのフィルタ装置を有するフィルタシステム。
- 特にビールの濾過のための方法であって、
未濾過液を未濾過液チャンバ(2)内へ接線方向で導入することにより、前記未濾過液チャンバ(2)の中心へ向けて減速する回転流が前記未濾過液チャンバ(2)の壁(2a)に沿って形成されるようにし、それにより、未濾過液が、少なくとも一部がフィルタ(4)として具現化される前記未濾過液チャンバ(2)の底部上にわたって回転して、前記フィルタ(4)を通じて下方へと流れるとともに、そのプロセスで濾過されるステップと、
前記底部(14)の下側に濾過液を排出するステップと、
前記未濾過液チャンバ(2)の中心から未濾過液を排出するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記フィルタ(4)がマイクロフィルタであり、10−1〜10−2μmの範囲内、特に0.2〜1.8μmの範囲内の粒子が濾過されて除去される、請求項22に記載の方法。
- 除去される未濾過液が、サイクル中に前記未濾過液チャンバ(2)及び/又はバッファ/フィーダタンク(17)へ戻される、請求項22または23に記載の方法。
- 前記フィルタ(4)が濾過中に少なくとも間隔を置いて振動される、請求項22〜24のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記フィルタ(4)がパルス態様で振動される、請求項22〜25のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ブラシ(26)が洗浄目的で前記未濾過液チャンバの底部(14)の表面上で循環する、請求項1〜26のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記濾過液チャンバ(2)内および前記未濾過液チャンバ内の圧力がCO2の飽和蒸気圧よりも大きく維持されることを特徴とする請求項22〜27のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記未濾過液チャンバ(2)内の圧力が前記濾過液チャンバ(3)内の圧力よりも高く維持される、請求項1〜28のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 未濾過液が1〜10ms/sの速度で接線方向から導入される、請求項22〜29のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 圧力制御バルブ(9)が前記濾過液出口(6)に配置される、請求項1〜21のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタ装置(1)。
