Abstract
【解決手段】移動型3と固定型1とを使用して第1、2の半成形品A、Bを接合端面a、bを有するように成形する。第2の半成形品Bが残った状態で移動型3をスライドさせて、固定型1に残った第1の半成形品Aと整合させ、その間にハロゲンヒータまたはカーボンヒータからなるヒータ41を挿入する。型開量を小さくして接合端面a、bを溶融する。ヒータを退避して型閉じして接合端面a、bを溶着する。

Description
本発明は、上記したような問題点に鑑みてなされたもので、具体的には、複雑な形状の中空成形品でも高い寸法精度で成形できると共に、充分な接合強度が得られ、接合端面の形状が複雑であってもヒータの形状を容易に対応させることができ、そのような複雑な形状に形成されたヒータであっても一対の半中空成形品の接合端面の間に容易に挿入することができ、接合端面を短時間で溶融できると共に表面近傍だけを溶融することができ、従って他の部分を溶融して樹脂の品質を損なう恐れも無く、加熱体は安価な駆動装置であっても駆動できるように軽量であると共に、断熱構造体を格別に設ける必要も無く、エネルギー損失が少なく溶融箇所によって加熱量を調節することも可能な、中空成形品の成形方法と中空成形品およびその製造装置を提供することを目的としている。
請求項2に記載の発明は、請求項1に記載の成形方法において、前記ヒータには接合端面に相似して一筆書き状に形成されている線状ヒータを使用するように、請求項3に記載の発明は、請求項2に記載の成形方法において、前記ヒータが一筆書き状に形成され、2カ所の近接した部分において非連続部分が生じているときは、前記2カ所の部分が鉛直方向に上下の関係になるようにして、接合端面間に挿入するように構成される。請求項4に記載の発明は、請求項1〜3のいずれかの項に記載の成形方法において、前記ヒータには、独立して制御可能な複数個のヒータを使用するように、そして請求項5に記載の発明は、請求項1〜4のいずれかの項に記載の成形方法によって成形された中空成形品であるように構成される。

Claims (6)
- 1次成形において、型開閉可能な移動型と固定型とからなる金型を使用して対になる半成形品を接合端面を有するように成形し、
そして2次成形において、一方の半成形品が残っている前記移動型を、他方の半成形品が残っている前記固定型に対して移動させて、接合端面が所定の間隔に離間するように対向させ、
離間した接合端面間にハロゲンヒータまたはカーボンヒータからなるヒータを挿入し、前記移動金型を型閉じ方向に駆動して、接合端面と前記ヒータとの間隔を狭めて、前記ヒータに給電して接合端面を非接触的に溶融して、前記ヒータを退避させて型閉じして接合端面を圧着する中空成形品の成形方法。 - 請求項1に記載の成形方法において、前記ヒータには接合端面に相似して一筆書き状に形成されている線状ヒータを使用する、ことを特徴とする中空成形品の成形方法。
- 請求項2に記載の成形方法において、前記ヒータが一筆書き状に形成され、2カ所の近接した部分(E1、E2)において非連続部分(D)が生じているときは、前記2カ所の部分(E1、E2)が鉛直方向に上下の関係になるようにして、接合端面間に挿入することを特徴とする、中空成形品の成形方法。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかの項に記載の成形方法において、前記ヒータには、独立して制御可能な複数個のヒータを使用することを特徴とする、中空成形品の成形方法。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれかの項に記載の成形方法によって成形された中空成形品。
- 金型と、ヒータとの組み合わせからなり、
前記金型は、少なくとも固定型と移動型とを有し、前記移動型を前記固定型に対して第1の位置で型締めすると、これらの型より接合端面を有する第1、2の半成形品を成形するための第1、2のキャビテイが構成され、
前記移動型を所定量移動させると、前記第1、2のキャビテイは互いに整合し、整合した第2の位置では前記移動型と固定型のパーティング面の間は少なくとも2段階の異なる型開量に保持できると共に、型締めもできるようになっており、
前記ヒータは、第1、2の半成形品の接合端面と相似した形状に構成されたハロゲンヒータまたはカーボンヒータからなり、該ヒータは型開されたパーティング面の間に挿入、待避自在に設けられていることを特徴とする、中空成形品の製造装置。
