Mw/Mn≦(I10/I2)−4.63
一般に、実質的に線状のエチレン重合体のMw/Mnは少なくとも約1.5、好ましくは少なくとも約2.0であり、そして約3.5以下、より好ましくは約3.0以下である。最も好ましい実施態様においては、実質的に線状のエチレン重合体は、単一の示差走査熱量測定法(DSC)融解ピークによっても特徴づけられる。
3MgO・4SiO2・H2O

「PP」は、ダウ・ケミカル社からC705−44 NA HPとして入手可能な、密度が0.9g/cm3、2.16kgの荷重下230℃におけるMFRが44g/10分、エチレン含有量が8質量%のプロピレン共重合体であり、
「SLEP−1」は、ダウ・ケミカル社からAFFINITYTM EG 8200ポリオレフィンエラストマーとして入手可能な、密度が0.868g/cm3、2.16kgの荷重下190℃におけるMFRが5.0g/10分、1−オクテンが20質量%の飽和の実質的に線状のエチレン・オクテン共重合体であり、
「SLEP−2」は、ダウ・ケミカル社からAFFINITY EG 8150Gポリオレフィンエラストマーとして入手可能な、密度が0.868g/cm3、2.16kgの荷重下190℃におけるMFRが0.5g/10分の飽和の実質的に線状のエチレン・オクテン共重合体であり、
「HDPE」は、密度が0.96g/cm3、2.16kgの荷重下190℃におけるMFRが1.1の高密度ポリエチレン粉末であり、
「LLPDE」は、密度が0.922〜0.926g/cm3、2.16kgの荷重下190℃におけるMFRが20の線状低密度ポリエチレン粉末であり、
「PTFE−1」は、イー・アイ・デュポン・ドゥ・ヌムール・アンド・カンパニー社からのTEFLONTM 6CNとして入手可能な、フィブリルを形成するポリテトラフルオロエチレンであり、
「PTFE−2」は、三菱レイヨン株式会社からMETABLEN A3000として入手可能なアクリル変性PTFEであり、
「Talc−1」は、ヒプロ・トレーディング社(Hipro Trading Co.)からHTP ULTRATM 5Cとして入手可能な、平均粒子寸法が約0.7ミクロン、最大粒子寸法が約2ミクロンの、石綿を含まない高純度含水ケイ酸マグネシウムであり、
「Talc−2」は、ヒプロ・トレーディング社からHTP 1Cとして入手可能な、平均粒子寸法が約2ミクロン、最大粒子寸法が約7ミクロンの、石綿を含まない高純度含水ケイ酸マグネシウムであり、
「IRGANOXTM B215」は、トリス(2,4−ジ−tert−ブチルフェニル)ホスフェートとテトラキス(メチレン(3,5−ジ−tert−ブチル−4−ヒドロキシヒドロシンナマート))メタンの2:1混合物であり、チバ・スペシャルティ・ケミカルズ社(Ciba Specialty Chemicals)からIRGANOX B215として入手可能であり、
「CHIMASSORBTM 119FL」は、チバ・スペシャルティ・ケミカルズ社から入手可能な紫外線安定剤であり、
「TINUVINTM 770DF」は、チバ・スペシャルティ・ケミカルズ社から入手可能な紫外線安定剤であり、そして
「エルクアミド」は、アクゾ・ノベル・ポリマー・ケミカルズ社(Akzo Nobel Polymer Chemicals)からARMOSLIPTM Eとして入手可能である。
「灰分」は、ISO 3451に従って測定され、
「密度」は、ISO 1183に従って測定され、
「MFR」メルトフローレートは、ISO 1133に従って、2.16kgの荷重下、230℃で測定され、
「引張強さ、伸びおよび弾性率」は、ISO 527に従って測定され、
「曲げ強さおよび弾性率」は、ISO 178に従って測定され、
「ノッチ付きアイゾッド」は、ISO 180/Aに従って、−30℃、−20℃、−10℃、0℃および/または23℃で測定され、
「シャルピー衝撃」は、ISO 179に従って、−30℃および23℃で測定される。
「落槍衝撃」は、ISO 6603に従って、−20℃、0℃および/または−10℃で測定された3mm落槍衝撃である。落槍衝撃のための評価基準D、DC、DSC、BD、DP、BP、Bは、次のとおりである。
D=延性破壊(受け入れ可能)
DC=亀裂を伴う延性破壊(受け入れ可能)
DSC=支持体亀裂破損を伴う延性破壊(受け入れ可能)
BD=脆性/延性破壊(受け入れ不可)
DP=延性打抜き破壊(受け入れ不可)
BP=脆性破壊/打抜き破壊(受け入れ不可)
B=脆性破壊(受け入れ不可)。
「HDT」は、ISO 75に従って、0.45MPaおよび1.81MPaで測定された加熱撓み温度であり、
「ビカー」軟化点は、ISO 306に従って10Nで測定され、
「光沢」はガードナー光沢であり、そして
「流れすじ」すなわち無光沢と光沢の表面外観の交互の縞は、目視検査によって測定される。
Claims (19)
- (a)プロピレン重合体約40〜約95部、
(b)ポリオレフィンエラストマー約1〜約20質量部、
(c)フッ素重合体約0.01〜約5質量部、および
(d)充填剤0〜約25部
を含むプロピレン重合体組成物(ただし、部は、プロピレン重合体組成物の全質量を基準とした質量部である。)。 - ポリオレフィンエラストマーが実質的に線状のエチレン重合体、線状エチレン重合体またはそれらの組み合わせであり、実質的に線状のエチレン重合体および線状エチレン重合体が
(i)約0.93g/cm3未満の密度、
(ii)約3.0未満の分子量分布Mw/Mn、および
(iii)30%を超える組成分布分岐指数
を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプロピレン重合体組成物。 - プロピレン重合体がプロピレンの単独重合体であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプロピレン重合体組成物。
- プロピレン重合体がプロピレンとC2またはC4〜C20α−オレフィンとの共重合体であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプロピレン重合体組成物。
- 実質的に線状のエチレン重合体または線状エチレン重合体が、エチレンとC3〜C20α−オレフィンとの共重合体であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 実質的に線状のエチレン重合体または線状エチレン重合体が、エチレンと、プロピレン、1−ブテン、1−ヘキセン、4−メチル−1−ペンタンまたは1−オクテンとの共重合体であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物。
- フッ素重合体が0.1〜1質量部の量で存在することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプロピレン重合体組成物。
- 充填剤が1〜20質量部の量で存在することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプロピレン重合体組成物。
- 充填剤が、タルク、珪灰石、粘土、陽イオン交換層状ケイ酸塩物質の単層またはそれらの混合物であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の組成物。
- 充填剤がタルクであることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の組成物。
- (e)低密度ポリエチレン、線状低密度ポリエチレン、高密度ポリエチレン、ポリスチレン、ポリシクロヘキシルエタン、ポリエステル、エチレン/スチレン共重合体、シンジオタクチックポリプロピレン、シンジオタクチックポリスチレン、エチレン/プロピレン共重合体、エチレン/プロピレン/ジエン三元共重合体またはそれらの混合物から選ばれた追加の重合体約1部〜約20部をさらに含む請求項1に記載のプロピレン重合体組成物。
- (e)高密度ポリエチレン約1部〜約10部をさらに含む請求項1に記載のプロピレン重合体組成物。
- (e)線状低密度ポリエチレン約1部〜約10部をさらに含む請求項1に記載のプロピレン重合体組成物。
- (f)エルクアミド、オレアミド、リノレアミドまたはステルアミドから選ばれたスリップ剤0.1〜1部をさらに含む請求項1に記載のプロピレン重合体。
- 顔料、紫外線安定剤またはそれらの組み合わせをさらに含む請求項1に記載のプロピレン重合体組成物。
- (a)プロピレン重合体約40〜約95部、
(b)ポリオレフィンエラストマー約1〜約20質量部、
(c)フッ素重合体0.1〜約2質量部、および
(d)充填剤0〜25部
を混合する工程を含むプロピレン重合体組成物を調製する方法(ただし、部は、プロピレン重合体組成物の全質量を基準とした質量部である。)。 - (A)(a)プロピレン重合体約40〜約95部、(b)ポリオレフィンエラストマー約1〜約20質量部、(c)フッ素重合体0.1〜約2質量部、(d)充填剤0〜25部を含むプロピレン重合体組成物(ただし、部は、プロピレン重合体組成物の全質量を基準とした質量部である。)を調製する工程、および
(B)当該プロピレン重合体組成物を成形品または押出品に成形するまたは押し出す工程
を含むプロピレン重合体組成物の成形品または押出品を製造する方法。 - 成形品または押出品の形態の請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 成形品または押出品が、自動車バンパービーム、自動車バンパーフェーシア、自動車の柱、自動車計器盤、電気機器装置筐体、電気機器装置覆い、電気器具筐体、冷凍庫容器、枠箱または芝生および庭園家具から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の組成物。
