Abstract
【解決手段】基材1に擂鉢状の第一凹部11を設けて内側面12に反射面を形成し、第一凹部11の開口部を下部開口部13とする第一中空部14を第一凹部11の上方に設ける。そして、第一凹部11の底面3にLEDチップ4を載設して第一凹部11内に光透過性樹脂8を充填し、その上の第一中空部14内に光透過性樹脂に蛍光体を分散した波長変換部材16を充填する。

Claims (2)
- 凹部を設けた基材と、
前記凹部の開口部を底面とする中空部と、
前記凹部の底面に載設された少なくとも一つのLEDチップと、
前記凹部に充填された光透過性樹脂と、
前記光透過性樹脂上であって前記中空部に充填された波長変換部材とを有し、
前記中空部の下部開口部が前記凹部の開口部と同一であって、かつ、前記中空部の内側面の光軸に対する角度が前記凹部の内側面の光軸に対する角度より大きいか、
又は、
前記中空部の下部開口部が前記凹部の開口部よりも大きいこと、を特徴とする半導体発光装置。 - 前記光透過性樹脂に、前記波長変換部材より低い蛍光体濃度で蛍光体が添加されていること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の半導体発光装置。
