Claims (8)
- 中型または大型のバッテリパックの動作を制御するためのバッテリ取扱システムであって、当該バッテリ取扱システムは、
前記バッテリパックの動作を制御するための回路及び素子を備えるバッテリ取扱システムプリント基板(BMSPCB)と、
前記BMSPCBの一面に取り付けられたコネクタと、
前記BMSPCBを収容するためのハウジング本体部を有し、前記ハウジング本体部が前記コネクタと前記ハウジング本体部を被覆するためのカバーとを部分的に露出させ、前記カバーが前記ハウジング本体部に配置されながら前記カバーが前記ハウジング本体部に結合されるハウジングと、
前記ハウジングを構成する前記ハウジング本体部及び前記カバーの間に介在される防水部材であって、当該防水部材が前記ハウジング本体部及び前記カバーの間の接触面に密接しており、当該防水部材が前記ハウジング本体部及び前記カバーの結合領域において結合される構造内に構成されている防水部材と、
を備えることを特徴とするバッテリ取扱システム。 - 前記防水部材は、Oリングであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリ取扱システム。
- 前記ハウジング本体部には、当該ハウジング本体部の側壁の内側に結合溝部であってそれぞれが当該結合溝部に形成されたネジ部分を有する結合溝部が形成されており、
前記カバーには、前記ハウジング本体部の前記結合溝部と対応するスルーホールが形成され、
ネジは、前記スルーホールを通って前記結合溝部に螺入されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリ取扱システム。 - 前記防水部材には、前記カバーの前記スルーホールと対応する結合穴部が形成されており、
ネジは、前記カバーの前記スルーホール及び前記防水部材の前記結合穴部を通って螺入され、したがって、前記防水部材は、前記ハウジング本体部及び前記カバーの間に固定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリ取扱システム。 - 前記防水部材は、高い耐久性及び弾性を有する材料で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリ取扱システム。
- 前記コネクタ及び前記ハウジングの間の接触面に介在される他の防水部材をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリ取扱システム。
- 中型または大型のバッテリパックであって、
請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリ取扱システムを有することを特徴とするバッテリパック。 - 当該バッテリパックは、電気車両またはハイブリッド電気車両のための電源として使用されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のバッテリパック。
