Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for producing a synthetic resin skin material used for surface decoration purposes, and particularly has high drawing transferability to a synthetic resin sheet, and is suitable for continuous drawing processing on a synthetic resin sheet. The present invention relates to a method for producing a synthetic resin skin material effective for applications such as automobile interior parts, railcar / aircraft interior parts, furniture skins, shoes / footwear / bags, interior / exterior of buildings, clothing surface materials / linings, and the like.
(例えば、特許文献1〜特許文献4等) In general, when forming a squeezed sheet with a predetermined uneven pattern, a squeezed roll, a squeezed sheet or a squeezed plate engraved with a predetermined squeezed pattern is used, and the squeezed roll, squeezed sheet or squeezed plate are squeezed. A method is employed in which a predetermined drawing pattern is transferred to the surface of the synthetic resin sheet by pressing against the surface of the synthetic resin sheet. (For example, Patent Literature 1 to Patent Literature 4)
When squeezing a synthetic resin sheet using a squeezing roll engraved with a predetermined drawing pattern, the synthetic resin sheet is sequentially fed into the rotating squeezing roll, and the squeezing roll surface is pressed against the synthetic resin sheet surface to form a squeezing. ing. However, in this method, if the contact time between the squeeze roll surface and the synthetic resin sheet surface is small, the squeeze transfer property becomes low, and if the contact time between the squeeze roll surface and the synthetic resin sheet surface is set long in order to improve the squeeze transfer property, Production efficiency decreases.
When manufacturing the skin | cover of an automotive interior material, etc., the method of using a squeezing sheet or a squeezing board etc. and pressing these squeezing sheets or a squeezing board etc. on the synthetic resin sheet surface is taken.
Although this method has good squeeze transfer properties, it requires a squeezing process to a single synthetic resin sheet with a single squeezing sheet or squeezing plate, and a process for a predetermined time thereafter. For this reason, in order to form a large number of squeezed skins, the production efficiency is low, and improvement has been desired.
An object of the present invention is to solve the above-described problems, and to provide a method for manufacturing an automotive interior material or the like that has high drawing transferability with respect to a synthetic resin sheet, has a good drawing shape, and has high production efficiency.

The present invention has the following configuration in order to solve the above-described problems.
That is, the synthetic resin skin material manufacturing method of the present invention has the following configuration.
<1> On the first endless belt provided with rotation, the second endless belt provided with rotation, and the region surrounded by the first endless belt or the second endless belt side It consists of the other area of the area surrounded by the first endless belt and the area surrounded by the first endless belt or the area surrounded by the second endless belt. A heating plate disposed at a position corresponding to the first region, a cooling press plate disposed on the downstream side in the endless belt conveyance direction of the heating press plate, and a downstream side in the endless belt conveyance direction of the heating fixed plate. And a synthetic resin sheet is conveyed between the first drawn endless belt and the second endless belt end, and the heating press disk and the heating A squeezing step of squeezing and pressing the synthetic resin sheet between the plate and a cooling step of cooling the synthetic resin sheet that has undergone the squeezing step with a cooling press plate and a cooling plate, the squeezing step, A method for producing a synthetic resin skin material, wherein the cooling step is successively performed.
<2> The synthetic resin skin material according to the above <1>, wherein the first endless belt with a draw is formed by forming a silicon rubber layer with a draw on the surface of the cloth belt. It is a manufacturing method.

<4> The synthetic resin skin material according to any one of <1> to <3>, wherein the second endless belt has a silicon rubber layer formed on a cloth belt surface. Is the method.
The surface of automotive interior parts has recently been required to have a more precise drawing design, and the limit that the drawing precision transferred to a synthetic resin sheet using a conventional drawing roll is insufficient. Is being seen. According to the present invention, it is possible to increase the drawing transfer property by a drawing and pressing step by heating and pressing for a predetermined time with respect to the synthetic resin sheet, and the synthetic resin sheet is peeled off from the cooling plate in a sufficiently cooled state by the cooling step. A fine aperture shape can be maintained without breaking the aperture shape. In addition, the synthetic resin sheet has a very high production efficiency because it is squeezed through a squeezing step and a cooling step while being sequentially conveyed between endless belts.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described.

Next, the example which manufactures a synthetic resin skin material using the above-mentioned apparatus is demonstrated.
The
The
Next, the heated
When the
The time to be pinched should be arbitrarily set depending on the type of synthetic resin sheet for squeezing and pressing, the form of squeezing, the size of the area to be squeezed, etc., but preferably 1 second to 20 seconds, 1 second to 5 seconds is more preferable.
Due to this clamping pressure, the drawn form engraved on the surface of the first drawn
At this time, the
The cooling time by the cooling
In the present invention, it is desirable that the
In the present invention, the drawn pattern formed on the silicon rubber layer or the fluorine-based rubber layer of the first drawn
The drawing pattern formed on the silicon rubber layer or the fluorine-based rubber layer of the first drawing
When irradiating a laser beam, the surface of the silicon rubber layer or the fluorine-based rubber layer is irradiated with a first laser beam having a long wavelength to engrave a rough surface structure on the surface of the silicon rubber layer or the fluorine-based rubber layer. The silicon rubber layer or fluorine rubber is irradiated by irradiating the surface of the silicon rubber layer or fluorine rubber layer with a second laser beam having a shorter wavelength than the first laser beam and a spot diameter smaller than that of the first laser beam. What engraved the fine surface structure on the surface of the layer can be used.
As a method of forming the drawn endless belt other than the engraving by the laser beam, any of a usual drawing forming method such as a mill roll method, an electroforming method, or a resin transfer method from a document may be used.
In the present invention, the constituents of the
In the case of sewn parts that are not vacuum-formed with a skin material for automobile interior parts, it is effective to produce a skin with a squeezed appearance that matches the seat shape and position exactly like a seat skin. Examples of the portion where such a skin material can be used include a headrest, an armrest, an instrument panel, a meter hood, and the like in addition to the seat main, the seat kerchief, and the seat back.
In the case of an automobile interior material, in a part having a flat surface portion, a curved surface portion or the like by convex vacuum molding, the synthetic resin sheet before convex vacuum molding has a different development rate depending on the part after molding. For example, when the instrument panel is formed by convex vacuum forming, the expansion rate differs depending on each zone and part of the instrument panel. Here, the unfolding rate means that (X direction, Y direction, X × Y = area) of one square (divided region) shown on the surface of the synthetic resin sheet before convex vacuum forming in the test molding sheet is convex. This is an index showing how much the mold has been expanded after vacuum forming.
If the development rate differs depending on the part after molding, the drawing pattern and the drawing depth formed on the synthetic resin sheet before molding differ depending on the part after convex vacuum forming. Therefore, by setting a predetermined drawing pattern and drawing depth for each block, a uniform drawing form can be maintained regardless of the parts of the parts after the convex vacuum forming.
Here, the predetermined drawing pattern and drawing depth for each block mean, for example, the drawing pattern and drawing depth obtained based on the reciprocal of the expansion rate based on the expansion rate described above for each block. Using the drawn endless belt with the drawing pattern and drawing depth set for each block so that these drawing patterns and drawing depths are set, the sheet is pressed onto the synthetic resin sheet, and then convex vacuum forming. The drawing pattern and drawing depth of the part are almost uniform.
Therefore, in the present invention, when a drawn endless belt having a drawing pattern and a drawing depth for each block as described above is used, the drawing transferability is high, regardless of the part of the automotive interior material part after convex vacuum forming. The squeezed form is uniform and looks good, and the production efficiency is high.
