Abstract
【解決手段】燃料電池システムは、燃料電池と、燃料電池の始動時の発電量を制御する制御部とを備え、制御部は、燃料電池の始動電圧を開回路電圧から高電位回避電圧まで降下させる際に、燃料電池の初期電圧と高電位回避電圧より低い所定の閾値電圧とを比較し(S112)、燃料電池の初期電圧が閾値電圧以下である場合、燃料電池の始動電圧を高速で降下させ(S114)、燃料電池の初期電圧が閾値電圧より大きい場合であって、燃料電池への指令電圧と高電位回避電圧との差分が0より大きい場合(S116)又は高電位回避電圧と燃料電池総電圧との差分が所定値より大きい場合(S120)、燃料電池の始動電圧を低速で降下させる(S122)。

Claims (5)
- 燃料ガスと酸化剤ガスとの電気化学反応により発電する燃料電池と、
前記燃料電池の始動時の発電量を制御する制御部と、を備える燃料電池システムであって、
前記制御部は、前記燃料電池の始動電圧を開回路電圧から高電位回避電圧まで降下させる際に、前記燃料電池の初期電圧と前記高電位回避電圧より低い予め定められた閾値電圧とに応じて、前記燃料電池の始動電圧を開回路電圧から高電位回避電圧まで降下させる速度を制御する電圧降下制御手段を有することを特徴とする燃料電池システム。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料電池システムにおいて、
前記電圧降下制御手段は、前記燃料電池の初期電圧が前記閾値電圧以下である場合、前記燃料電池の始動電圧を高速で開回路電圧から高電位回避電圧まで降下させ、
前記燃料電池の初期電圧が前記閾値電圧より大きい場合であって、燃料電池への指令電圧と高電位回避電圧との差分が0より大きい場合又は高電位回避電圧と燃料電池総電圧との差分が所定値より大きい場合、燃料電池の始動電圧を低速で開回路電圧から高電位回避電圧まで降下させることを特徴とする燃料電池システム。 - 請求項2に記載の燃料電池システムにおいて、
さらに、一旦燃料電池の始動電圧を低速で開回路電圧から高電位回避電圧まで降下させた場合、燃料電池の始動電圧を高速で高電位回避電圧まで降下させることを禁止する降下速度切替禁止手段を有することを特徴とする燃料電池システム。 - 請求項2又は請求項3に記載の燃料電池システムにおいて、
さらに、前記燃料電池から出力される電力を充電するとともに充放電可能な二次電池を有し、
前記電圧降下制御手段が燃料電池の始動電圧を低速で開回路電圧から高電位回避電圧まで降下させた後、制御部は二次電池の過充電回避制御を開始することを特徴とする燃料電池システム。 - 請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池システムを有する車両。
