Abstract
Description
地面に掘った穴の情報収集は、長年の間、油井産業によって成されてきた。最新の石油掘削及び生成作業は、油井の穴のパラメータ及び状況に関して、非常に多くの情報を必要とする。そのような情報は、掘削した穴及び掘削アセンブリの位置及び方位、地面の層の特性、及び油井の穴の掘削環境パラメータを含むのが典型的である。層の特性及び油井の穴の状況に関連した情報収集は、一般に“検層”と呼ばれており、掘削工程時に実行可能である。
以下の詳細な説明において、添付の図が参照される。

Claims (18)
- 延長モジュールをベースモジュールに連結し、
層の比抵抗における方位角変化を検出すること、及び操縦することの少なくともいずれか一方を行うために、延長モジュール及びベースモジュールを協働して操作する、検層方法。 - ベースモジュールと、
ベースモジュールに連結する延長モジュールとを有し、操縦するために層の比抵抗における方位角変化を協働して検出することができるジオステアリングツールアセンブリ。 - ベースモジュールに機械的に連結するとともに、そのように連結されたときにベースモジュールと電気的な信号経路を確立するネジ式コネクタと、
層の比抵抗における方位角変化を検出すること、及び操縦することの少なくともいずれか一方を行うために、ベースモジュールと協働して動作する電子機器と、を有する延長モジュール。 - ベースモジュールは、少なくとも一つのトランスミッタアンテナ及び少なくとも一つのレシーバアンテナを備えた比抵抗の検層ツールを有する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の発明。
- 延長モジュールは、ベースモジュール内のトランスミッタアンテナの操作に応答して方位角に感度のある測定をするために、傾斜の付いたレシーバアンテナを有する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の発明。
- 方位角に感度のある測定は、傾斜の付いたアンテナと参照信号との間の位相シフト及び減衰の少なくともいずれか一方を有する、請求項5に記載の発明。
- 参照信号は、送信信号或いはもう一方のレシーバアンテナからの受信信号である、請求項6に記載の発明。
- 方位角の変化は、ジオステアリングの信号を決定するために使用される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の発明。
- 延長モジュールは、ベースモジュールの制御の下で動作する、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の発明。
- ベースモジュールは、電源が供給されると延長モジュールを自動的に検出して制御する、請求項9に記載の発明。
- 前記連結は、少なくとも一つの中間の管状体を介して生じる、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の発明。
- 第二の延長モジュールをベースモジュールにさらに連結し、この第二の延長モジュールはベースモジュールの制御の下で動作する、請求項1又は2に記載の発明。
- ネジ式コネクタ、圧入式コネクタ、及び溶接から成るグループの内の一つの取付け手段によって延長モジュールをベースモジュールに連結する、請求項1又は2に記載の発明。
- 延長モジュールは、ベースモジュールに連結されたときに異なる測定を提供するための動作可能な一組の交換可能の延長モジュールから成る、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の発明。
- 一組の交換可能な延長モジュールは、異なる数のアンテナを備えたモジュールを有する、請求項14に記載の発明。
- 一組の交換可能な延長モジュールは、異なる方位を備えたアンテナを有するモジュールを有する、請求項14又は15のいずれかに記載の発明。
- 一組の交換可能な延長モジュールは、異なる送信電力を備えたトランスミッタのモジュールを有する、請求項14から16のいずれか一項に記載の発明。
- 一組の交換可能な延長モジュールは、異なる感度を備えたレシーバのモジュールを有する請求項14から17のいずれか一項に記載の発明。
