Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a hybrid vehicle.
Conventionally, as this type of automobile, an automobile having an engine having an exhaust gas recirculation pipe that recirculates exhaust gas to an intake system and an EGR valve that can change the opening area of the exhaust gas recirculation pipe has been proposed (for example, Patent Documents). 1). In this automobile, the amount of exhaust gas recirculated to the intake system is detected, and the EGR valve is controlled so that the detected amount of exhaust gas becomes a target value. It is recirculated to the intake system. Further, when such control is executed, if the amount of exhaust gas recirculated to the intake system does not reach the target value even though the EGR valve is fully opened, the driver is warned of an abnormality.
Generally, when foreign matter adheres to the exhaust gas recirculation pipe, the amount of exhaust gas recirculated to the intake system decreases, and the EGR valve is controlled so that the exhaust gas recirculation amount reaches a target value based on a predetermined relationship. In this case, the amount of exhaust gas actually recirculated is insufficient with respect to the target value. In addition, if foreign matter adheres to the exhaust gas recirculation pipe, heat dissipation from the exhaust gas from the exhaust gas recirculation pipe is suppressed, and problems such as knocking occur in the engine.
The main purpose of the hybrid vehicle of the present invention is to more appropriately determine whether or not the amount of foreign matter adhering to an exhaust gas recirculation device that recirculates exhaust gas in an internal combustion engine to an intake system exceeds an allowable amount. .

In the hybrid vehicle of the present invention, when determining whether or not the amount of foreign matter adhering to the exhaust gas recirculation device exceeds the allowable amount when the internal combustion engine is loaded and the battery is charged while the vehicle is stopped The recirculation operation, which is an operation involving recirculation of the exhaust gas of the internal combustion engine to the intake system, and the non-recirculation operation, which is an operation without recirculation of the exhaust gas of the internal combustion engine to the intake system, are alternately performed. When the determination time operation control for controlling the internal combustion engine is performed and the determination time operation control is performed, the knocking intensity generated from the internal combustion engine during the recirculation operation and the non-recirculation operation is within the allowable range. The determination value is calculated by subtracting the temperature influence amount due to the temperature of the air sucked into the internal combustion engine from the correction amount that delays the ignition timing of the internal combustion engine by knock correction so that value Determines that the amount of adhesion of foreign matter Luo non recirculating operation value obtained by subtracting the calculated determination value at the time to adhere to the exhaust gas recirculation system when greater than the predetermined value exceeds the permissible amount. When the internal combustion engine is loaded and the battery is charged while the vehicle is stopped, the required power to be output to the drive shaft based on the accelerator operation is 0, so that the operating state of the internal combustion engine is relatively constant, and knock correction is performed. The influence of the operating state of the internal combustion engine can be made relatively small. Therefore, when the internal combustion engine is loaded while the vehicle is stopped and the battery is charged, the judgment value is obtained by subtracting the temperature influence amount due to the temperature of the air sucked into the internal combustion engine from the correction amount of the ignition timing by the knock correction. By calculating this, it is possible to calculate a determination value that is less affected by the operating state of the internal combustion engine. Then, a value obtained by subtracting a judgment value calculated when the exhaust gas is not recirculated to the intake system from a judgment value calculated when the exhaust gas is recirculated to the intake system is compared with a predetermined value, whereby the exhaust gas is recirculated. It is possible to more appropriately determine whether or not the amount of foreign matter adhering to the circulation device exceeds the allowable amount.
Next, the form for implementing this invention is demonstrated using an Example.

FIG. 1 is a configuration diagram showing an outline of the configuration of a
The
The
In the ignition control of the
In addition, the
Next, a process for determining the amount of foreign matter (deposit) attached to the EGR system 33 (EGR pipe, EGR valve, EGR cooler) in the
Jon=-Agkn+Eea (1) Jon = -Agkn + Eea (1)
When the determination value Jon is thus calculated, a control command is transmitted to the engine
Now, considering that no deposit is attached to the
