Description

The present invention relates to a medicinal liquor using garlic and garlic.

Traditionally, garlic has been used extensively as an edible food, and Kumazasa has been used after being processed into tea, but no medicinal liquor using both of them has been found.

The garlic garlic is also known as Ainu and is a perennial of the lily family that grows naturally in the highlands and deep mountains of Hokkaido and beyond Kinki. In central Honshu, it grows in coniferous forests in the subalpine region. It has thick leaves similar to tulips and has a garlic odor. It is said that this name was given to mountain worshipers who practiced in Fukayama in the past because they ate this grass with a strong garlic odor as a tonic that withstands roughing. Containing amino acids is the source of this unique strong odor.
This component dissolves platelets to prevent thrombus and is said to be effective for arteriosclerosis and cerebral infarction. Furthermore, it has a function of activating a carcinogen detoxification enzyme, and contains components such as allicin and scordin, and has an effect of promoting peripheral blood vessels to promote blood circulation.
In addition to antibacterial action, allicin is combined with vitamin B1 to form alliamine (an active vitamin), and is therefore said to have fatigue recovery and tonic effects.
On the other hand, Kumazasa is a kind of moth of the family Gramineae, and the edge of the leaf turns white (can produce cocoons), and it is also a bear candy because the bears that woke up from hibernation prefer eating and recovering their physical strength. be called. In Hokkaido and the Tohoku region, it has been used as a special medicinal plant for a long time, and it has been used by wrapping strawberries, chimaki, etc. under the nigiri sushi because of its antibacterial action.
In addition to various vitamins, this kumazasa contains chlorophyll, polysaccharides, amino acids, etc., and has been shown to be effective in removing active oxygen, discharging cholesterol, suppressing cancer, and deodorizing. Has been. As described above, the garlic garlic and the harshness have been used for health.
However, the garlic garlic has been used separately as an ingredient and the kumasa as a tea, but this time it was devised to take both of them at the same time. By measuring and drinking, the present invention was created for the purpose of providing a novel and useful substance and a production method thereof that can take the medicinal effects of both foods into the body at the same time and are suitable for storage. It was.

The present invention has the following configuration as means for solving the problems.
That is, one of the present invention is characterized in that after putting appropriate amounts of garlic and kumazasa into separate containers, each containing an alcohol-containing liquid, and leaving for an appropriate period, and then mixing each extract obtained. This is a method of making medicinal liquor using garlic. Another aspect of the present invention is a medicinal liquor using a garlic garlic, characterized by mixing a garlic alcohol extract with a garlic alcohol extract.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the medicinal liquor which has both a medicinal component of a garlic and a medicinal component can be obtained, and it can utilize as an effective means useful for health promotion by drinking this. In addition, it is possible to alleviate this strong odor by blending the kumazasa extract in an appropriate distribution to the garlic extract with a strong odor, and it can be ingested more easily by using capsules etc. it can.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described.
The medicinal liquor of the present invention is produced by the following steps.
1. Harvest wild garlic and crisp, wash each and then drain.
2. After draining, step into approximately 1 centimeter each.
3. Prepare two wide-mouthed jars, and put one side of the garlic near the jar, the other side with the crispness near the jar, and a white liquor with 35% alcohol to the jar.
4). Cap the bottle and leave it to mature for about a year in the dark.
5. After aging, the extract is taken out from each bottle and mixed in a ratio of 80% to garlic garlic extract and 20% kumasa extract.
Thus, the present invention is completed. When drinking, it may be taken as it is or dilute several cc at a time. If the garlic odor is uncomfortable, take a capsule.
Commercially available drinking capsules are sold at pharmacies, and since these capsules can be separated into two, suck up an appropriate amount with a dropper etc. and put them into the capsules, and fit the separated two into one capsule shape So you can drink it with water.
If this drinking is continued for several months, the medicinal effects appear and the nutritional tonic and physical strength increase.
As the white liquor to be used, a commercially available product having an alcohol content of 35% is suitable. If the alcohol content is low, the extraction effect is insufficient. This white liquor is a generic name for colorless and transparent distilled liquor. In Japan, white liquor is made by fermenting starch and saccharide raw materials and then distilled, and is marketed as shell shochu. This class A shochu is an almost pure alcohol liquid that is produced by repeatedly evaporating and concentrating volatile components in a distiller using a continuous distiller.
In addition, both garlic and kumazasa will be amber when they are soaked for 1 year, and the bottom will accumulate under the bottle.

Medicinal materials, so-called crude drugs, have been used since ancient times.
At first, it was used as a decoction (hot water) that was boiled in water and taken out from the ingredients, or was crushed into a powder or pill as it was.
After that, various ways of drinking were studied, and eventually, herbal medicines, which had been regarded as pharmaceuticals since ancient times, were directly put into the liquor to extract the ingredients and find out how to drink them. These medicinal liquors contain alcohol, so in addition to the effects of alcohol itself, such as helping digestion to increase appetite and improving blood circulation and blood flow to warm the body, the medicinal properties of herbal medicines are added and more effective It is possible to use it in a comfortable manner, and it is easy to drink by adding alcohol.
As a general method for producing these medicinal liquors, a method in which a crude drug is immersed in distilled liquor for a predetermined period to elute medicinal ingredients is used. By drinking these medicinal liquors, such various effects can be obtained depending on the crude drug used, such as a blood-supplementing effect, diuretic effect, gastric action, analgesic action, nourishment tonic, and semen.
As mentioned above, garlic and garlic have been used for medicinal purposes, but they are used by means other than medicinal alcohol.
When comparing the garlic with the garlic, one has a strong garlic odor, while the other has no strong odor. Moreover, although each medicinal component is different, each is good for health.
In general, garlic garlic is often boiled and used as it is as a food, and is difficult to preserve. In addition, it is desirable to collect this garlic from April to May, and to collect Kumazasa in autumn. From the above, from the viewpoint of odor mitigation, ease of ingestion, and enhancement of medicinal effects, the combined use of these two components was conceived and the present invention was born.

About the mixing ratio of both components, it may be according to liking, but when it was actually drunk, it was found that 80% of the garlic extract and about 20% of the kumasa extract were appropriate. Since the medicinal effects of pedestrian garlic were excellent in tonic, the distribution ratio was increased, and the above distribution ratio was considered in consideration of ease of drinking. This distribution ratio is an example, and other distribution ratios may be used, but experience shows that 70-80% of garlic extract and 20-30% of kumazasa extract are preferable.
Although the present invention has been described above, the present invention is characterized by the fact that the garlic medicinal liquor is blended and used in combination with the sake, and the garlic smell of the garlic garlic is alleviated with this blend. It became easier and a medicinal liquor with both medicinal effects was obtained. The blend, that is, the mixing ratio can be changed according to preference, and if this mixing ratio is determined, the blending ratio of both herbal medicines may be determined and soaked together.
As described above, the present invention makes it possible to obtain a medicinal liquor that can be expected to have a medicinal range and an effect enhancement.
