Claims (7)
- 所定ピグメントが混合された溶融樹脂が満たされる内部空間を備えた射出金型と、
前記射出金型に設けられて、その一部が前記内部空間に露出し、内部空間に注入される溶融樹脂に接して、外部動力の印加で動作し、その表面に接している溶融樹脂を粘性で剪断流動させることによって、溶融樹脂内のピグメント位置を調節する剪断力発生部と、
前記剪断力発生部を動作させる駆動部と、
を含むことを特徴とする、剪断流動発生部付き射出金型装置。 - 前記剪断力発生部は、その外周面の一部が前記内部空間に突出するように設けられて、軸回転運動を通じて、前記外周面に接している溶融樹脂を回転方向に剪断流動させる一つ以上のローラーまたは移動面ベルトを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の剪断流動発生部付き射出金型装置。
- 前記ローラーは、二個以上が相互に並ぶように配置されて、溶融樹脂の状態によって、それぞれ同一な回転方向または相互異なる回転方向に回転することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の剪断流動発生部付き射出金型装置。
- 前記金型の内部には、長さ方向に延びたガイド溝が備えられて、
前記剪断力発生部は、前記ガイド溝に支持された状態で往復動可能であり、その一側に、前記内部空間側に突出し、往復動する間に溶融樹脂に剪断力を提供する突出部を有する往復部材が含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の剪断流動発生部付き射出金型装置。 - 前記駆動部は、
前記往復部材にピン連結され、金型の外部に延びる回動リンクと、前記回動リンクを回動させ、これにより往復部材を動作させるアクチュエータとを含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の剪断流動発生部付き射出金型装置。 - 前記駆動部は、前記往復部材に装着されたラックギアと、前記ラックギアと噛み合うピニオンギアと、前記ピニオンギアを回転させるモーターとを含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の剪断流動発生部付き射出金型装置。
- 前記駆動部は、前記往復部材の一側に装着されるソレノイド部と、前記ソレノイド部に従動可能な状態でガイド溝に固定され、ソレノイドの動作時、往復部材を進退動させるプランジャーとを含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の剪断流動発生部付き射出金型装置。
