Claims (10)
- 圧電アクチュエータ(2)を、誘導性負荷のための制御装置、特に誘導性負荷の制御のためのコンバータに整合させるように構成されている整合素子(4)が設けられていることを特徴とする圧電アクチュエータ。
- 整合素子(4)が実質的に低域通過特性を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の圧電アクチュエータ。
- 整合素子(4)が受動的な構成要素から構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の圧電アクチュエータ。
- 整合素子(4)が少なくとも1つのインダクタンス(6)を有することを特徴とする請求項2又は3記載の圧電アクチュエータ。
- 整合素子(4)が少なくとも1つの抵抗(8)を有することを特徴とする請求項4記載の圧電アクチュエータ。
- 少なくとも1つのインダクタンス(6)および少なくとも1つの抵抗(8)が直列に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項5記載の圧電アクチュエータ。
- 圧電アクチュエータ(2)および整合素子(4)が直列に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項6記載の圧電アクチュエータ。
- 整合素子(4)が3相制御装置の第1の相に接続され、圧電アクチュエータ(2)が3相制御装置の第2の相に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項7記載の圧電アクチュエータ。
- 測定素子が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7の1つに記載の圧電アクチュエータ。
- 請求項1乃至9の1つに記載の少なくとも1つの圧電アクチュエータ(2)が設けられていることを特徴とする工作機械。
