Abstract
【解決手段】気動車用ツインクラッチ式変速機において、入力軸10、奇数段変速機構30、偶数段変速機構60及び出力機構90を備えるようにする。各変速機構30、60は、伝達ギア列32、62と、この伝達ギア列32、62の動力を伝達軸40、70に選択的に伝達するメインクラッチ34、64と、同期ギア列36、66と、同期ギア列36、66の動力を伝達軸40、70に選択的に伝達する同期クラッチ38、68を備えるようにする。更に、各変速機構30、60は、伝達軸40、70に設けられて出力機構90に回転を伝達する変速ギア列41、43、45、47、72、74、76、78と、この各変速ギア列と伝達軸40、70を選択的に結合するメカニカルクラッチ50、52、80、82を備えるようにする。

Claims (9)
- エンジンの動力が入力される入力軸と、
前記入力軸の回転が伝達される奇数段変速機構と、
前記入力軸の回転が伝達される偶数段変速機構と、
前記奇数段変速機構及び前記偶数段変速機構の動力が伝達される出力機構と、を備え、
前記奇数段変速機構は、
前記入力軸の回転を伝達する奇数段伝達ギア列と、
前記奇数段伝達ギア列の動力を前記奇数段伝達軸に選択的に伝達する奇数段メインクラッチと、
前記入力軸の回転を伝達する奇数段同期ギア列と、
前記奇数段同期ギア列の動力を前記奇数段伝達軸に選択的に伝達する奇数段同期クラッチと、
前記奇数段伝達軸に設けられて前記出力機構に回転を伝達する奇数段変速ギア列と、
前記奇数段変速ギア列と前記奇数段伝達軸を選択的に結合する奇数段メカニカルクラッチと、を備え、
前記偶数段変速機構は、
前記入力軸の回転を伝達する偶数段伝達ギア列と、
前記偶数段伝達ギア列の動力を前記偶数段伝達軸に選択的に伝達する偶数段メインクラッチと、
前記入力軸の回転を伝達する偶数段同期ギア列と、
前記偶数段同期ギア列の動力を前記偶数段伝達軸に選択的に伝達する偶数段同期クラッチと、
前記偶数段伝達軸に設けられて前記出力機構に回転を伝達する偶数段変速ギア列と、
前記偶数段変速ギア列と前記偶数段伝達軸を選択的に結合する偶数段メカニカルクラッチと、を備えることを特徴とする、
気動車用ツインクラッチ式変速機。 - 隣接する速度段の段間比がほぼ一定に設定されていることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の気動車用ツインクラッチ式変速機。 - 前記奇数段伝達軸に対する前記偶数段伝達軸の回転比が前記段間比とほぼ等しくなるように、前記奇数段伝達ギア列及び前記偶数段伝達ギア列のギア比が設定されていることを特徴とする、
請求項2に記載の気動車用ツインクラッチ式変速機。 - 少なくとも一部の隣接する変速段間で、前記奇数段変速ギア列と前記偶数段変速ギア列のギア比がほぼ一致されており、前記奇数段変速ギア列と前記偶数段変速ギア列で前記出力機構の歯車が共用されることを特徴とする、
請求項3に記載の気動車用ツインクラッチ式変速機。 - 前記奇数段同期ギア列のギア比は、前記奇数段伝達ギア列のギア比を前記段間比で除した値と略一致するように設定され、
前記偶数段同期ギア列のギア比は、前記偶数段伝達ギア列のギア比を前記段間比で除した値と略一致するように設定されることを特徴とする、
請求項2、3又は4に記載の気動車用ツインクラッチ式変速機。 - 前記奇数段同期ギア列と前記偶数段伝達ギア列のギア比が略一致されており、前記奇数段同期ギア列と前記偶数段伝達ギア列の間で前記入力軸の歯車が共用されることを特徴とする、
請求項5に記載の気動車用ツインクラッチ式変速機。 - 前記奇数段伝達軸と前記偶数段伝達軸のそれぞれに、同期用ブレーキが設けられていることを特徴とする、
請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の気動車用ツインクラッチ式変速機。 - 前記出力機構は、出力軸の正転及び逆転を切り替える正逆切替メカニカルクラッチを備えることを特徴とする、
請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の気動車用ツインクラッチ式変速機。 - 前記入力軸上に、出力軸の正転及び逆転を切り替える正逆切替メカニカルクラッチを備えることを特徴とする、
