Abstract
Description
Claims (75)
- 人体管腔の中に導入できる大きさの管状の装置を製造する方法であって、
第1および第2の側端を含む薄いシートを準備するステップと、
前記薄いシートの第1の面を1以上の所望の特性を有するコーティングでコーティングするステップと、
前記第1および第2の側端が互いに隣接して配置され、前記コーティングが内向きに配置されるように、前記薄いシートを丸めるステップと、
前記第1および第2の側端に沿って継ぎ目を形成してスリーブを形成するステップと、
管状の構造体を前記スリーブの周囲に貼り付けるステップとを含む方法。 - 前記薄いシートを準備するステップは、第1および第2の材料の層を1つに貼り合わせることを含む請求項1の方法。
- 前記管状の構造体は、前記スリーブの厚みよりも実質的に大きな厚みを有する請求項1の方法。
- 前記管状の構造体は、補強層および外側の連続層を含む請求項1の方法。
- 前記スリーブおよび前記管状の構造体は、ラミネート、接着およびヒートシールの少なくとも1つによって貼り合わされる請求項1の方法。
- 前記薄いシートは、ポリウレタンを含み、前記管状の構造体は、少なくともPEBAXおよびウレタンを含む請求項1の方法。

薄いシートの第1の面を、前記第1の面に1以上の所望の特性を与えるコーティングでコーティングするステップと、
前記薄いシートを少なくとも部分的に、前記第1の面を内向きにして心棒の周りに巻き付けるステップと、
隙間のあるチューブを前記薄いシートおよび心棒の周囲に配置するステップと、
前記隙間のあるチューブを前記薄いシートに貼り付けて、管状の構造体を形成するステップと、
前記管状の構造体を前記心棒から取り外すステップとを含む方法。 - 前記雨水シートの余剰の端縁を前記管状の構造体から切除するステップを含む請求項13の方法。
- 前記隙間のあるチューブは、ラミネート、接着およびヒートシールの少なくとも1つによって、前記薄いシートに貼り付けられる請求項13の方法。
- 前記隙間のあるチューブは、前記隙間を定める長手方向の端縁を含み、前記隙間のあるチューブは、前記長手方向の端縁を引き離すことにより、前記薄いシートおよび前記心棒の周囲に配置される請求項13の方法。

前記シートを、前記シートの長手方向の両側端が互いに隣接するまで丸めるステップと、
前記長手方向の両側端を互いに貼り付けて、管腔を定める連続壁を形成するステップとを含む方法。 - 前記コーティングは、親水性の材料を含む請求項25の方法。
- 前記1以上の所望の特性は、所定の潤滑性を含む請求項25の方法。
- 前記長手方向の両側端は、ラミネート、接着およびヒートシールの少なくとも1つによって、前記薄いシートに貼り付けられる請求項28の方法。
- 人体の管腔の中に導入できる大きさの管状の装置を製造する方法であって、
第1の面および第2の面を含む材料のシートを準備するステップと、
前記シートの前記第1の面を、前記第1の面に1以上の所望の特性を与えるコーティングでコーティングするステップと、
前記薄いシートを、前記第1の面が内面を画定するような薄いスリーブに整形するステップと、
管状の構造体を前記スリーブの周囲に貼り付け、それによって、1以上の所望の特性を有する内面を含んだ管状の装置を提供するステップとを含む方法。 - 人体の管腔の中に導入できる大きさの管状の装置を製造する方法であって、
外側の第1の面および内側の第2の面を含む薄いスリーブを準備するステップと、
前記第1の面を、前記第1の面に1以上の所望の特性を与えるコーティングでコーティングするステップと、
前記薄いスリーブを裏返し、前記第1の面が前記裏返したスリーブの内面を画定し、前記第2の面が前記裏返したスリーブの外面を画定するようにするステップと、
管状の構造体を前記裏返したスリーブの周囲に貼り付け、それによって、1以上の所望の特性を有する内面を含んだ管状の装置を提供するステップとを含む方法。 - 前記管状の構造体を前記裏返したスリーブの周囲に貼り付けるステップは、
前記裏返したスリーブを心棒の上に配置することと、
前記管状の構造体を前記裏返したスリーブの上に配置することと、
前駆管状の構造体を前記裏返したスリーブに貼り付けることとを含む請求項30の方法。 - 前記管状の構造体を前記裏返したスリーブに貼り付けた後に、前記心棒を除去するステップをさらに含む請求項31の方法。
- 前記管状の構造体を前記裏返したスリーブの上に配置するステップは、
前記裏返したスリーブの周囲に補強層を付設することと、
前記補強層の周囲に1以上の材料の層を付設することとを含む請求項31の方法。 - 前記補強層は、編み上げ構造および螺旋構造の少なくとも1つを含む請求項33の方法。
- 前記コーティングは、親水性の材料を含む請求項30方法。
- 前記1以上の所望の特性は、所定の潤滑性を含む請求項30の方法。
- 前記管状の構造体は、熱接着、1以上の接着剤での接着および前記管状の構造体の溶融の少なくとも1つによって、前記裏返したスリーブに貼り付けられる請求項30の方法。
- 前記管状の構造体は、隙間のあるチューブであり、前記隙間のあるチューブは、それにより前記隙間のあるチューブを溶融させて連続壁を形成させる加熱によって、スリーブに貼り付けられる請求項30の方法。
- 人体の管腔の中に導入できる大きさの管状の装置を製造する方法であって、
薄いシートの第1の面を、前記第1の面に1以上の所望の特性を与えるコーティングでコーティングするステップと、
長手方向の継ぎ目を形成して、前記第1の面を外側に配置した薄いスリーブに整形するステップと、
前記薄いスリーブを裏返して、前記第2の面が前記裏返したスリーブの内面を画定するようにするステップと、
管状の構造体を前記裏返したスリーブの周囲に貼り付け、それによって、1以上の所望の特性を有する内面を含んだ管状の装置を提供するステップとを含む方法。 - 前記薄いシートを前記薄いスリーブに整形するステップは、
前記薄いシートを、前記第2の面が内向きに配置されるように折り返すことと、
薄いスリーブに整形するために、長手方向の継ぎ目を折り目と略平行に形成することとを含む請求項39に記載の方法。 - 前記薄いシートは、心棒の周囲で折り返される請求項40の方法。
- 前駆管状の構造体は、補強層および外側の連続層を含む請求項39の方法。
- 前記薄いシートは、エステルベースのポリウレタンを含む請求項39の方法。
- 人体の管腔の中に導入できる大きさの管状の装置を製造する方法であって、
それぞれ、第1および第2の面を含む2枚の薄いシートを準備するステップと、
それぞれの前記薄いシートの前記第1の面を、1以上の所望の特性を有するコーティングでコーティングするステップと、
前記薄いシートを貼り合わせて、細長いスリーブに整形するために、少なくとも2本の略平行な長手方向の継ぎ目を形成するステップと、
前記スリーブを裏返して、前記スリーブの前記第1の面が裏返した前記スリーブの内面を画定し、前記第2の面が裏返した前記スリーブの外面を画定するようにするステップと、
管状の構造体を前記スリーブの周囲に貼り付けるステップとを含む方法。 - 人体の管腔の中に導入できる大きさの管状の装置を製造する方法であって、
第1の面および第2の面を含む薄いスリーブを準備するステップと、
前記第1の面を、前記第1の面に1以上の所望の特性を与えるコーティングでコーティングするステップと、
前記薄いスリーブを裏返して、前記第1の面が裏返した前記スリーブの内面を画定し、前記第2の面が裏返した前記スリーブの外面を画定するようにするステップとを含む方法。 - 管状の構造体を前記裏返したスリーブの周囲に貼り付けるステップをさらに含む請求項45の方法。
- 前記コーティングは、親水性の材料を含む請求項45の方法。
- 前記1以上の所望の特性は、所定の潤滑性を含む請求項45の方法。
- 近位端と、人体の管腔の中に導入できる大きさの遠位端と、前記近位端と前記遠位端との間に延伸する管腔とを含む管状の装置であって、
その内面にコーティングを含む内側ポリウレタンライニングであり、前記コーティングが前記管腔の壁に1以上の所定の特性を与え、前記ライニングが約0.0001−0.01インチ(0.0025−0.25mm)の厚さを有するものと、
前記ライニングの少なくとも一部分を取り囲む編み紐と、
前記編み紐および前記ライニングを取り囲む外側層とを含む管状の装置。 - 前記コーティングは、潤滑性の材料および親水性の材料の少なくとも1つを含む請求項49の管状の装置。
- 前記内側ライニングは、約0.0001−0.003インチの厚さを有する請求項49の管状の装置。
- 前記外側層は、約0.004−0.02インチの厚さを有する請求項49の管状の装置。
- 前記管状の装置は、供給シースを含む請求項49の管状の装置。
- 前記管腔は、約1から5ミリメートルの間の径を有する請求項53の管状の装置。
- 前記内側ライニングは、約0.0001−0.003インチの厚さを有する請求項53に記載の管状の装置。
- 前記外側層は、約0.004−0.02インチの厚さを有する請求項55の管状の装置。
- 前記ライニングは、エステルベースのポリウレタンを含む請求項49の管状の装置。
- 近位端と、人体の管腔の中に導入できる大きさの遠位端と、前記近位端と前記遠位端との間に延伸する管腔とを含む管状の装置であって、

- 前記内側ライニングは、約0.0001−0.003インチの厚さを有する請求項58の管状の装置。
- 前記外側層は、約0.0005−0.006インチの厚さを有する請求項58の管状の装置。
- 前記管腔は、約0.016−0.045ミリメートルの径を有する請求項58の管状の装置。
