チタニア40重量%及びアルミナ60重量%を含む触媒材料100gを、60℃において真空下でKOHの10%水溶液100ml中に24時間浸漬した。KOH溶液を排出した。触媒を脱イオン水100mlで3回洗浄し、130℃で4時間乾燥させた。
100%チタニアを含む触媒以外は例1を繰り返した。この例の空時速度(space time velocity)は1.0hr-1であった。結果は以下の表IIに要約する。
Claims (14)
- 元素周期律表の第1族もしくは第2族金属の水酸化物又はその塩で処理された、二酸化チタン及び酸化アルミニウムの混合物を含んでなるカルボン酸からケトンを製造する触媒。
- 50重量%までの二酸化チタンを含む請求項1に記載の触媒。
- 二酸化チタンを約40重量%含む請求項1に記載の触媒。
- 酸化アルミニウムを少なくとも50重量%含む請求項1に記載の触媒。
- 酸化アルミニウムを約60重量%含む請求項1に記載の触媒。
- 元素周期律表の第1族又は第2族金属の水酸化物がKOHである請求項1に記載の触媒。
- 1種又はそれ以上のカルボン酸を、ケトンを生成するのに有効な条件で、元素周期律表の第1族もしくは第2族金属の水酸化物又はその塩で処理された、二酸化チタン及び酸化アルミニウムの混合物を含む触媒と接触させる工程を含んでなるケトンを製造する方法。
- 前記カルボン酸が酢酸及びイソ酪酸を含み、そして前記ケトンがメチルイソプロピルケトンである請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記触媒が50重量%までの二酸化チタンを含む請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記触媒が二酸化チタンを約40重量%含む請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記触媒が酸化アルミニウムを少なくとも50重量%含む請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記触媒が酸化アルミニウムを約60重量%含む請求項7に記載の方法。
- 元素周期律表の第1族又は第2族金属の水酸化物がKOHである請求項7に記載の方法。
- KOHで処理された二酸化チタン及び酸化アルミニウムの混合物を含む触媒の存在下、メチルイソプロピルケトンを生成するのに有効な条件で、酢酸とイソ酪酸を接触させることを含んでなるメチルイソプロピルケトンを製造する方法。
