Claims (11)
- プッシュタイプ駆動ベルト(3)が設けられた連続可変変速機であって、
ベルト(3)の無端引張り手段(31)に沿って可動な複数の横断エレメント(33)が設けられており、前記無端引張り手段(31)が、横断エレメント(33)の凹所(37)に、無端引張り手段と凹所との間に軸方向に僅かな遊びを有しながら、収容されており、それぞれが2つのプーリディスク(4,5)を含むプーリ(1,2)が、個々のプーリシャフト(6,7)に設けられており、前記プーリディスクの間に、大体がV字形のプーリ溝が形成されており、該プーリ溝が、相互に軸方向でずれているか、又は少なくとも相互に軸方向にずれることができ、駆動ベルト(3)が、プーリの個々のプーリディスク(4,5)の間に嵌合されながら、プーリ(1,2)の周囲に巻き掛けられている形式のものにおいて、
変速機(1)に、プーリ(1,2)の間においてベルト(3)の横断エレメント(33)を位置決めするための案内手段(50)が装備されていることを特徴とする、連続可変変速機。 - 前記案内手段(50)が、少なくとも1つのプーリ(1)のプーリ溝に関して軸方向で横断エレメント(33)に所定の位置を強制する、請求項1記載の変速機。
- 前記案内手段(50)が、横断エレメント(33)が個々のプーリ溝と軸方向で整合して位置決めされるように設けられている、すなわち、横断エレメント(33)の中央が個々のプーリ(1)のプーリ溝の軸方向中央と整列するように軸方向で位置決めされている、請求項2記載の変速機。
- 前記案内手段に、ベルト(3)の半径方向外側から横断エレメント(33)に係合するための係合手段(51)が設けられている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の変速機。
- 前記係合手段(51)が、ベルト(3)の半径方向内側に向けられた可変かつ制御可能な力を横断エレメント(33)に加えるように配置されている、請求項4記載の変速機。
- 前記係合手段(51)が、前記力を、ベルト(3)の回転速度に関して及び好適には変速機によって伝達されるトルクにも関して制御するように配置されている、請求項5記載の変速機。
- 前記横断エレメント(33)に、ベルト(3)の半径方向外側に配置されたテーパした上側部分(40)が設けられている形式ものにおいて、前記案内手段(50)に、横断エレメント(33)の前記上側部分(40)上に配置されかつ該上側部分と係合する大体がV字形の周方向溝(52)を有するローラ(51)が設けられている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の変速機。
- ローラ(51)の周方向溝(52)が個々のプーリ(1)のプーリ溝と軸方向で整合しており、ローラ(51)の周方向溝(52)の軸方向中央が前記プーリ溝の軸方向中央と整列している、請求項7記載の変速機。
- ローラ(51)が、移動手段(55)によってベルト(3)に関して可動なサブフレーム(53)に回転可能に取り付けられており、これにより、ローラが、ベルト(3)の半径方向内側に向けられた力を横断エレメント(33)に加えることができるようになっている、請求項7又は8記載の変速機。
- プッシュタイプ駆動ベルト(3)が設けられた連続可変変速機を作動させる方法において、ベルト(3)の無端引張り手段(31)に沿って可動な複数の横断エレメント(33)が設けられており、引張り手段(31)が、横断エレメント(33)の凹所(37)に、引張り手段と凹所との間に設けられた軸方向の僅かな遊びを有しながら、収容されており、それぞれが2つのプーリディスク(4,5)を含むプーリ(1,2)が、個々のプーリシャフト(6,7)に設けられており、前記プーリディスクの間にV字形のプーリ溝が形成されており、これらのプーリ溝が、変速機の作動中に互いに軸方向でずれているか、又は少なくとも変速機の作動中に互いに軸方向でずれることができ、駆動ベルト(3)が、プーリの個々のプーリディスク(4,5)の間に嵌合されながら、プーリ(1,2)の周囲に巻き付けられており、ベルト(3)の横断エレメント(33)所定の位置が、横断エレメントが少なくとも1つのプーリ(1)の個々のプーリ溝に取り上げられる前に変速機の案内手段(50)によって横断エレメント(33)に強制されることを特徴とする、連続可変変速機を作動させる方法。
- 横断エレメント(33)が、個々のプーリ溝と軸方向で整合して位置決めされている、すなわち、横断エレメント(33)の中間点が個々のプーリ(1)のプーリ溝の軸方向中間点と整合するように軸方向で位置決めされている、請求項10記載の方法。
