Claims (10)
- スイッチデバイスの手前にヒューズ(3)を備えた半導体スイッチデバイス(1)向けの二次線(2)制御安全デバイスにおいて、該ヒューズ(3)切断用の該二次線の短絡回路起動構成部品(4)ならびに該二次線中の過電流の検知に基づく該構成部品(4)の作動手段(5,6,7)を含むことを特徴とする制御安全デバイス。
- 該作動手段にスイッチデバイスの端子電位差の検知手段(7)、該電位差の閾値との比較手段(6)、ならびに該閾値からの超過検知に関する該スイッチ構成部品(4)の制御手段(5)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の安全デバイス。
- 該検知手段が該スイッチデバイスの制御抵抗(7)であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の安全デバイス。
- 該スイッチデバイスに、該制御抵抗(7)端子における第1増幅器および/または電圧比較器(8)、ならびに、該第1増幅器および/または電圧比較器の増幅信号を受け取ると同時に、該増幅信号値に応じてスイッチ構成部品(10)の切り換えがプログラムされかつ該スイッチ構成部品(10)の制御出力部(11)が含まれる該スイッチ構成部品(10)の制御の第1マイクロコントローラ(9)を含み、該短絡回路起動回路に、該制御抵抗(7)の端子における第2増幅器およびまたは電圧比較器(6)、ならびに、該第1増幅器および/または電圧比較器の増幅信号を受け取ると同時に、該増幅信号値に応じて該線の短絡回路起動の構成部品(4)の作動がプログラムされる該線の短絡回路起動の該構成部品(4)制御の第2マイクロコントローラ(5)を含み、該第2マイクロコントローラに該線の短絡回路起動の該構成部品(4)の制御出力部(11)を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の安全デバイス。
- 該第2マイクロコントローラ(5)に該スイッチ構成部品(10)の追加制御出力部(13)が含まれる請求項4による安全デバイスであって、該デバイスに、該第1マイクロコントローラの該制御出力部(11)と該スイッチ構成部品(10)の制御入力部(15)間に挿入されると同時に、該制御出力部(11)あるいは該追加出力部(13)から1までの通過に基づいて該スイッチ構成部品の開放を始動させる該追加出力部(13)の信号を受け取る論理ゲートOU(14)が含まれることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の安全デバイス。
- 前記短絡回路起動の該構成部品(4)が半導体切換装置であることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の安全デバイス。
- 該切換装置がサイリスターであって、該スイッチデバイスの端子電位差が直流電位差であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の安全デバイス。
- 該切換装置がトライアックであり、該スイッチデバイスの端子電位差が交流電位差であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の安全デバイス。
- 前記スイッチを通る二次回路の開放作動電流を越えるレベルの過電流の発生に基づいて該線に短絡回路を起動させるよう較正されることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の安全デバイス。
- 前記短絡回路作動曲線i2.tが二次ケーブルの煙曲線を下回りかつヒューズの切断曲線i2.tよりも下回るように定められることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の安全デバイス。
