Abstract
【解決手段】 打撃工具であって、モータ111と、モータ111の回転動作によって工具ビット119の長軸方向に揺動する揺動部材129と、揺動部材129の揺動運動によって直線状に往復駆動される駆動子141と、駆動子141の往復運動によって圧力が変動する第1の空気室143aと、を有し、第1の空気室143aの圧力変動により工具ビット119が駆動される構成とされる。また、揺動部材129の揺動運動によって圧力が変動する第2の空気室163と、ウェイト155及び当該ウェイト155に付勢力を作用させる弾性要素157を有する動吸振器151と、を更に有し、弾性要素157による付勢力が作用した状態のウェイト155を、第2の空気室163の圧力変動によって強制的に加振する構成とした打撃工具。

また、本実施の形態では、ハンマドリル101の前側から見て、運動変換部113の左側方領域に動吸振器151を配置するとしたが、当該左側方領域以外の領域、例えば右側方領域、左右の側方領域、または上方領域に配置しても構わない。またエア通路167は、配管によって形成してもよい。

Claims (4)
- 工具ビットを少なくとも長軸方向に直線運動させてハンマ作業を行なう打撃工具であって、
モータと、
前記モータの回転動作によって前記工具ビットの長軸方向に揺動する揺動部材と、
前記揺動部材の揺動運動によって直線状に往復駆動される駆動子と、
前記駆動子の往復運動によって圧力が変動する第1の空気室と、
を有し、
前記第1の空気室の圧力変動により前記工具ビットが駆動される構成とされ、
前記揺動部材の揺動運動によって圧力が変動する第2の空気室と、
ウェイト及び当該ウェイトに付勢力を作用させる弾性要素を有する動吸振器と、
を更に有し、
前記弾性要素による付勢力が作用した状態の前記ウェイトを、前記第2の空気室の圧力変動によって強制的に加振する構成としたことを特徴とする打撃工具。 - 請求項1に記載の打撃工具であって、
前記揺動部材に取付けられ、前記第2の空気室内の圧力を変動させる駆動部材を有し、
前記駆動部材は、前記揺動部材を挟んで前記駆動子の反対側に配置されていることを特徴とする打撃工具。 - 請求項2に記載の打撃工具であって、
前記駆動部材と前記駆動子が同軸上に配置されていることを特徴とする打撃工具。 - 請求項2または3に記載の打撃工具であって、
前記駆動部材と前記駆動子が一体に形成されていることを特徴とする打撃工具。
