Description

The present invention relates to a foldable board and an automobile provided with the foldable board.

Conventionally, for this type of folding board, for example, a board molded product described in Patent Document 1 has been proposed. This board molded product is composed of a flat core material and a skin material integrally attached to the surface side of the core material. The board molded product has a hinge portion so that it can be folded in two. Is provided.

Here, the hinge portion is a support ridge provided on the core material so as to extend along the broken line of the board molded product, and both concave grooves formed on both sides of the support ridge from the opposite side of the skin material. The narrow groove provided near the support ridge in the both concave grooves so as to be the hinge center.

The board molded product configured in this way is configured to fold the core material together with the skin material to the front surface side or the back surface side with the support ridge as the center.

Japanese Patent No. 3750902

By the way, according to the above-mentioned board molded product, since the support ridge has a width in the normal direction to the folding direction of the core material, each skin material part on both sides of the support ridge is for the thickness of the core material. The folded state between the respective skin material portions is likely to be a neatly folded state, but when the core material is folded together with the skin material toward the surface side of the skin material, A gap is formed between the skin material portions, and the respective skin material portions cannot be properly folded.

In view of the above, the present invention provides a foldable board that can be folded properly in either direction on both sides and a vehicle equipped with this foldable board in order to deal with the above-described problems. For the purpose.

In solving the above-mentioned problem, the folding board according to the present invention, according to the description of claim 1,
A plurality of board members (60a, 60b) which are sequentially arranged in a direction along the surface and made of a predetermined board material;
At least two hinge means (60e, 60f, 60g, 60h) are provided for each of the board members adjacent to each other among the plurality of board members so as to foldably connect the board members to the front side or the back side. .

And the said 2 hinge means is respectively 1st non-stretchable softness | flexibility connected between the one surface of both board members, and the back surface of the other board member via each opposing edge part of both board members. The second non-stretchable flexible hinge member connected between the hinge member (60e, 60g) and the back surface of one board member and the surface of the other board member via the opposing edge portions of both board members (60f, 60h).

Thus, if the foldable board is detachably fitted into an opening of a storage box that is fitted into an opening formed in a floor of a kitchen of a general house or an automobile, for example, the foldable board Serves as a lid for the storage while also serving as a floor member of the floor.

In such a state, the board is folded via the two hinge means when taking out the contents in the storage or storing other things in the storage.

Thus, when folding the board to the surface side, either one of the board members is turned toward the other board member from the surface side to open the opening of the opening of the storage. . On the other hand, when the board is folded from the back side, either one of the board members is turned toward the other board member from the back side to open the opening of the opening of the storage. As a result, the stored items in the storage can be taken out, or other items can be stored in the storage.

After that, when one of the board members closes the opening of the opening of the storage through the two hinge means, the board again serves as a lid for the storage while also using the floor member of the floor. Fulfill.

Here, according to each of the two hinge means having the above-described configuration, the first and second hinge members that cannot be expanded and contracted and have flexibility are viewed from the direction along the opposing edge portions of both board members. It will be connected so that it may mutually cross between both board members.

For this reason, as described above, when folding the board from the surface side, when turning one of the board members toward the other board member from the surface side, one of the boards The member rotates from the surface side toward the other board member around the opposing surface portion of each surface of both board members. Accordingly, one of the board members rotates 180 ° on the surface so as to overlap the surface of the other board member. On the other hand, when either one of the board members is rotated from the back side toward the other board member, both the board members are lifted upward from the respective opposing edge portions in an inclined manner. Then, one of the board members is rotated from the back surface side toward the other board member around the opposite back surface portion of each back surface of both board members. Therefore, one of the board members rotates 180 ° on the back surface so as to overlap the back surface of the other board member.

This means that when the board is folded to the front side or the back side, the other board member can be rotated within a wide angle range of 360 °. As a result, when taking out the contents in the storage or storing other objects in the storage, the opening part of the opening of the storage can be folded even if the board is folded toward either the front side or the back side. Can be fully opened and convenient.

Here, as described above, since each hinge member cannot be stretched and has flexibility, when the board is folded toward the front surface side or the back surface side, the other board member is attached to each surface of both board members. It is possible to rotate with reference to the opposing surface portion of each surface or the opposing back surface portion of each back surface without forming a gap between the opposing surface portions or the opposing back surface portions of each back surface. Therefore, the board can be smoothly folded to the front side or the back side.

Moreover, according to the description of claim 2, the present invention provides the folding board according to claim 1,
The two hinge means are located apart from each other on both end sides in the direction along the opposing edges of both board members,
In each of the two hinge means, the first and second hinge members are located close to each other in the direction along the opposing edge portions of both board members.

According to such a configuration, when the board is folded to the front surface side or the back surface side, both board members can be maintained in a state of being uniformly bonded to each other over the entire opposing edge portions. As a result, the function and effect of the first aspect of the invention can be ensured more stably.

According to the description of claim 3, the present invention provides the folding board according to claim 1 or 2,
A first skin member (60c) attached to the surface of one board member via each connection portion (61a, 63a) to the surface of one board member of each first hinge member;
A second skin member (60d) mounted on the surface of the other board member via each connection portion (62a, 64a) to the surface of the other board member of the second hinge member.

Here, each 1st and each 2nd hinge member is formed with the hinge belt | band | zone which consists of a nonwoven fabric, respectively, It is characterized by the above-mentioned.

Thereby, while giving a good appearance to the surface of the board by each skin member, the function and effect of the invention according to claim 1 or 2 is further improved by the hinge function of the hinge band which is each hinge member. be able to.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the foldable board according to any one of the first to third aspects,
The predetermined board material is formed by foaming by laminating a plate-shaped honeycomb body between both glass fiber mats infiltrated with a foamable thermosetting resin and heating and pressing. .

Thus, by forming both board members with a predetermined board material formed by foaming in this way, both the board members are configured as very rigid and lightweight members. As a result, the effect of the invention according to any one of claims 1 to 3 can be achieved while facilitating folding of the board.

Moreover, according to the description of claim 5, the present invention provides
In an automobile provided with a storage (50) fitted in an opening formed in the rear part of the floor of the vehicle body and a lid for closing the opening (51a) of the storage,
The said lid | cover is a foldable board (60) as described in any one of Claims 1-4, It is characterized by the above-mentioned.

Thus, by using the foldable board according to any one of claims 1 to 4 as a lid of a storage fitted in an opening formed in the rear part of the floor of a car body. In this embodiment, both glass fiber mats M1 and M2 are formed by consolidating glass fibers cut to a length within 50 to 100 (mm) with a binder and molding them into sheets. . Both glass fiber mats M1 and M2 formed in this way are lightweight and have a characteristic of being strong against stress in a direction perpendicular to the thickness direction of the honeycomb body M3.

The honeycomb body M3 is made of a plate-like paper honeycomb body having a predetermined thickness. The honeycomb body M3 is formed by sequentially bonding a plurality of paper pieces to each adjacent two paper pieces at predetermined intervals. Thus, it is formed by expanding in the thickness direction of the paper piece so as to form a large number of hexagonal apertures. The honeycomb body M3 formed in this manner is lightweight and has a characteristic that it is strong against stress acting in the thickness direction.

Thus, the board material M is manufactured as follows using the two glass fiber mats M1 and M2 and the honeycomb body M3 formed as described above.

First, a roll-shaped glass fiber mat material (made of the same forming material as the glass fiber mats M1 and M2) for forming both the glass fiber mats M1 and M2 by cutting is prepared. Then, while the roll-shaped glass fiber mat material prepared in this way is sequentially pulled out horizontally on the conveyor, a certain amount of foamable thermosetting property is placed on the roll-shaped glass fiber mat material that is sequentially pulled out in this way. Spread the resin evenly in sequence.

Thereafter, the roll-shaped glass fiber mat material to which the foamable thermosetting resin is sequentially sprayed in this way is heated at a heating temperature in the range of the melting temperature of the foamable thermosetting resin and the curing start temperature. To do. Thereby, the thermosetting resin sequentially sprinkled on the roll-shaped glass fiber mat material is adhered to the glass fiber mat by melting thereof.

Next, the foamable thermosetting resin is cooled and solidified by sandwiching the glass fiber mat material to which the thermosetting resin has been adhered by melting in this way by sandwiching it with a pair of rollers and feeding it. Thereafter, the glass fiber mat material obtained by cooling and solidifying the thermosetting resin in this manner is cut into predetermined lengths corresponding to the glass fiber mats M1 and M2, respectively, to form the glass fiber mats M1 and M2.

Thereafter, the above-described honeycomb body M3 is laminated so as to be sandwiched between the two glass fiber mats M1 and M2. At this time, the two glass fiber mats M1 and M2 are laminated so as to face each surface of the honeycomb body M3 on the surface to which each thermosetting resin is attached.

And the laminated body laminated | stacked in this way is pressurized and heated with a press, and it shape | molds. In this molding process, as described above, the foamable thermosetting resin adhered to both the glass fiber mats M1 and M2 is foamed, and between the glass fiber mats M1 and M2 and in each hexagonal opening of the honeycomb body M3. It hardens while entering. In this way, the board material M is manufactured.

In the board material M manufactured in this way, both the glass fiber mats M1 and M2 are lightweight and strong against stress in the direction perpendicular to the thickness direction as described above, and the honeycomb body M3. However, as described above, it has the characteristics of being lightweight and strong against stress acting in the thickness direction. Accordingly, the properties of both the glass fiber mats M1 and M2 and the honeycomb body M3 can be combined to provide a board material M that is lightweight and has high rigidity.

Note that the above-described foamable thermosetting resin does not completely enter into each aperture portion of the honeycomb body M3 due to the foaming because of resistance due to air pressure in each aperture portion of the honeycomb body M3. Therefore, an air part remains in each aperture of the honeycomb body M3. As a result, the board material M has high sound absorption and heat insulation.

The board material M manufactured as described above is processed and formed in accordance with the outer shape of each of the front and rear side board members 60a and 60b, thereby forming the front and rear side board members 60a and 60b.

The front and rear side skin members 60c and 60d are both formed of a nonwoven fabric, and the front and rear side skin members 60c and 60d are bonded to the front and rear side board members 60a and 60b, respectively. In the skin member 60d, as shown in FIG. 1, an opening H is formed corresponding to a gripping recess 61 formed in the vicinity of the rear edge central portion of the rear board member 60b.

Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the board 60 includes both left and right hinge bands 60e and 60f and both right and left hinge bands 60g and 60h, and these hinge bands 60e, 60f, 60g and 60h are formed of a nonwoven fabric. Has been. As shown in FIG. 2 or 3, the right hinge band 60g of both right hinge bands 60g and 60h is connected between the right ends of the front and rear board members 60a and 60b. On the left side of the right hinge band 60g, adjacent to the right hinge band 60g, they are connected between the right end portions of the front and rear board members 60a and 60b.

Here, the right hinge band 60g is adhered to the right rear portion of the front board member 60a on the back side of the front skin member 60c by the front end portion 61a, and the rear board member 60b is attached to the rear board member 60b by the rear end portion 61b. It is adhered on the right front part on the back surface, and the right end parts of the front and rear side board members 60a, 60b are connected. Further, the right hinge band 60h is adhered to the right front part of the surface of the rear board member 60b on the back side of the rear skin member 60d by the rear end part 62a, and the front board member 60a by the front end part 61b. The right end portions of the front and rear side board members 60a and 60b are connected to each other on the right rear portion of the back surface of the front and rear sides.

Further, of the left hinge bands 60e and 60f, the left hinge band 60e is connected between the left end portions of the front and rear board members 60a and 60b, as can be seen from FIG. 2, FIG. 7, or FIG. The left hinge band 60f is connected between the left end portions of the front and rear board members 60a and 60b along the left hinge band 60e on the right side of the left hinge band 60e.

Here, the left hinge band 60e is bonded to the left rear portion of the front board member 60a on the back side of the front skin member 60c by the front end portion 63a, and at the rear end portion 61b of the rear board member 60b. It is adhered on the left front part of the back surface and connects the left end parts of the front and rear side board members 60a, 60b. Further, the left hinge band 60f is adhered to the left front part of the surface of the rear board member 60b on the back side of the rear skin member 60d by the rear end part 64a, and at the front end part 61b, the front board member It adheres on the left rear part of the back surface of 60a, and connects the left end parts of both front and rear board members 60a, 60b.

In the present embodiment, the non-woven fabric has sufficient strength so as to improve the appearance of the surface of the board 60 and to exhibit a hinge function for hinge-connecting the front and rear board members 60a and 60b. A needle punched nonwoven fabric or a nonwoven fabric obtained by applying latex to the needle punched nonwoven fabric from the back side is employed. The nonwoven fabric for the skin member may be a nonwoven fabric that does not have a hinge function.

In the present embodiment configured as described above, the foldable board 60 is detachably fitted into the L-shaped opening 51a in the transverse section of the storage body 51 of the storage 50 as shown in FIG. Then, as described above, the board 60 is seated on the annular bottom surface of the L-shaped opening 51a in the transverse section of the storage body 51 at the lower peripheral portion thereof. Thereby, the board 60 serves as a lid for the storage 50 while also serving as a floor member at the rear of the floor 40 in the automobile.

In such a state, when taking out the stored items in the storage 50, for example, spare tires, or storing other items in the storage 50, the occupant is at the rear side of the vehicle body of the vehicle. Then, the back door is opened, the grip portion of the rear board member 60b of the board 60 is gripped and lifted upward. Here, as described above, since the rear board member 60b is formed of the lightweight board material M, it is lightweight. Accordingly, the passenger can easily lift the rear board 60b as described above.

Accordingly, the rear board member 60b rotates counterclockwise in FIG. 1 with reference to the fold line L that is a boundary with the front board member 60a, and as shown in FIG. It is in a half-open state above 60c, is further rotated in the same direction, and is folded on the front board member 60a via the front skin member 60c. This means that the board 60 is folded in half on the front side with respect to the fold line L.

On the other hand, when the board 60 is folded from the back side, the front board member 60a is lifted upward at the opposite edge to the rear board member 60b so that the rear board member 60b is inclined. The member is rotated from the back side toward 60b (see FIG. 6). This means that the board 60 is folded in half on the back side with respect to the fold line L.

The folding process of the board 60 will be described in relation to the left hinge bands 60e and 60f and the right hinge bands 60g and 60h. When the board 60 is in the state shown in FIG. As shown in FIGS. 7 (c) and 8 (c), 60e and 60f are in a state of being bent into a crank shape, and both right hinge bands 60g and 60h are both left and right hinge bands 60e and 60f, respectively. Is bent in the opposite crank shape.

That is, as shown in FIG. 7C, the left hinge band 60e has a crank shape that rises in a stepped manner from the front end part 64b to the rear end part 64a through the intermediate part 64c. As shown in FIG. 8C, 60f has a crank shape that falls in a stepped manner from the front end portion 63a to the rear end portion 63b via the intermediate portion 63c. Of the right hinge bands 60g and 60h, the right hinge band 60g is bent into the same crank shape as the left hinge band 60e, and the right hinge band 60h is the same crank shape as the left hinge band 60f. It is in a state of being bent.

In such a state, when the rear board member 60b is lifted and rotated counterclockwise as described above, the rear board member 60b is as shown in FIGS. 7B and 8B. As shown in FIGS. 7 (a) and 8 (a), it is folded up on the front board member 60a via both front and rear skin members 60c and 60d. It becomes a state.

Here, when the rear board member 60b rises perpendicularly to the front board member 60a as described above, the left hinge band 60e has the intermediate portion 64c and the rear end as shown in FIG. 7B. The portion 64a is L-shaped so as to rise vertically and linearly with respect to the front end portion 64b. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 8B, the left hinge band 60f is L-shaped so that the rear end portion 63b rises perpendicularly to the front end portion 62a and the intermediate portion 63b that are positioned linearly. Of the right hinge bands 60g and 60h, the right hinge band 60g has an L shape similar to that of the left hinge band 60e, and the right hinge band 60bh has an L shape similar to that of the left hinge band 60f. .

Furthermore, when the rear board member 60b is folded on the front board member 60a as described above, the left hinge bands 60e and 60f are shown in FIGS. 7A and 8A. As such, both are U-shaped. At this time, both the right hinge bands 60g and 60h are similarly U-shaped.

In this way, the board 60 opens the rear half of the opening of the storage 50 with the rear board member 60b and the rear skin member 60c. As a result, the spare tire in the storage 50 can be taken out, or other items can be stored in the storage 50.

Thereafter, the occupant grasps the grip portion of the rear board member 60b and lifts it upward, so that the rear board member 60b is stored via the hinge bands 60e to 60h with the fold line L as a reference. It rotates so that the rear half part of the opening part of the store | warehouse | chamber 50 may be obstruct | occluded. Thereby, the board member 60 plays the role of a lid for the storage 50 while also serving as a floor member at the rear of the floor 40 in the automobile.

Here, according to the hinge bands 60e to 60h connected to the front and rear side board members 60a and 60b as described above, both the hinge bands 60e and 60g are seen from the direction along the fold line L. With respect to 60h, it will be connected so that it may mutually cross | intersect between board member 60a, 60b on both sides.

Therefore, as described above, when the board 60 is folded from the front side, when the rear board member 60b is rotated from the front side toward the front board member 60a, the rear board member 60b It rotates from the surface side toward the front board member 60a centering on the opposing surface site | part of each surface of member 60a, 60b. Accordingly, the rear board member 60b is rotated 180 ° on its surface so as to overlap the surface of the front board member 60a. On the other hand, when the rear board member 60b is rotated from the back side toward the front board member 60b, the front board member 60a is lifted upward from the opposite edge side to the rear board member 60b. Then, the rear board member 60b is rotated from the back surface side toward the front board member 60a around the opposite back surface portions of the back surfaces of the front and rear board members 60a and 60b. Therefore, the rear board member 60b is rotated 180 ° on the back surface so as to overlap the back surface of the front board member 60a.

This means that the board 60 can be rotated within a wide angle range of 360 ° when the board 60 is folded to the front side or the back side. As a result, when taking out the contents in the storage 50 or storing other things in the storage 50, the board 60 can be opened regardless of whether the board 60 is folded toward the front side or the back side. It is convenient because the opening of the part can be sufficiently opened.

Here, as described above, since each of the hinge bands 60e to 60h is formed of the above-described nonwoven fabric, each of the hinge bands 60e to 60h is not stretchable and has flexibility. Therefore, when the board 60 is folded toward the front surface side or the back surface side, the rear board member 60b is located between the front surface portions of the front and rear side board members 60a, 60b or the back surface portions of the back surfaces. Without forming a gap, it can be rotated with reference to the opposing surface portion of each surface or the opposing back surface portion of each back surface. Therefore, the board 60 can be smoothly folded to the front side or the back side.

The left hinge bands 60e and 60f are located on the right end side of the opposing edges of the front and rear side board members 60a and 60b, while the right hinge bands 60g and 60h are the opposite sides of the front and rear side board members 60a and 60b. Located on the left end side of the edge. Moreover, the left hinge bands 60e and 60f are positioned close to each other, and the right hinge bands 60g and 60h are also positioned close to each other. For this reason, the distance between the left hinge bands 60e, 60f and the distance between the right hinge bands 60g, 60h are both narrower than the distance between the left hinge bands 60e, 60f and the right hinge bands 60g, 60h.

For this reason, when the board 60 is folded to the front surface side or the back surface side, the front and rear side board members 60a and 60b can be maintained in a state of being uniformly bonded to each other over the entire opposing edge portions. As a result, the board 60 can be smoothly folded to the front side or the back side.

Moreover, since the nonwoven fabric which forms each hinge belt | band | zone 60e-60h is formed with the needle punch nonwoven fabric which has sufficient intensity | strength as mentioned above, or the nonwoven fabric which apply | coated latex from the back surface to this needle punch nonwoven fabric, The hinge bands 60e to 60h can exhibit a hinge function well over a long period of time without causing damage or the like. Further, since the skin members 60c and 60d are also formed of a nonwoven fabric, the appearance is not impaired.

Further, in the state where the board member 60 closes the opening of the storage 50 and serves as the lid of the storage 50 while serving as the floor member at the rear of the floor 40 as described above, for example, an occupant When the vehicle rides on the board 60 or the baggage is placed on the board 60, the load of the passenger or the baggage acts on the board 60 from the upper side toward the inside of the storage 50.

Here, the board 60 is detachably fitted into the L-shaped opening 51a in the cross-section of the storage body 51 of the storage 50, and the L-shaped cross section of the storage body 51 at the lower outer periphery thereof. Is seated on the annular bottom surface of the opening 51a. Further, as described above, the board 60 is received from below by the central protrusion 54 and the left and right side protrusions 55a and 55b at the opposite edge portions (corresponding to the fold line L) of the front and rear side board members 60a and 60b. It is accepted.

For this reason, even if the load mentioned above acts on the board 60, the board 60 can maintain the original shape satisfactorily without bending downward and can sufficiently fulfill the role as the lid. Here, the board 60 is formed of the board material M having high rigidity as described above. Therefore, the board 60 can maintain the original shape even better.
