Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a cooling system, and more particularly to a cooling system used for an air conditioner, a cooling device, and the like.
Generally, a cooling system used for an air conditioner or the like includes a refrigerant circulation circuit including a compressor, a heat exchanger, an expansion valve, and a heat exchanger, and is configured to cool the heat exchanger using outside air. Yes.
However, in such a cooling system, for example, when the outside air temperature is high such as midsummer, the heat exchanger may not be sufficiently cooled by the outside air, and there is a problem that the cooling efficiency of the cooling system is lowered.
In recent years, a refrigerant circulation circuit using two types of refrigerants such as ammonia and carbon dioxide is used as an alternative refrigerant for CFCs. For example, an ammonia circuit is used on the outdoor unit side and a carbon dioxide circuit is used on the indoor unit side to exchange heat with each other. In recent years, there has been a concern about leakage of ammonia and carbon dioxide into the room, so that a brine (for example, between the ammonia circuit and the carbon dioxide circuit) is known. A cooling system has been developed to improve safety by providing a heat medium circuit (brine circuit) using a calcium chloride solution) or water as a heat medium. This is remarkable when used.
By the way, in the cooling system disclosed in Patent Document 1, the oil cooler is air-cooled, and the oil is cooled by heat exchange with the outside air.
However, such an air-cooled oil cooler has a problem that the heat retained by the oil is thrown away into the atmosphere, resulting in poor energy efficiency.
On the other hand, in the air-cooled oil cooler, as described above, when the outside air temperature is high, such as midsummer, the oil cannot be sufficiently cooled, and it is difficult to lower the refrigerant temperature. . Such a problem occurs particularly during cooling of an air conditioner or freezing / refrigeration of a cooling / heating device.

If you want to actively use the retained heat of the oil, increase the share of the oil cooling capacity in the liquid-cooled oil cooler to preferentially cool the oil and recover the oil retained heat sufficiently with the heat medium. It can be used in two heat exchangers. On the other hand, for example, when it is desired to actively cool the refrigerant in the refrigerant circuit, the air cooling oil cooler and the liquid cooling oil cooler are adjusted by adjusting the ratio of the oil cooling capacity in the air cooling oil cooler. And the oil can be cooled to sufficiently cool the refrigerant in the refrigerant circuit.
According to the cooling system of claim 3, the air-cooled oil cooler and the liquid-cooled oil cooler are arranged in series, and the cooling order switching means switches the oil cooling order by the air-cooled oil cooler and the liquid-cooled oil cooler. For example, when the oil holding heat is to be used positively, the oil holding heat is preferentially cooled by the liquid cooling oil cooler. Can be recovered with a heat medium and used in the second heat exchanger. On the other hand, for example, when it is desired to actively cool the refrigerant in the refrigerant circuit, the air-cooled oil cooler and the liquid The oil can be cooled by the oil cooler so that the refrigerant in the refrigerant circuit is sufficiently cooled.
According to the cooling system of claim 4, the air-cooled oil cooler and the liquid-cooled oil cooler are arranged in parallel, and the flow rate distribution of the oil that flows between the air-cooled oil cooler and the liquid-cooled oil cooler by the flow rate distribution means. When the circulation circuit is in the cooling mode, the air-cooled oil cooler and the liquid-cooled oil cooler cool the oil while giving priority to the air-cooled oil cooler so that the refrigerant in the refrigerant circuit is sufficiently cooled.
According to the cooling system of claim 8, since the flow distribution of the oil is controlled so as to increase the flow rate of the oil flowing through the liquid-cooled oil cooler when the refrigerant circulation circuit is in the heating mode by the flow distribution means, the refrigerant circulation When the circuit is in heating mode, the oil flow distribution to the liquid-cooled oil cooler can be increased, the oil can be preferentially cooled, and the heat retained in the oil can be fully recovered by the heat medium and used in the second heat exchanger. On the other hand, when the refrigerant circuit is in the cooling mode, adjust the oil flow distribution to the air-cooled oil cooler to cool the oil with the air-cooled oil cooler and the liquid-cooled oil cooler, Can be cooled down.
According to the cooling system of claim 9, since the second heat exchanger is located on the upstream side of the liquid-cooled oil cooler in the heat medium circuit, the heat exchange in the second heat exchanger is not affected. The oil can be well cooled by the liquid cooling type oil cooler to cool the refrigerant in the refrigerant circuit.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
First, the first embodiment will be described.
Referring to FIG. 1, there is shown a schematic configuration diagram of a cooling system according to a first embodiment of the present invention, which will be described below with reference to FIG.
As shown in the figure, the cooling system according to the present invention is applied to, for example, an air conditioner, and largely includes a
The
The

Accordingly, in the oil injection circuit, the third on-off valve 25 and the fourth on-off

Hereinafter, the operation and effect of the cooling system according to the first embodiment of the present invention configured as described above will be described.
As described above, when the air conditioner is used for heating (heating mode), the

As a result, when the air conditioner is used for heating, the temperature of the heat medium in the
In this case, even if the oil cannot be sufficiently cooled only by the liquid-cooled
On the other hand, when the air conditioner is used for cooling (cooling mode), the
When the air conditioner is used for cooling, the third on-off valve 25 and the fourth on-off
When the oil is allowed to flow in this order from the air-cooled oil cooler 17 to the liquid-cooled
Thus, when the air conditioner is used for cooling, the air cooling
Here, the liquid-cooled
As described above, according to the cooling system according to the present invention, when the air-conditioning apparatus is used for heating (heating mode), when it is desired to actively use the retained heat of the oil mixed in the refrigerant in the refrigerant circuit. The heat retained by the oil can be sufficiently recovered and effectively utilized by the heat medium circulating in the
Thereby, in the cooling system, it is possible to improve the thermal efficiency while saving energy.
In particular, when the refrigerant is ammonia (NH 3 ), the oil is air-cooled
Further, according to the cooling / heating system according to the first embodiment of the present invention, the first and
In addition, since the
Further, by returning the oil to the suction side of the
Referring to FIG. 2, there is shown a schematic configuration diagram of a cooling system according to a modification of the first embodiment of the present invention, which will be described below with reference to FIG. Note that description of portions common to FIG. 1 is omitted.
In the modified example, the
If the oil flow
Next, a second embodiment will be described.
Referring to FIG. 3, there is shown a schematic configuration diagram of a cooling system according to a second embodiment of the present invention, which will be described below with reference to FIG. Note that description of portions common to FIG. 1 is omitted.
As shown in the figure, the cooling system according to the second embodiment of the present invention is applied to, for example, an air conditioner in the same manner as described above, and largely includes a
As shown in FIG. 3, the
The oil
Specifically, the first air-cooled oil cooler 17a, the second air-cooled oil cooler 17b, and the liquid-cooled
Thus, in the oil injection circuit, the oil
Therefore, according to the cooling system according to the second embodiment of the present invention, the same effect as the first embodiment can be obtained, and the first air-cooled oil cooler 17a and the second air-cooled oil cooler 17b can be obtained. By using two air-cooled oil coolers and using two on-off valves of the first air-cooled oil cooler bypass channel and the fifth on-off
Although not shown, in the second embodiment, as a modification of the second embodiment, the oil flow
Next, a third embodiment will be described.
Referring to FIG. 4, there is shown a schematic configuration diagram of a cooling / heating system according to a third embodiment of the present invention, which will be described below with reference to FIG. Note that description of portions common to FIG. 1 is omitted.
As shown in the figure, the cooling system according to the third embodiment of the present invention is applied to, for example, an air conditioner, as described above, and largely includes a
As shown in FIG. 3, the
The oil
Specifically, the liquid-cooled
Thus, in the oil injection circuit, the oil
Therefore, according to the cooling system according to the third embodiment of the present invention, the same effects as those of the first and second embodiments can be obtained, and the two
Although not shown in the figure, also in the third embodiment, as a modification of the third embodiment, the oil flow
Next, a fourth embodiment will be described.
Referring to FIG. 5, there is shown a schematic configuration diagram of a cooling system according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention, which will be described below with reference to FIG. Note that description of portions common to FIG. 1 is omitted.
As shown in the figure, the cooling system according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention is applied to, for example, an air conditioner in the same manner as described above. In general, the refrigerant on the outdoor unit side circulates while changing the phase of the
As shown in FIG. 5, the
The oil
Therefore, in the oil injection circuit, by adjusting the opening of the first flow
When the air conditioner is used for heating (heating mode), the opening of the first flow
When the opening degree of the second flow
Thus, when the air conditioner is used for heating, the air-cooled
On the other hand, when the air conditioner is used for cooling (cooling mode), for example, the opening of the first flow
In this way, the oil that has become hot due to the absorption of the heat of the refrigerant is preferentially cooled by the air-cooled
Thus, when the air conditioner is used for cooling, the air-cooled
