Claims (6)
- 多軸の自由造形歯車創成機械で傘歯車を機械加工する方法であって、
それぞれがストック取外し面を有する第1及び第2の工具を有し、前記第1及び第2の工具がそれぞれ第1の機械に傾斜方式で配置され、機械加工の間に回転するとき、前記第1及び第2の工具の前記ストック取外し面のインタロック配置が歯溝を機械加工するために形成される前記第1の機械からの軸設定を用意する段階と、
前記第1の機械の前記第1の傾斜工具の軸設定を基本的な歯車創成機械の軸設定に変換する段階と、
前記基本的な歯車創成機械の前記軸設定を前記多軸の自由造形歯車創成機械の軸設定に変換する段階と、
前記第1及び第2の工具の一方の形状を有する工具で実行される、前記多軸自由造形機械の上の工作物の中で第1の歯溝の部分を機械加工する段階と
を含む方法。 - 前記第1の機械の前記第2の傾斜工具の軸設定を基本的な歯車創成機械の軸設定に変換する段階と、
前記基本的な歯車創成機械の前記軸設定を前記多軸の自由造形歯車創成機械の軸設定に変換する段階と、
前記第1及び第2の工具の一方の形状を有する前記工具で実行される、工作物の中の前記歯溝の残りの部分を機械加工する段階と
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記工作物の中の全ての歯溝の前記第1の部分が機械加工され、続いて前記工作物の中の全ての歯溝の前記残りの部分を機械加工する段階がある、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記工具及び前記工作物が、前記工具がベクトル送り経路に沿って前記工作物の中に送られる方法で互いに対して移動させられる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1及び第2の工具の一方の形状を有する前記工具が切削工具である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1及び第2の工具の一方の形状を有する前記工具が研磨車である、請求項1に記載の方法。
