Abstract
【解決手段】 調湿装置1は、空気を除湿する処理機10と、処理機10で用いた吸湿性液体Lを再生する再生機30と、処理機10と再生機30との間で吸湿性液体Lを循環させる第1の吸湿液管路50、第2の吸湿液管路51と、処理機10で用いる吸湿性液体Lを冷却する蒸発器と、第1の吸湿液管路50を流れる吸湿性液体Lを加熱する凝縮器22とを有するヒートポンプ20とを備える。再生機30は、第1の再生処理部31、第2の再生処理部34と、吸湿性液体Lを入れる第1の槽37、第2の槽38と、第2の再生処理部34へ供給される吸湿性液体Lを加熱する加熱源44とを有する。第1の槽37内の吸湿性液体Lは、第1の吸湿液管路50に供給されて凝縮器22を通じて第1の再生処理部31に再び供給される。

Description
図1は、実施の形態の調湿装置1の構成を示す図である。調湿装置1は、調湿空間(室内)の空気を取り込んで、取り込んだ空気を吸湿性液体Lに通すことにより調湿を行う処理機10と、処理機10で調湿処理を行うために吸湿性液体Lの温度を制御するヒートポンプ20と、処理機10での調湿処理に用いた吸湿性液体Lの再生を行う再生機30とを有する。本実施の形態では、吸湿性液体Lとして、塩化リチウム(LiCl)を用いる。なお、吸湿性液体としては、塩化リチウムに限らず、食塩水などの潮解性を有する塩の溶液や、グリセリン、エチレングリコール、プロピレングリコールなどの吸湿性の高い多価アルコール、その他の吸湿性を有する安価な液体を用いてもよい。

Claims (5)
- 吸湿性液体を冷却し、冷却した吸湿性液体に空気を通すことにより、調湿空間の空気の除湿を行う処理機と、
前記処理機による除湿処理に用いた吸湿性液体を加熱し、加熱した吸湿性液体に空気を通すことにより吸湿性液体を再生する再生機と、
前記処理機から前記再生機に吸湿性液体を送る第1の吸湿液管路と、
前記再生機から前記処理機に吸湿性液体を送る第2の吸湿液管路と、
前記処理機で用いる吸湿性液体を冷却する蒸発器と前記第1の吸湿液管路を流れる吸湿性液体を加熱する凝縮器とを有するヒートポンプと、を備え、
前記再生機は、
吸湿性液体に空気を通して再生処理を行う第1の再生処理部および第2の再生処理部と、
吸湿性液体を入れる第1の槽および第2の槽と、
前記第2の再生処理部へ供給される吸湿性液体を加熱する加熱源と、
を有し、
前記第1の再生処理部は、前記第1の吸湿液管路を通じて供給された吸湿性液体の再生処理を行って、再生処理後の吸湿性液体を前記第1の槽に入れ、
前記第1の槽内の吸湿性液体は、前記第1の吸湿液管路に供給されて前記凝縮器を通じて前記第1の再生処理部に再び供給されると共に、前記第2の槽にも供給され、
前記第2の再生処理部は、前記第2の槽から供給された吸湿性液体の再生処理を行って、再生処理後の吸湿性液体を前記第2の槽に入れ、
前記第2の槽内の吸湿性液体は、前記第2の吸湿液管路を通じて前記処理機に戻される調湿装置。 - 吸湿性液体に空気を通すことにより、調湿空間の空気の湿度を調整する処理機と、
前記処理機による湿度調整処理に用いた吸湿性液体を再生する再生機と、
前記処理機から前記再生機に吸湿性液体を送る第1の吸湿液管路と、
前記再生機から前記処理機に吸湿性液体を送る第2の吸湿液管路と、
前記処理機で用いる吸湿性液体を加熱または冷却する第1の熱交換器と前記第1の吸湿液管路を流れる吸湿性液体を冷却または加熱する第2の熱交換器とを有するヒートポンプと、を備え、
前記再生機は、
吸湿性液体を入れる液槽であって、吸湿性液体の液面より低い高さの仕切りで第1の槽と第2の槽に仕切られた液槽と、
吸湿性液体に空気を通して再生処理を行って処理後の吸湿性液体を前記第1の槽に入れる第1の再生処理部と、
吸湿性液体に空気を通して再生処理を行って処理後の吸湿性液体を前記第2の槽に入れる第2の再生処理部と、
前記第1の槽の吸湿性液体の一部を前記第1の吸湿液管路の前記第2の熱交換器の上流に戻す管と、
前記第2の槽の吸湿性液体の一部を前記第1の再生処理部または前記第2の再生処理部に供給する管と、
前記第2の槽から前記第1の再生処理部または前記第2の再生処理部へ供給される吸湿性液体を加熱する加熱源と、
を有し、
前記第2の槽が前記第2の吸湿液管路と接続されており、
前記処理機が除湿を行う場合には、前記第1の熱交換器を蒸発器、前記第2の熱交換器を凝縮器として前記ヒートポンプを作動すると共に、前記第2の槽の吸湿性液体を前記第2の再生処理部に供給し、
前記処理機が加湿を行う場合には、前記第1の熱交換器を凝縮器、前記第2の熱交換器を蒸発器として前記ヒートポンプを作動すると共に、前記第2の槽の吸湿性液体を前記第1の再生処理部に供給する調湿装置。 - 前記再生機は、前記第2の槽に給水する給水手段を備え、
前記処理機が加湿を行う場合に、前記給水手段は前記第2の槽に給水を行う請求項2に記載の調湿装置。 - 吸湿性液体を加熱し、加熱した吸湿性液体に空気を通すことにより空気の加湿を行う処理機と、
前記処理機による加湿処理に用いた吸湿性液体を再生する再生機と、
前記処理機から前記再生機に吸湿性液体を送る第1の吸湿液管路と、
前記再生機から前記処理機に吸湿性液体を送る第2の吸湿液管路と
前記処理機で用いる吸湿性液体を加熱する凝縮器と前記第1の吸湿液管路を流れる吸湿性液体を冷却する蒸発器とを有するヒートポンプと、を備え、
前記再生機は、
前記第1の吸湿液管路を通じて供給された吸湿性液体に空気を通して再生処理を行う再生処理部と、
前記再生処理部にて再生処理された吸湿性液体を入れる液槽と、
前記液槽に給水する給水手段と、
を有し、
前記液槽内の吸湿性液体は、前記第1の吸湿液管路に供給されて前記凝縮器を通じて前記再生処理部に再び供給されると共に、前記第2の吸湿液管路を通じて前記処理機に戻される調湿装置。 - 前記再生機は、前記液槽内の吸湿性液体を加熱する加熱源を備える請求項4に記載の調湿装置。
