Abstract
【解決手段】車両に搭載されたバッテリ5と、このバッテリ5を充電する車両用発電機3と、バッテリ5の充放電電流を検出するバッテリ電流検出装置6とを備えている。バッテリ電流検出装置6は、バッテリの充放電電流を検知するバッテリ電流検出手段と、端子電圧を検知するバッテリ電圧検出手段と、温度を検知するバッテリ温度検出手段と、車両用発電機3を制御するとともに各検出手段の異常の有無を判定するマイコン64と、デジタル通信によって車両用発電機3との間で信号を送受信する通信コントローラ72等とを備える。

Claims (8)
- 車両に搭載されたバッテリと、このバッテリを充電する車両用発電機と、前記バッテリの充放電電流を検出するバッテリ電流検出装置とを備える車両システムにおいて、
前記バッテリ電流検出装置は、
前記バッテリの充放電電流を検知するバッテリ電流検出手段と、
前記バッテリの端子電圧を検知するバッテリ電圧検出手段と、
前記バッテリの温度を検知するバッテリ温度検出手段と、
前記バッテリ電流検出手段、前記バッテリ電圧検出手段、前記バッテリ温度検出手段の各検知結果に基づいて前記車両用発電機を制御する発電制御手段と、
デジタル通信によって前記車両用発電機との間で信号を送受信する通信手段と、
前記バッテリ電流検出手段、前記バッテリ電圧検出手段、前記バッテリ温度検出手段の異常の有無を判定し、前記通信手段を介して異常の発生を通知する異常情報を送信する異常判定手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする車両システム。 - 請求項1において、
前記車両用発電機は、前記バッテリ電流検出装置から前記異常情報を受信したときに、異常発生を表示器を用いて車両の乗員に通知する異常通知手段を備えることを特徴とする車両システム。 - 請求項1または2において、
前記異常判定手段は、前記バッテリ電流検出手段、前記バッテリ電圧検出手段、前記バッテリ温度検出手段の異常の有無とともに、前記バッテリの異常の有無と、前記バッテリと前記車両用発電機とを接続する充電線の外れの有無を検知し、前記異常情報にはこれらの異常の有無を含ませることを特徴とする車両システム。 - 請求項3において、
前記車両用発電機は、前記バッテリ電流検出手段、前記バッテリ電圧検出手段、前記バッテリ温度検出手段の異常と、バッテリ異常あるいは充電線外れとで、前記表示器の表示態様を異ならせることを特徴とする車両システム。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれかにおいて、
前記異常判定手段は、前記バッテリ電流検出手段、前記バッテリ電圧検出手段、前記バッテリ温度検出手段の各検知結果が所定値1より大きいか、あるいは所定値1より小の所定値2よりも小さい状態が所定時間継続したときに異常が発生した旨の判定を行うことを特徴とする車両システム。 - 請求項3または4において、
前記異常判定手段は、前記バッテリ電圧検出手段によって検出された電圧値が所定値3よりも小さく、かつ、前記バッテリ電流検出手段によって検出された電流値が所定値4よりも大きい状態が所定時間継続したときにバッテリ内部短絡を内容とするバッテリ異常が発生した旨の判定を行い、前記バッテリ電流検出手段によって検出された電流値が0Aであり、かつ、前記車両用発電機に異常がない状態が所定時間継続したときにバッテリオープンを内容とするバッテリ異常が発生した旨の判定を行うことを特徴とする車両システム。 - 請求項3または4において、
前記異常判定手段は、前記バッテリ電圧検出手段によって検出された電圧値と前記車両用発電機の発電電圧値との差が所定値5よりも大きい状態が所定時間継続したときに充電線外れが発生した旨の判定を行うことを特徴とする車両システム。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれかにおいて、
前記車両用発電機は、前記異常判定手段によって異常が発生した旨の判定がなされたときに、前記発電制御手段による発電制御に代えて、自立的な発電制御を行うことを特徴とする車両システム。
