Abstract
Description
− 特に噴射孔で終端するノズルを形成する燃料噴射器本体と、
− 前記燃料噴射器本体の前記噴射孔を閉塞する手段であって、前記噴射孔の閉塞ヘッドで終端する振動ロッドを備える閉塞手段と、
− 前記閉塞手段を前記噴射孔の閉塞位置へと復帰させる手段と、
− 噴射孔を交互に開放および閉鎖するように前記ロッドおよび/または前記ノズルを周期的に長手方向に発振させる手段と
を備える燃料噴射器によって達成される。
Claims (10)
- 特に噴射孔で終端するノズル(16)を形成する燃料噴射器本体(12)と、
前記燃料噴射器本体の前記噴射孔を閉塞する手段であって、前記噴射孔の閉塞ヘッド(26)で終端する振動ロッド(24)を備える閉塞手段と、
前記閉塞手段を前記噴射孔の閉塞位置へと復帰させる手段(30)と、
噴射孔を交互に開放および閉鎖するように前記ロッド(24)および/または前記ノズル(16)を周期的に長手方向に発振させる手段(36、72)と
を備える、特にニードル引込み式またはニードル飛出し式の内燃機関用燃料噴射器(44、66、70、74)において、
前記本体(12)に対して前記ロッド(24)を固定する選択的に作動可能な手段(46、48)を備えることを特徴とする燃料噴射器。 - 前記ロッドを固定する選択的に作動可能な前記手段が、機械的インピーダンスの断絶を実現するように、前記ロッド(24)および/または前記ロッド(24)が固定されている質量体(28)と協働することができることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料噴射器。
- 前記固定手段(46、48)が、前記ロッド(24)とほぼ直角の方向に摺動することができるピストン(46)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の燃料噴射器。
- 前記ピストン(46)を動作させる制御用油圧チャンバ(50)を備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の燃料噴射器。
- 前記制御用油圧チャンバ(50)が、前記燃料噴射器(44、66、70、74)の燃料供給口(20)と流体連通する少なくとも1つの燃料入口(52)を備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の燃料噴射器。
- 前記制御用油圧チャンバ(50)が、少なくとも1つの燃料出口(56)をさらに備え、前記少なくとも1つの燃料入口(52)の合計断面積が前記少なくとも1つの燃料出口(56)の合計断面積よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の燃料噴射器。
- 前記制御用油圧チャンバ(50)の充填または排出のための磁歪式、電磁式、電歪式または圧電式の制御手段(62)を備えることを特徴とする請求項5または請求項6に記載の燃料噴射器。
- 前記ロッド(24)および/または前記ノズル(16)を周期的に発振させる前記手段が、圧電式、磁歪式および/または電磁式であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の燃料噴射器。
- 前記ロッド(24)および/または前記ノズル(16)を周期的に発振させる前記手段が、超音波周波数で前記ロッド(24)および/または前記ノズル(16)の弾性変形を引き起こすことができるものであることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の燃料噴射器。
- 前記ロッド(24)および/または前記ノズル(16)を周期的に発振させる前記手段が、前記本体(12)および/または前記ロッド(24)と一体に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の燃料噴射器。
