Claims (2)

先端側を先細りに形成した金属製の筒体を、前方にペン先部を後方に前軸部を一体に形成してなる万年筆の筒状ペンに形成する製造方法であって、下記の工程を有することを特徴とする万年筆の筒状ペンの製造方法。
a:レーザー加工により、先細りの先端部のペン先部となる部分のサイドの部分を切除し、ペン先部となる部分の先端に筒体の軸心方向に延出した延出片を設けた、略ペン先部を形成する工程、
b:プレス加工により、前記延出片を、ペン先部の先端を形成するための先端切断部とペン先の幅方向の側辺を形成するための側辺切断部とで構成される略コ字型状に切断して除去し、ペン先部を形成する工程。
