Claims (62)
- 生体組織に取り付けられる誘導要素上を複数のカテーテルを連続的に前進させるステップを含み、該誘導要素は、該カテーテルが該誘導要素上を前進させられた後に、該生体組織から取り外されない、方法。
- 前記生体組織は、低侵襲性にアクセス可能である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記複数のカテーテルのうちの少なくもと1つから、少なくとも1つの移植片を展開するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの移植片は、少なくとも1つのアンカーである、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つのアンカーは、自己拡張し、前記生体組織の領域の中へ自己固定する、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの移植片は、少なくとも1つの電極である、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記生体組織は、心臓組織を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。

- テザーの上を複数のカテーテルを連続的に前進させるステップを含み、該テザーは、低侵襲性にアクセス可能である生体組織に取り付けられる、方法。
- 前記複数のカテーテルのうちの少なくとも1つから、少なくとも1つの移植片を展開するステップをさらに含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの移植片は、少なくもと1つのアンカーである、請求項15に記載の方法。

該第1の送達カテーテルから第1のアンカーを展開するステップであって、該第1のアンカーは、誘導要素に取り付けられる、ステップと、
該第1の送達カテーテルを近位に引き抜くステップと、
該誘導要素上を第2の送達カテーテルを前進させるステップと、
該第2の送達カテーテルから第2のアンカーを展開するステップと
を含む、方法。 - 前記誘導要素は、テザーを含む、請求項26に記載の方法。
- 前記テザーは、縫合糸を含む、請求項27に記載の方法。
- 前記縫合糸は、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンで含浸されるポリエステルを備える、請求項28に記載の方法。
- 前記第2のアンカーは、前記誘導要素に摺動可能に連結される、請求項26に記載の方法。
- 前記第2のアンカーは、小孔を備え、該第2のアンカーは、投げ縄で前記誘導要素を係合し、該小孔を通して該投げ縄を近位に引き抜くことによって、該誘導要素に摺動可能に連結される、請求項30に記載の方法。
- 前記第1および第2のアンカーは、前記生体組織の異なる領域に展開される、請求項26に記載の方法。
- 前記第1および第2のアンカーは、自己拡張し、前記生体組織の異なる領域の中へ自己固定する、請求項26に記載の方法。
- 前記生体組織の前記第1の領域に前記第1の送達カテーテルを前進させるステップは、トンネルカテーテルを通して第1の送達カテーテルを前進させるステップを含む、請求項26に記載の方法。
- 前記トンネルカテーテルは、開口部を有する略管状部材を備える、請求項34に記載の方法。
- 前記開口部は、前記略管状部材の側壁に位置付けられる、請求項35に記載の方法。
- 前記略管状部材は、近位端および遠位端を有し、前記開口部は、該略管状部材の該遠位端の近位に位置する、請求項35に記載の方法。
- 前記トンネルカテーテルによって前記第1の送達カテーテルを前進させるステップは、前記略管状部材の前記壁の前記開口部を通して、該第1の送達カテーテルの一部を前進させるステップを含む、請求項35に記載の方法。
- 前記誘導要素上を前記第2の送達カテーテルを前進させる前に、前記生体組織の第2の領域に前記トンネルカテーテルを位置付けるステップをさらに含む、請求項34に記載の方法。
- 前記トンネルカテーテルは、近位部および遠位部を有し、該トンネルカテーテルの該遠位部は、少なくとも1つの曲線を含むように事前形成される、請求項34に記載の方法。
- 前記方法は、少なくとも3つのアンカーを展開するために使用される、請求項26に記載の方法。
- 前記生体組織は、心臓組織である、請求項26に記載の方法。

- 生体組織に対してカテーテルを固定させるための装置であって、該カテーテルは、組織の第2の部分に対してカテーテルを固定させるために、組織の第1の部分に対して係合するように構成される拡張可能部材を備える、装置。
- 前記拡張可能部材は、低圧膨張可能バルーンであって、該バルーンは、弾性材料で作られる、請求項52に記載の装置。
- 前記低圧バルーンの一部分だけが、膨張するように構成される、請求項53に記載の装置。
- 前記膨張可能な部材は、形状記憶素材で作られる、請求項52に記載の装置。
- 前記拡張可能部材は、ニッケルチタン合金で作られる、請求項55に記載の装置。
- 第1および第2の管腔を備る、テザーに沿って前進するためのカテーテルであって、該第1および第2の管腔は、互いに隣接して位置付けられ、該第1および第2の管腔の少なくとも一部分は、該管腔を通る該テザーの通行を可能とするように構成され、該第2の管腔は、該第1の管腔からアクセス可能である、カテーテル。
- 前記カテーテルは、近位部分および遠位部分、ならびに該遠位部分に位置し、該近位部分には位置しない前記第2の管腔を有する、請求項57に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記カテーテルは、送達カテーテルである、請求項57に記載のカテーテル。
