Abstract
【解決手段】片面にプラスチックフィルム2aをコーティングしたシート状の樹脂吸着材2bを前記プラスチックフィルム面が外表面となるよう両端を接合した接合部2cを形成する管状体2と、前記接合部2cを覆う第一密封リボンテープ3と、前記第一密封リボンテープ3より幅広で、前記第一密封リボンテープ3の上に重ねて前記プラスチックフィルム2aに溶着した第二密封リボンテープ4とからなり、前記第一・第二リボンテープ3、4で前記接合部2cを密封したことを特徴とする管ライニング材1の構成とした。

Claims (6)
- 片面にプラスチックフィルムをコーティングしたシート状の樹脂吸着材を前記プラスチックフィルム面が外表面となるよう両端を接合した接合部を形成する管状体と、前記接合部を覆う第一密封リボンテープと、前記第一密封リボンテープより幅広で、前記第一密封リボンテープの上に重ねて前記プラスチックフィルムに溶着した第二密封リボンテープとからなり、前記第一・第二リボンテープで前記接合部を密封したことを特徴とする管ライニング材。
- 片面にプラスチックフィルムをコーティングしたシート状の樹脂吸着材を前記プラスチックフィルム面が外表面となるよう両端を接合した接合部を形成する管状体において、
前記接合部付近のプラスチックフィルムを加熱機で加熱した後、押し出し機より溶融した密封リボンテープを押し出し、前記接合部を密封したことを特徴とする管ライニング材の製造方法。 - 片面にプラスチックフィルムをコーティングしたシート状の樹脂吸着材を前記プラスチックフィルム面が外表面となるよう両端を接合した接合部を形成する管状体において、
前記接合部にプラスチックフィルム素材の第一密封リボンテープを配置し、前記第一リボンテープを加熱機で加熱して軟化又は溶融させ、前記第一密封リボンテープより幅広に、溶融リボンテープを押し出し機より押し出し、前記第一密封リボンテープの上に重ねて合わせて前記接合部を密封したことを特徴とする管ライニング材の製造方法。 - 前記溶融リボンテープを押し出し機より押し出した後、押圧ローラーにより押圧したことを特徴とする請求項2又は請求項3に記載の管ライニング材の製造方法。
- 前記押圧ローラー内に、温水を循環或いは貯留させ、押圧ローラーの温度を制御することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の管ライニング材の製造方法。
- 前記加熱機の加熱幅は前記第二密封リボンテープが融着する幅の1.2倍以下で、かつ、押圧ローラーの幅が前記第二密封リボンテープの幅の1.2倍以上であることを特徴とする請求項4又は請求項5に記載の管ライニング材の製造方法。
